Pros: it felt like a home away from home.
Cons: nothing really. the only issue I had was the second night when our upstairs neighbors were walking extremely loud but that is no fault of the hotels.
Pros: Great owner and staff
Pros: Location for our reason for visiting was perfect. Availability of free shuttle to and from, our event was very comfortable, and convenient and driver was very pleasant, van very clean.
Cons: the hours of the continental breakfast was too short. Maybe extend it til 10 am in the future.
Pros: Everything was clean and the staff was vary courteous
Pros: The property was great, everything was as stated on the website, very friendly staff, we enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast each day. We used both the fitness center and the pool. Great stay during our family trip to 6 Flags.
Cons: There is nothing negative to say about our experience.
Pros: Had a great day! Everyone was very helpful, and the rooms were great
Pros: Spacious rooms, extremely clean and well maintained
Cons: Though I like modern, mid century style decor, I felt the mishmash of furniture hadn’t been well conceived. The photos on the wall in rooms and hallways were amateurish and not in keeping with the more upscale feel of the rest of the hotel. Aside from these esthetics, I really enjoyed my one night stay.
Pros: Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: The television acted up all night long which was a bummer.
Cons: Showed up after check in and didnt have room ready yet

Pros: was spacious
Cons: very dated room, old 720p tv, dead batteries in tv remote, black stuff in shower tiles maybe mold, got rash on face from bedding, fitness center was hot and humid as its next to pool.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice when we checked in and out. The location is next to a large shopping center so you were availed with a lot of options for food, left clothing items or personal needs. I do wish the cost for a one night stay was a little less than paid. However, I did enjoy my short stay at location.
Cons: I wish the cost was a little less per night than it was, we would have stayed an additional night instead of getting back on the road so soon.
Cons: Hotel was noisy because of a party directly below our room. Secondly there was until 1:30 am shouting people on our floor. My entire family incl. my 9 month old baby went to bed after 1. The hotel needs very urgently an upgrade of the rooms.
Cons: The pool. I informed the front desk that the pool has so much chlorine. Nothing was done, everytime my kids used the pool they kept coughing. F
Cons: Cleaning crew left our door open all day with our belongings inside and we couldn’t have access to the outdoor fire pit because it was closed for a private event.
Pros: The rooms are hotel are more updated than photos I seen online. Very nice rooms and hotel. The breakfast was included and was a nice breakfast
Cons: Style of hotel and room. Also walking distance to a Fridays made it convenient for our late dinner and the onsite mini golf was a fun thing to do along with the pool
Pros: Great location after a long day a Great Adventure.
Cons: The price was a bit high for an overnight on n a Sunday.
Pros: Comfortable & elegant, with love for details, greatly renewed. Wonderful lobby with multiple separate places for intimacy. Nice front terrasse (covered) with fire place.
Cons: Breakfast could me more extended.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet selection for reasonable price.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and welcoming
Cons: there was a non smoking room
Cons: There was a wedding and the music was very loud. So loud that it vibrated our whole room.
Pros: Good location, dinner/food was great and employees were helpful. I would rank this a 2.5 star hotel.
Cons: Exhaust fan in bathroom was not working and could not be repaired. HD channels went out on the TV for a while, tub drainage was inadequate resulting in water up to ankles and one pillow had unpleasant odor..and not enough help in dining room for dinner.

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: No complaints
Pros: Clean and fresh.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Perfect for our needs.
Pros: Always a good, centrally located, reasonable place to stay in Central NK.
Pros: Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Loved the fact that the bathroom facility was in a separate area from the shower.
Cons: Location was off the beaten path, but great if you are hosting a corporate event.
Cons: Breakfast buffet, fruit not fresh, counters messy, unappetizing display of food
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The fruit was fresh and delicious, and I like the coffee. I used the exercise room also and it;s a very adequate facility. I stay here several times a year and the common areas are always clean. My room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked. This is a very relaxing place to stay when I'm visiting my friends. They enjoy coming over to hang out with me in my cool hotel "suite."
Cons: Maybe add a few more meatless options to the breakfast, such as breakfast burrito fixings (rice, beans, etc).
Pros: Room comfort and interior's
Cons: They have a very young lady manning the front desk who is clueless and condescending about the manner in which one talks to the guests. Terrible attitude when responding to questions. For this very reason I will give zero stars to the property.
Pros: The whole hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the gym had everything what I needed, the breakfast was great and our room was perfect as well!
Cons: No security. Exterior doors were open at all time and not one security camera at the complex.
Pros: They always have a great breakfast for any dietary needs. We’re sorry to hear that Nancy has moved away; she was super pleasant all the time.
Cons: Two of the potted trees just outside the front door have been DEAD for months. I told the desk clerk, and she said she would report it to the landscape company. There was also a mound of dirt in front of the elevators overnight, and I reported that too. Otherwise, we love this Springhouse Suite location!
Pros: The room was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons: the only problem that I had was when I tried to go to sleep but the light from underneath of the door from the hallway kept me up but I put a towel in front of it to sleep.

