Staff was great, very clean, but bathroom water pressure too low for the toilet and shower. Need it to be fixed, toilet kept runner all night long need also to be fix.

Having a mold allergy, it would have been nice to sleep without sneasing and hacking after only 5 hours while exhausted. Can't tell you if it was the old carpet or not, but, all the doors in the room, including the fridge (complete with a pool of water drained from it) were open when l entered. Front desk assured this is how they verify it was cleaned (found crumbs in an opened drawer) and acted l...

Pros (+) The staff were very nice and professional, from our morning check-in after travelling overnight, to our check out. Greatly appreciated. The location right on the Riverwalk is great with a short 5 to 10 minute walk around to the restaurants and bars.
Cons (-) Finding a partially drunk drink bottle in the mini fridge is not what should happen during these Covid 19 times. I brought it up and they offered to take care of it right away. The riverside view room is not worth it as it overlooks the back of other buildings with loud constant air conditioning units. It was nice to see the occasional boat pass by but not worth the upcharge.

Cons (-) The room was over priced . The a/c didn't work well in the room. The hotel charge me $75 each day without telling me for incidentals , that I didn't even use . I won't be back

Pros (+) We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was wonderful. The service was great, and overall the hotel met all of my expectations.

Pros (+) Overall clean Downtown and river walk location.
Cons (-) Valet parking should be part of the overall expense. Coffee machine wasn't maintained. Mini bar wasn't inexistent however an offer sheet is advertised.
