Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect! Near the train/metro, great Mall, hotel provides a shuttle to get back and forth between the station and hotel. The Staff so nice and helpful. Thank you for such a wonder experience in Tokyo Japan!
Cons: Nothing! The hotel was great and a wonderful experience.
Pros: Location and shuttle transportation to nearest train station.
Pros: Spacious room with good sized beds (bigger than most in Japan, one bed slept two adults comfortably). Amenities were nice! Gym double the size I expected. Staff excellent, spoke great english. Excellent proximity to Disney and train station.
Cons: Beware of the breakfast buffet! We weren't told the price and it was billed to the room...nice but not worth the price: $150/ 2 adults and 2 kids. Shower was wonderful but no fan=insane humidity left everything drenched. Had to shower with door wide open.
Pros: Excellent staff in all aspects. Staff very polite and very helpful. The shuttle to train/ subway was at no added cost Hotel shuttle also ran frequently and I think well past 10pm. Upgraded room at no extra cost. 9th floor rooms are very good.
Cons: Cost of food, monotony of buffet breakfast and strong tobacco smell on 7th floor and the rooms on that floor we stayed in.Rooms too costly and below my expectations for that brand.Hotels charged extra +/- USD27.00 for the online booking.
I enjoyed the check in lobby. It had a children's play area right in front of the check in that kept my daughter busy. I also really liked the fried chicken and children's hamburger meal served during room service. It was perfect for those late night hunger after returning from a busy day at Disneyland.
Pros: Best value, so close to Disneyland. There's a shuttle and the Disney monorail is convenient. The Happy Magic room we stayed in was perfect for kids. It had a build in magic mirror, and a magic lock. The t.v also had cartoon network available as well.
Pros: Loved how close it is to the Disney Monorail station (3min walk or 2 min bus ride). The lobby has a kids play area (always a pack of kids bouncing around while parents checked in). The parking and swimming pool charges are waived for guests.
Pros: Close to Disney. Beautiful views wonderful room
The hotel was amazing, my room was very clean and roomy, (I even got a free upgrade so I could have a non-smoking room) and it is a 2-3 minute walk to the Disney monorail system. There is a really nice and clean shuttle service from the Monorail to the hotel if you don't want to walk, which I confess I took sometimes. :) The staff did speak english and were very helpful in getting me a ticket for the airport Limo Bus, which stops at the hotel several times a day. There is also a 24 hr convenience store in the hotel, if you need any drinks or late night snacks. A great place, I would definitely stay at again.
Pros: This hotel was literally a 2-3 minute walk to the Disney Monorail Station.
Cons: No, I loved everything about this hotel.
Super great staff and the the rooms and views of the ocean are great. It is about 45min. to an hour to get to the city center of Tokyo by train though, plus a bus shuttle from the hotel to the train station needed. ***Make sure and check if the trains are still running when your plane gets in otherwise it's a $100 taxi ride.
Pros: Great design on the rooms, make sure and request the newer more modern rooms.
Cons: We did not realize how far the hotel was from the city center of Tokyo. I would only stay here if you are planning on Disney being your main attraction. Great hotel otherwise.
I would definitely stay here again! Our room had a theme park view and we watched the fireworks from our room window. The transportation to and from Disney was effortless. We utilized the mini-mart/convenience store daily. They also had a store that sold salads, sandwiches, and fruit, which we used to purchase our lunch to take into the Disney parks. The only disappointment I had was the lack of 'Western' food in the restaurants. We expected a wonderful breakfast buffet based on reviews, but it was a disappointment and we left after we scoped it out. They had sausage, bacon, eggs, cold cereal, and muffins and the rest was traditional Asian foods. The problem is, is that our family is vegetarian. We discovered the Disney hotels had a great breakfast buffet with all of the above, plus fruits, yogurts, salads, grilled veggies, pancakes, french toast, breakfast potatoes, and even green smoothies! When we did eat from the Hilton, it was from the outrageously priced room service menu. I was starving and ordered french toast, which was wonderful, but why not offered down stairs on an a-la-carte menu? Another thing to realize as a US tourist, is that not only at the Hilton, but other hotels, is that there are hours to each of the restaurants. The only restaurants that are continuously open are the ones in the Disney parks, which is something we weren't used to. There were times I was starving and nothing was open because it was in between their breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner hours. I wish it was just a brunch and that would solve the problem in the mornings. This happened multiple times to us on this trip, so just a warning!
