Beds were not heavenly. Uncomfortable and pillows were not good. 1 bartender when 2 would be minimum for packed bar. Front desk wasn’t helpful.

Pros (+) Overall hotel amenities were great, and food was good (although the crab avocado toast tasted like chunky lake water).
Cons (-) The doors separating the rooms was like an echo chamber. The customer in the next room coughed all night, and it seemed to be amplified through the separation doors. As well, when he got on the phone at 5am the next morning, we could hear every word he said, again like he was standing right up against the separator doors. Once he left his room, I opened up our side of the separator to see if he ha...

Cons (-) Long check-in lines with little awareness of prompt customer service. No shower caps in the room! Difficult to procure any service. Inattentiveness even on concierge floor.

Pros (+) Inadvertently booked the Westin in downtown rather than the airport but glad I did. Imposing, stately building and very good spacious bedroom.

Pros (+) seemed like the room I had was roomy, updated, and very clean. the bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated. The bed and bed linens, pillows were very comfortable. Nice lighting. Staff very attentive at desk and at entrance.
Cons (-) The restaurants downstairs were either very expensive, and mostly for meat eaters, or the other bar did not have any healthy food. If alot of people are there for business (i.e. not on vacation and therefore not there to indulge) would invest in more healthy eating venues.

Cons (-) We had a three hour wait in line to check in before the Lions game. Once we checked in, our room was not ready and we received no discount on the room for it not being available for the entire reservation time frame. The staff was slow and very unaccommodating. Completely unacceptable.

Cons (-) Reception. Girl difficult to understand. Nasal tone and way too fast and she was resentful when I asked her to slow down and after that was completely unhelpful.
