Pros: The room and the bathroom were nice sizes, with adequate space. The microwave and the mini firdge was very useful. overall the room was clean and pleasing. The laundry room was extremely useful. The breakfast was also very good.
Cons: Two waffle makers would have been helpful because the hotel was fully booked.
Excellent location for events in Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem. I would visit this Hampton Inn & Suites again. NOTE - My ID is incorrect, it should be Deborah from Charlotte, NC
Pros: Extremely friendly staff and immediate response to a maintenance request on Sunday afternoon.
Cons: Eating area for the free breakfast is somewhat compact for the size of the facility; and the number of guests it accommodates.
Pros: Location great!
Cons: For some odd reason I had no hot water in the shower.
Pros: We had a fantastic room, very well designed and spacious. The dining area is large and well kept.Staff was great!
Cons: No except that it is not located in a very nice area. Not walker friendly.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good.
Cons: The coffee in the lobby was good but they ran out three times. They ran out of hot water for tea and hot chocolate. Also ran out of half and half. Not a Big deal but an annoyance.

Pros: All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great. The housekeeping staff did an awesome job!
Pros: Very nice room and comfortable. Good breakfast. Shopping and restaurants close by.
Pros: The hotel was immaculate. Staff was courteous. Rooms were nicely appointed. Breakfast was fine. Great shower!
Cons: The bed was very firm. If you need an extra firm mattress, this is the place for you. The air conditioning unit made a rattling/buzzing sound at times. However, it wasn't very loud.
Pros: Very friendly staff and very clean nice place.
Pros: I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff.
Free WiFi was a plus!
Cons: There were a bunch of ladybugs in my room.
Pros: The room was very nice, and I enjoyed the breakfast selections. Also I liked the hotel location.
Pros: - the room was spacious and comfortable
- desk staff was polite and courteous
- beds were very comfortable
Cons: - shower/bathroom could stand some minor improvement
Pros: Comfy beds, very clean, breakfast was good and items were what you expect at a free breakfast.
Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean. The furniture and TV were great. No complaints at all with the room.
Cons: They advertised having a hot tub, but it had recently been replaced by a gym. The gym was nice, but I was expecting a hot tub!
Pros: The room was nice. Comfortable beds.
Cons: I would not describe what was offered as breakfast food. That was terrible.

Pros: I travel to the Greensboro area several times a year and have stayed at a number of hotels in the area. I looked at the reviews for Country Inn and decided to give it a try since everyone was so positive. And it was a very good stay. I was only there one night, but all was well. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great. And the breakfast was much better than some I've had at other local hotels. All in all, it was a great stay and a good price.
Cons: I thought that I would be bothered by the traffic noise since the hotel is right off of Rt 40, but I didn't notice it at all once the curtains were shut. The rooms are a bit dated, nothing in particular was bothersome, but it just seems a little old.
Pros: I loved my stay and found the rooms comfortable, clean and very nice.
Cons: While I found the bed very comfortable my new husband wasnt as impressed. Also the suit had two tvs but only one worked. I didnt find this out till after our stay so I am not sure how the staff would have handled it.
Pros: Noon check out
Cons: The TV didn't work. The staff said it usually didn't work and we needed to unplug it for 20 min and plug it back in. We did that, but it still didn't turn on. It finally turned on the next morning just before we checked out.
The room was surface clean, but the carpet was old and musty and the walls and doorways were dirty.
Pull out couch was uncomfortable
Pros: The two different TV's. The location was perfect for parents with children attending Elon University. The staff member in the breakfast room was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. The Elon photographs used as artwork was a great touch.
Cons: The mattress on the pull out couch was very uncomfortable according to my college aged child who had to sleep there. There was only decaf coffee in the room to make .I didn't really like the breakfast options. I didn't see any yogurt available.