Pros: We chose this hotel because it was on the Disney property and that is why we came, for Disney. The transportation was effortless to and from not only Disney, but from the airport. We loved our theme park view and watched the fireworks from our room!
Cons: The only disappointment was the lack of 'western' food at the restaurants. We ended up ordering room service to get a western breakfast. They also didn't cater well to vegetarians. Luckily there was a mini-mart and store to purchase salads.

Cons: Charged for everything, staff tried to help but language was a barrier.
Pros: Right in front of the monorail exit. Extremely convenient spot. The dinner buffet has a great variety of dishes and all are delicious! Great built-in Disney store and highly suggest shopping there first before heading off to Disney parks to avoid the crowd. Staff communicated well in English.
Cons: Was accidentally booked in smoking section, but it at least the scent wasn't too heavy. The building itself is pretty big, so prepare to walk a bit in their lobby and/or to your room.
Pros: My new wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Originally we had planned half our stay at another location, but after only a couple days here, we cancelled that one (paying the fee) and booked the rest of our time in Japan at this hotel. The service was absolutely perfect. They always did more than expected when asked for something. We absolutely would choose this hotel again if we were in the area.
Cons: My wife thought the bed was too hard, but I loved it.

Pros: The service was stellar and blew away my expectations. It was comparable to past 5 star experiences.
Cons: The kettle was confusing to use and didn't get hot enough.
Pros: I stayed one night on my way out of the country and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is about a 30 min shuttle ride away from NRT Airport so budget your time carefully.
Pros: All overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly the rooms were very clean but a bit older. The hotel is a little far from shopping but it's nice and quiet. The only downside was the shuttle buses to and from shopping and the airport. The buses were not driven well and they had a strong odor. I would have no problems staying there again the staff was fantastic.
The front desk was very accommodating. We checked in and when he found out we were not flying out til 5pm, he gave us a late checkout no extra charge. It was a very relaxing stay
Pros: Good location and breakfast had large selection with good quality
Cons: Room was not as advertised do not get stuck in the older wing of the hotel, was very old and run down, requested to be moved and was moved, staff was fantastic.
Pros: Clean, nice scenery and helpful staff
Pros: Nice American type room very large for Japan and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was on the expensive side at over $20 but the quality and variety of the food made it worth it. They also have a large bus that does runs to Narita airport.
Pros: The free shuttle and in-room wi-fi. Very convenient to get from airport to hotel via the free shuttle at bus stop #16. Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel was very quiet. There was a children's playroom although my child didn't play in it, nice to have.
Cons: Wish there was more dining options.
Pros: Lobby was nice. Room was good
Cons: Bathroom was very outdated. Bathroom was a 2 star otherwise a nice hotel
Pros: Everyone was very helpful and with out question there the kindness staff I ever meet. I had less worrys when the staff speak in English. I know only a little Japanese. I could go on and on. Cons: Did not find a bar or lounge open for alcoholic beverages in the afternoon after arrival
Cons: I didn't like that I had to pay for another room coz my kids are 17 and 15. when I checked In the host told me to get another room .. I have a 15yr old with special needs and the fact that he didn't understand that was beyond me. I also understand the language barrier. I didn't like I got split up with my kids and they are strict on who stays with whom. It was diffenatly a culture shock. We ended up staying somewhere else coz they were expensive. It would have cost me another thousands of dollar for another room.
Pros: nice room. clean and quiet.
Cons: breakfast buffet was not that good. very basic options, low on fruit options.
Pros: Location near airport, friendly restaurant host, showing some signs of hope with renovated parts of lobby
Cons: Dated decor, moldy bathrooms, bad flourescent lighting, stuffy rooms, poor food, stern airport drivers, low-class guests, unsecure doors with no key cards and old fashioned keys
Pros: Location and free shuttle buses to and from Narita airport
Pros: Great hotel and location. Staff was very helpful. Went out of their way to make my overnight stay awesome. They let me leave my backpack after i checked out so that i could explore the city.
Pros: - location
- convenience store
- smoking room in lobby
- room size was surprisingly roomy for Japan standards
- ramen restaurant across the street
- airport shuttle
- lobby was super clean and modern
Cons: -room was dated (opposite of lobby)
- and was humid and moldy / dank smelling when we got in
-wifi signal was terrible.
Pros: Wifi was decent, hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was clean.
Cons: The room was smaller than any room I have ever seen, cruise ships have bigger rooms than here. I felt extremely claustrophobic and the pictures on here are extremely misleading.
