Valet was full. Had to park myself in a garage and carry luggage down with no elevator. When I finally got to BonVoy check in( I’m titanium) I was told to go to the other check in and wait in line. AC would not turn off in room. Little things added up. I won’t be back.

When the hotel is renovating the pool but you advertise how great it is, I feel like you lied to me and I’ll never trust you again. I choose hotels based on pool and gym. This was a huge disappointment to say the least.

Pros (+) No caffè in the room so want down to have one charge me 5.25 if you pay 130 dollars at least a coffee

Pros (+) The Palm was open. The proximity to shopping. The staff I interacted with were friendly & helpful.

Cons (-) CLEANLINESS!! 1. Enforcing elevator masks during Covid. 2. Refilling the hand sanitizer stations. 3. Of the 5 blankets on the bed, one had dried blood on it. 4. Previous patrons Hair found often on my bathroom floor, meaning the carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed, I wore flip flops inside the entire time!

Pros (+) Amazing staff that went out of their way to make everything about our stay as delightful as possible.

Cons (-) The beds and pillows were laughably uncomfortable. The pillows were lightly packed down feathered which meant they sunk to the bottom with no support for your head and neck with even the slightest pressure. Might need to bring my own pillows next time to avoid the neck pain.