Pros: Friendly staff. Easy access to main roads and breakfast.
Cons: pillows... always the pillows... just too soft.
Cons: the rooms were great. Even in the midst of a remodel everything was neat and clean. I will definitely be back next time I come for business.
Pros: Convenient location. Nice lobby area.
Cons: Room needed help. Light attached to headboard broken and falling over electrical outlet on light fixture not working. Grease stains on carpet and on bathroom floor. Mentioned to person that checked me out and didn't say a word.
Pros: Friendly courteous informative excellent customer seevice from the moment we walked in. room was clean and well organized including the glass doors on the shower can't be fun every day!! and I NEVER saw a mess in hall or heard them when doing other rooms.
Cons: I do not drink hot coffee, prefer tea in mornings. While tea was not available in my room your bar staff and night desk made some avIlable for me our first night and I truly appreciate thwm going out of the way to find me some.
Pros: Cleanliness, the fast check-in, and the Starbucks located inside the hotel.
Pros: The friendly staff

The hotel is convenient to High Point and Winston-Salem, giving you easy travel options when traveling to the Triad area.
Pros: nice amenities. Breakfast, Bar. Spacious rooms.
Pros: The bed was fantastic and the setup of the room was very posh. It was small but the couch and desk specifically were placed in the corners away from the partition to give a larger sense of space.
Cons: I was driving 4+ hours to Greensboro, NC and I made it to the hotel earlier than the stated check-in time of 3 PM. I called the hotel and tried to get an early check-in (the parking lot was empty so I knew it wasn't packed) for 15 minutes I was repeatedly told that was simply against regulation and I would have to wait (outside in the empty parking lot) for two hours until check-in! I eventually got them to understand and they let me check-in. The cleaning ladies were simply throwing the dirty towels and linen on the hallway floors instead of putting them in carts. The AC unit was literally the loudest thing I have heard in my life (it was clanking louder than the TV) -'and I was forced to turn it off just to get some sleep. Their menu for drinks looked promising but it really meant: bud light etc. Also someone knocked on our door at 7 AM stating they were housekeeping.
Pros: Comfortable bedding
Cons: Bathroom wasn't clean (other guests hair in the tub and on the shower walls).
Cons: Room had not been cleaned for three days! (Stayed for 8 nights) On the second night, the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 7:52 PM (yes, PM!) and asked if we needed our room cleaned. I was not dressed as I had just came out of the shower and I asked if she could give me a minute to throw on clothes and her EXACT response to me was, "I'm about to get off so I can't wait." I literally stood there in complete shock. She walked off and I hurried to put clothes on. I caught up to her in two minutes to ask for at least clean towels and she tossed them in my arms and after I said thank you, she didn't even respond.
Rude front desk staff and cleaning staff! Asked for clean towels the 5th night and was told to come down and get them.
When we showered the first night, we noticed that there was a stoppage in the tub causing it to flood so we had to limit our shower time until they came to fix it on our 3rd night of staying there.
I thought I could stay here again when I come back in October for two weeks but NO. I will definitely never even consider it!
Cons: Would have been better if they hadn't tried to repeatedly charge my card. Paid upon checking in for 2 nights. Instantly $185.00 Then at 2am on my 2nd night tried to charge me another $200.00 before I ever even checked out. Then over the next few days tried to charge me another 3 times all different amounts. Will definitely not be staying there again. Feel as though they can't be trusted with my card info
Pros: Very clean room, nice complimentary breakfast offering, well priced food and cocktails at hotel bar, and friendly service. They also made sure we had a crib ready in our room for our infant prior to us arriving. Nice stay!
Pros: Everything was wonderful . No complaints what' so ever .
Pros: We chose this hotel for an extended weekend trip. The room was great as expected. The daily rate for the quality of the hotel was incredible. Free WiFi and a breakfast were a big plus. The front desk staff was exceptional. Dawn greeted me by name and made me feel welcome.
Cons: The fitness center was bare bones and a microwave in the room would be nice.
Cons: Check in was delayed, the room smelled like smoke and mildew covered up by a strong cleaner. The bathroom floor was sticky. I will never stay at this hotel again!
Pros: The room had a wonderful floor plan especially considering a several night stay. Breakfast was very nice as well and the coffee was great. Great linens, too.
Cons: The only drawback to this room was the unfortunate fact that the outside of the building was being repainted and plastic was over my window. I'm sure this was done as a privacy measure but to have no view of the outside was very unpleasant. I do realize this was a temporary situation but at no point was I told in advance of this or offered another room.
Pros: The staff was Amazing...very helpful. Comfy bed and amazing shower.
Cons: What is was lacking was coffee, decent breakfast and a business center.
Pros: Comfortable bed, large rooms and nice breakfast with decent variety
Cons: Bathroom and closet are small for such a large room.
Guest rooms feature contemporary decor with stylish furnishings including the Hyatt Grand beds, state-of-the-art media and work center with a high-definition 42 inch flat panel television that easily integrates with laptops, a comfortable cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Enjoy complimentary wireless high speed internet. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast. 24-hour Grab and Go food outlet offers hot t breakfast.
Cons: broken ice machine on our floor
elevators were way too slow for us on the 25th floor
wish the hotel had shuttles to nearby places like the coliseum
Pros: The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and overall it is a very nice hotel.
Cons: The manager failed to leave me the message that my fiancee was in the hospital. That was important information. Even though the hospital called several times to make sure that I will get the message.

