Hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean and sufficiently large I wish they had given me a room on the upper floors
When I arrive, my room had to be changed because I was given a room with two queen beds instead of a king bed. Luckily, I had my reservation in hand and I was able to point the mistake out to the receptionist. Also, the magnetic door lock on the side door was broken, so anyone could walk into the hotel.
It was clean and comfortable. There were no issues with service or staff. I was a really great place to stay and I can see stopping back on future travels.
All in all, a pretty good hotel in the American tradition, with good points including nice staff, spacious room, free internet (not very fast though) and generally clean all around. Bathroom starting too look dated, but still clean.
Not much, alas--the front desk folks were nice. The hotel feels like a Motel 6 with Hampton decor sprayed on—bad location (next to a train line--woke me up at 5:50 am) and lots of cars, and a in-room air-conditioner that was loud enough to keep all but the most dedicated of sleepers away from a good night's rest. There's a clear lack of competition in the area, which is the only reason this place can survive (or so it seems)
Quiet location and quiet rooms, very comfortable.
I love the convenience, great staff and happy atmosphere. The rain.
It was clean. And we enjoyed the breakfast When we got there the pool was closed. My children were looking forward to swimming and only were able to swim 1 of the days
Clean, fairly quiet, excellent staff. Good breakfast. Clock radio in room did not have the correct time, and there was no way to fix it manually.
Clean room and friendly staff Really noisy near the elevator
The staff was amazing! So polite and accommodating! They graciously allowed us to stay over an extra hour so that we could have a little more time with our grandchildren. It would be nice to offer a light breakfast -toast and juice. Then, the access to the hotel is a little tricky. When coming from one direction, you have to pass the hotel and make a U-turn to come to the main entrance. Clearer directions would be helpful
It was clean and had a nice soft bed. It had a indoor pool and hot tube. Had free internet which I used. It did not have a continential breas we staykfast like most place
The beds were nice No
clean, comfortable, convenient to turnpike
Location was convenient, very close to the PA Turnpike. The room was quiet, and the black out shades worked very well.
Housekeeping didn't clean our room the first night. We had no clean towels. Our room keys didn't work.
Comfortable bed and working space. The curt tone of the late night/early morning front desk staff.
It is a lovely hotel, middle of the road, clean, restaurant next door nice atmosphere great bar food. Staff very rude to my companion, very rude.
Staff was very pleasant and room was clean and up to date

Great property. Miller's Ale House across parking lot. Coffee in lobby earlier than 7 would be nice!
The location was convenient for us. The hotel smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked into the lobby but the room did not. The room was fine other than the pillows were kinda banged up as old. The room needed more outlets to charge devices
Good sized room. Everything worked as it should. Lots of noise- there must have been a dog show in the area and even though I didn't see any dogs inside the hotel, they were outside and barking all night long. Many of the guests appeared to be part of the dog show. Probably not an issue other times. Also the plumbing made strange sounds. The bedding in my non-smoking room smelled like smoke and I had to spray everything down with Febreze.
Great location. Very comfortable. A/C was not very cold. Small breakfast.
Great price and location Carpet is dirty, staff was nice but answered the phone while I was checking in, free breakfast was horrible.
Clean convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price Breakfast area was a bit congested on the Sunday morning that we were there....could use a few more tables.
NoThing Very noisy skit of truckers. Very dirty, used a towel to wipe my face and it smelled like throw up. Offer maker broke but still in the room. Soap messed up my skin. Horrible experience and will never go back. The towel smelling like throw up is enough to say that with co idence
The only thing I liked was the fitness room. There were a few good pieces of equipment. The whole place smells bad. There were two bums in the downstairs I noticed when I first came in. One of them was there the next morning eating at the "breakfast". If you're going to let them in, I don't see anything wrong with it... but either put them in a room or somewhere where the guests aren't walking around. The location sucks. There's a disgusting German-American restaurant within walking distance. There's a McDonald's behind that. If you want to run across the highway, you can risk it for some what looked to be average American style food. The breakfast was offensive. The oatmeal bin was full of some disgusting concoction. I put the ladle in and pulled out lumpy, bulky, hard... something. The "oatmeal" was like a rock. There's no way you can eat that. There was some loose bread. There was frosted flakes and raisin bran cereal. The coffee was horrific. All along that bum was walking around. The room was very dark and depressing. This place is nasty, go somewhere else.
warm cookies in lobby The breakfast was not complimentary. The chef and omelets to order is a nice touch, but should be an option.
I did not like any of this hotel. I didn't like the double booked wedding, I didn't like the loud annoying drunk crazy atmosphere at 12:30, I didn't like the clueless and non helpful desk attendants. I did not like it here. The front desk was useless and had no idea how to handle themselves.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Best staff, best amentities. Amazing breakfast. absolutely nothing.
We have stayed here before and they have remodeled since. Very tasteful decor. The rooms are large and the beds are awesome. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love that they had coffee, snacks and wine available throughout the day. The cookies were delicious.
I loved everything No
Super clean and spacious rooms! Great layout! Not one thing!
I liked everything about the hotel. The location, having a kitchen, modern interiors, breakfast included, etc.
Big room, with a kitchen and it was very quiet. The weather was still hot, but the outdoor pool closed right after Labor day. One of pillow case stinks, we smelled the oily hair, I guess they didn't change it after the previous guest used it.
Nice size room, fully equipped. We only stayed one night but were very happy with accommodations.
Great Value fro the area. Very comfortable. Good Facilities
The people were helpful and the room was big, it had everything we needed. Problems with Internet, it was slow .Television selection was limited. The bathroom wasn't spot on, some hair in the clean towels and toilet seat was up, as if someone had used it. Also some unopened food was left in the kitchen cabinet,we left it there.
