Pros. It was very convenient, just about a 3/4 mile walk to the center of Colonial Williamsburg. The room (Washington Room) was plenty large, with seating for several people, full private bath and amenities. Breakfast was great, and you have full use of the house, which is fully furnished in colonial style furniture, very tastefully decorated, and very clean. Mary Lou was the innkeeper while we was there, and while she only visits to prepare breakfast, she was a great hostess! It's located on a nice dead-end street, with plenty of parking.
Cons. The heat (we were there Thanksgiving week) was a bit high, and on one night, we had to open a window