Pros: We stayed one night with our 3 and 6 year old and it was great. The room was spacious and the bed comfy and the breakfast was perfect!
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and well appointed. The front desk team went out of their way to assist us.
Cons: At breakfast at one of the mornings we were there, the attendant had her blue tooth in and was having a long conversation with what appeared to be a friend. This was not only in the service room but also the dining room. She was a very nice woman but conversations like that do not belong in front of customers.

Pros: Comfortable beds and spacious rooms... it was a great environment.
Cons: I thought that it was lame that breakfast was not included. The maid kept trying to get into the room even though it wasn't check out time. Loose hair floating in the pool!

Pros: Desk staff was nice, breakfast was awesome, The AC was very quite
Cons: The room was nowhere near as nice as other Embassy Suite rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom counter was super low...like way too low. The tv remote was absolutely filthy and greasy. The walls and ceiling were thin. At 1145pm I could hear the guest above us in the shower. Not just a faint rush of the water pipes, but the water splashing in the shower and the guest moving around in the shower. At 5am I woke up to hearing the guest next door urinating into his toilet and flushing. Overall the room just didn't feel very clean and I didn't feel like I had privacy due to the thin walls.
Pros: Everything was top notch from check-in to the evening reception and especially the made to order breakfast. My entire family enjoyed the stay.
Pros: not much
Cons: Hotel needs upgrade to technology. Terrible wifi and after repeated calls to the front desk asking why the tv menu wouldn't work they finally sent a repair person who just said that they were experiencing problems. When I was checking out and explained my unhappiness with my stay all I kept hearing was "I'm sorry to hear that". Do you know how ridiculous that sounds after many times? The breakfast buffet was awful. Cold food, terrible customer service, was told it's not my job when I asked where to get a spoon since they were empty. I've stayed at Embassy Suites before but after this experience I will look for other options!
Cons: Carpets had a lot of stains. Floors at food area were sticky.

Pros: Spacious room. Very clean and well maintained. Great location, near shopping mall, restaurants, movie cinemas.
Cons: Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
Pros: All staff provided very friendly and courteous service. Location was also great, right off the interstate.
Cons: The room smelled quite musty, and although we were pleased with the cleanliness, you can only do so much to make an outdated bathtub/shower look good. I expected better, and would opt for a more updated hotel next time.
Pros: Location and room size
Pros: Vet clean, modern, and friendly.
Cons: No free breakfast.
Pros: the staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was sooooo comfortable;
Pros: The staff was really nice.
Cons: I prefer the king rooms instead of the double queen.
Pros: Courteous staff.
Cons: Interstate was a little close to our room.
Pros: room, location, free wifi

Pros: Clean and convenient. Nice to have the restaurant attached. Would recommend to others.
Pros: The breakfast room was above average. The room were nice and comfortable. The hallways were wide.
Cons: There was no elevator. Even though there are only two levels, stairs are a pain with suit cases. The bed was a bit too soft.
Pros: The resturant was very good. It is the second Best Western that has had exceptional food. It was the reason I selected this hotel and a wise choice.
Cons: No HDTV during March Madness

Cons: There was a little construction going on out front but it wasn't anything that was unbearable and the staff was so lovely that the construction didn't really bother me.
Pros: The staff was very accommodating. The first room we were assigned was next to a louder group, and the gentleman at the front desk gladly reassigned us a new room and made sure the new one was quiet.

Pros: Location was close to restaurants, highway and stores. Staff was pleasant
Cons: Room had an odor of mildew. I thought the rate was way too expensive for what the place offers
Pros: Housekeeping was very polite and cordial. Didn't knock on the door wondering when were we leaving. Very appreciative.
Cons: I have no complaints.
