only view, apart from this my room at top floor which is very hot, and hotel is comparatively very expensive, if we compare with any service or facility provdied by hotel 1. rooms were very hot so not comfortable 2. No room service. £. very expensive

Quiet location, view of mountains, plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet, polite staff Outdated, unattractive furniture in room; shower was in bedroom rather than in bathroom; room had feather beds even though I had specifically requested no feather beds due to allergies; my daughters were put in a room in the hotel's neighboring chalet instead of in main hotel with me.

The size of the room is good and they gave me the room with two windows facing mountain The facility of the room is simple as 3 star hotel. The comfort of the room is not good.

the hotel is sizeable, have all the essential facilities. staff are helpful and nice too far away from the railway station. Especially when you travelling with luggage and ski equipments.

Staff was good and friendly.hotels are clean. I ask about amending my duration of stays , they told me I can't, they will charge me for whole stay as I booked.i find I was stack into a contract.no flexibilitiy.

It´s a big hotel, appropriate for big group tours. If you are not in a tour ,you can find better options in Interlaken

Gourmet menu was excellent and waiter was very informative The bedroom was tiny

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very attentive service. Good access to Lauterbrunnen valley. Beautiful scenery all around. Rooms were serviceable, but could be updated a bit. One of our rooms was very smoky-smelling.

Helpful and accomodating staff

This is a traditional chalet. The area has a lot to offer the international traveller. Upon arrival the smell hit us hard. Very strong stale cooking smell. After airing our room for a few hours it was much better. Not really the ideal situation as it was freezing cold. No lift and heaps of stairs. Breakfast was good, didn't try dinner as too expensive. Internet was on offer but extremely expensive and really slow. The dearest by far we experienced in Europe.They had a wedding on the Saturday night in the breakfast room so when we got back from a day out couldn't get a car park and it was fairly noisy with the extra guests. When we went to breakfast the next morning the room was a mess and the table cloths were all stained. The older woman on reception was not very pleasant.

There was no mini bar, and no double bedroom available

Pool was tooooooo cold and wellness area not very nice.

Local Bus pass infront of This Hotel. take care is OK. No accessories for takea bath ex. soap.

If you need to rent a fan, the hotel charges CHF5 a night! It's outrageous. Other hotels supply fans free of charghe.

hotel staff very friendly and helpful. food quality excellent internet signal was not strong enough for you to work from your room and forced you to work in the hotel lobby.

The staff of the hotel are really amazing and helpful. The Quality of the Hotel is Poor.the furniture is very old.I have been to many hotels all around the world but it is my first time to stay in a room with two bath rooms. for reference, I stayed in room # 10
