They keys wouldn't let you in the back door so you had to walk clear to the front of the building and then back down the hallway to get to your room. Frig. didn't work, shower leaked all over the toilet, towels, floor...hair dryer fell off wall, bathroom door wouldn't close, black mold in bathroom, no front desk staff to be found.