Hotel was in close proximity to my family's home and the area/environment was very peaceful/pleasant. Additionally, the hotel is situated like an apartment complex, which was very cool. No.
The room was used before we checked
Everything! It was literally like an apartment versus a hotel. It was very nice, very clean, and totally felt like home even though we were only there 2 nights. No, there was nothing we didn't like.

Everything. It's a great place. The only thing that I would improve is the breakfast. The staff is great, all is fresh. But the quality of the food could be better - for example the baked goods, and it would be great to have more variety - different kinds of fruit, jams, etc.
Room was fine. Free laundry facility and canteen was handy.
I'm not a picky hotel person, usually if there is a bed and a clean bathroom I'm good to go, but I was VERY impressed with this hotel. Our room had a FULL kitchen (with the exception of an oven) in it, and when I say full, I mean there was a stove and dishwasher! Excellent location to Philadelphia if you don't want to stay in the city and pay extra for parking. We only stayed for one night, but I was sad to have to leave because we had such a positive stay. Checking in and out was easy and they have a 24 hour fitness room, FREE laundry room and small grocery type area.
Clean Place is dated. Laundromat with breakfast area is a joke. Cant imagine buying or eating cereal in a room that smells totally of detergent. Give me a break.
They tried with the decor. The room did not smell like a "non smoking" room - not fresh smelling. Since the room had a kitchenette, the hotel did not have even a minimal breakfast (except from vending machines) The top of the fridge was dirty. The fridge was very loud - the bathroom exhaust fan was even louder. The filter on the exhaust fan was clogged so the fan did not do its job. Footstep noise from room above. When sitting at the desk I kept hitting my knees on the sharp corner of the pedestal.
Clean, comfortable, front desk very nice. Breakfast was listed as being included on the reservation, after settling in at the hotel, I was advised that breakfast is NOT included, had not brought snacks/food for breakfast, since reservation had listed breakfast was included. Even just toast and butter with coffee, tea would been nice. To MANY DOGS. No restaurant within walking distance.
The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful being that I got there way before check in time. Just wished the bathroom vent was working but other than that everything else was perfect.
The staff was very responsive to our needs and when the water pressure was low they immediately came and fixed it.
The location to the wedding we were attending was the only good thing There were stains on the walls and sheets. The place was absolutely filthy. We were non smokers staying in a smoking room because that's all they had left. I've stayed in smoking rooms before but the smell of smoke in this room was outrageous. Never have I ever left a hotel smelling of smoke as well as all of my possessions. as soon as you entered the room the smell of smoke was overwhelming. It was like 10 people were in there smoking continuously for the last week
This is our fourth time staying here in the last three years. The hotel is consistent in all aspects from staff to facilities. Breakfast lacks some variety but food is good.
Very nice facility. Desk staff was amazing. Room was very nice. Bathroom faucet broken. Squished roach on the inside of bathroom door jam. Price point could be lower.
The room was clean and comfortable. When attempting to check in, there was no one at the desk for over twenty minutes and no way to get in touch with someone. Ourselves and another guest stood there waiting while the attendant was nowhere to be found. Also, I got a touch of food poisoning from the continental breakfast. So, if you are susceptible to food poisoning as I am, stay away from the sausage and eggs.
Reasonable rate, good location near Willow Grove NAS. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about. On the 2nd floor I was a little concerned about the radar tower being so close. Room was clean, including the kitchen. The kitchen did not have a tea kettle, so I used a saucepan.
Upon arrival, our assigned room wreaked of cigarette smoke, which I found surprising since Marriott prides itself on being entirely non-smoking across all chains. We were then assigned a new room that smelled better. The copy machine in the business center was broken. The toaster in our room was inoperable, and it took 2 calls to the front desk to get it replaced. Two nights before departure, the refrigerator began making a clanging noise. The night before departure, I tried to print my boarding passes in the business center, after the first two pages printed, the printer ran out of paper. When I asked the front desk for more paper, I was told that they were out of paper. Memorial Day Weekend, and the pool had not yet opened for summer. This stay reminded me of Fawlty Towers.
Excellent staff and cleanliness None
We were traveling with two adults and a teenager, and usually get two adjoining rooms. We instead stayed here and had two full bedrooms, a kitchen, and a nice living area for a very reasonable price. We were only staying one night, but could have been comfortable here for a while. Although there was construction at the hotel, they did their best to make us comfortable. There is not much service, but the breakfast was fine. Ice was a bit of a walk outside the building, but that was also O.K. We will stay here again!
I enjoyed the stay. The front desk was great, gave perfect directions and lots of patience, very attenitive to our needs with the kids, shared information, geat time, very comfortable.
Staff friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was plenty big enough. Couch was very dirty, wouldn't sit on it without covering it first. Highly recommend they toss this one and replace it. Walls very thin was woke up multiple times because of noise. Mattress was on the hard side and uncomfortable.
I was so happy that all the amenities listed were present, clean, and given with a smile. I only stayed a night, but I was able to warm up my dinner, the great breakfast was free, and get in a workout at the excersize facility. It is well located near Seattle's Best et al. on a fairly busy road, but noise was not a problem. The staff was friendly, and I would highly recommend it to any one. Thanks.
The facility was a bit outdated but the room was clean and it was more than $50 cheaper than the bigger hotel chains. There were thick towels in the bathroom instead of those thin rough things you get in other hotels. There was no heat on in the room when we got there. It was freezing and took a while to warm up. There was no blanket on the bed. Just a sheet and the duvet.
