Pros: Extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. Helped me put with several problems I had. Printed out my return flight schedule for me. I left an item behind that they found immediately, and helped get it returned to me. Maids were very courteous.
Cons: The fact that I had to leave!
Pros: Nothing. Everything was awful.
Cons: The non-smoking room stank of smoke. The mattress did not have a mattress cover and the sheet was directly touching the mattress. The 'King Suite' only had a bed and couch although the pictures showed a table and chairs. Nothing was clean - DISGUSTING!
Cons: The price of the room. I got a jacuzzi room. It wasn't worth wat I had to pay.
Cons: Dont tell the people checking in at 8:30 PM two adults and one child to keep it clean because they dont have any employees hired to clean. Hire people to clean, didn't need to hear him tell us any of that when we just want to get in and rest, and the first floor when you're going to your non smoking room smells like stale smoke, gross.
Pros: I liked that the rooms were remodeled. There was hard wood floors instead of carpet and the shower got really hot and stayed hot.