Pros: Everything like it’s supposed to be
Cons: The bed was too soft for me
Pros: Breakfast was good--appreciated the fruit, eggs, toast, etc. Thanks for having reusable coffee cups at breakfast. The suite was super nice--kitchenette, sitting area, view of patio--A-OK. Bed comfortable. it was easy to adjust temperature. Clean room, happy feel to the place.
Cons: Pool hours--lousy--why isn't the pool open at 6am? Should be open 6am to 11pm at least. Bathroom was very small without enough counter space. Tub bath not the greatest (cramped area, not the most aesthetic).
Cons: The receptionist at the time when we checked in was impatient. She received a call from one of the guests inquiring about the WIFi she’s talking too fast and her body language is saying that she is being bothered by that question. When she asked for my license, I didn’t have it with me at that time, she mumbled!! And I gave her a stare! But it didn’t took me a minute to provide for my license since my husband was just a feet away!
Pros: Great location, only about 5 mins away from everything. Would definitely stay here again wife my family
Pros: Breakfast wasn’t excellent. It was just good. Premade cheese omelets bacon bs unit nothing special in selection
Pros: Excellent property and customer service!
Cons: The cleanliness and the customer service was exceptional.
Pros: The breakfast was abundant and tasty and location was great. Room was good size For our family of 4. Only complaint is the pool was freezing that we couldn’t really enjoy it... but I believe we saw someone coming to fix it as we were checking out l. Would visit again
Pros: Very clean and staff was very nice. Also great location not far from shopping and dinning areas.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the room was large
Pros: Awesome suite. Everything was very nice in room. Very clean.
Cons: Bring your own pillows and breakfast could use some meat. None available
Pros: They had a problem with flooding in a room before we arrived so they gave us two adjoining rooms for the same price. Amazing customer service.
Cons: Bathroom shower wasn’t particularly nice. Breakfast starts too late.
Pros: It was a quiet room which we wanted. Extremely comfortable

Pros: I love that it is in my hometown . The staff were polite and the room great
Cons: I wish I could of slept in more, the cleaning service were always polite but I know anxious to clean the room..... I like to keep in til st least 10
Pros: The staff of Patricia (front desk) and Denia (bistro/coffee) we're wonderful.
Cons: Couch in the guest room is very uncomfortable.
Pros: Was overpriced but I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: The price
Pros: The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Pros: Location to the office and food open late
Cons: NO hot water. I called and they called me back after a delay and then hung up,, disconnected. I had to shower in cold water.. The shampoo and conditioner were so small, you could barely open them. I had to wait at the front desk to check out, she did not smile or apologize for me taking a cold shower. There were other team members there and no one stepped up
Pros: Hotel comped breakfast because booking.com ad said it was included, even though I was told at checkin that it was not included. Great customer service.
Pros: Close to the airport so convenient for our early morning flight
Cons: No comments
Pros: I think Denia (the woman who staffed Starbucks Cafe) was an incredible, generous, energetic, and pleasant woman beyond all expectations. Denia was extremely patient with the customers. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was delightful and helpful.
Cons: Actually the only problem was the location over which you have no control. It wasn't as convenient to New Hope as I thought it might be. Also, with our GPS we had an incredibly difficult time locating the property since the entrance isn't on Scotch Road. It took us several tries circling the property before locating the actual entrance. It reminded me of "Groundhog Day" the movie, quite comical. The a/c wasn't great.
Pros: Amazing staff. Clean rooms very good food/ little restaurant.
Cons: The staff in the restaurant is really overworked. They really do work hard to make the customers stay satisfactory. But, the lines are long and you could really see that they’re stressed out.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious! Staff was amazing! Beds and pillows were comfy.
Cons: The door and ceiling of bathroom had hair stuck on it , jacuzzi was not working, floor of the pool area was dirty and someone shut off the pool pumps so we couldn't go in on our last day (not the hotels fault though). And really wish you had a shuttle to sesame place.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and great staff

Pros: I liked the location to Sesame Place.
Cons: Staff is rude. Charged me for extra nights. Manager wasn't there on a Saturday to help resolve the problem. The hotel had no air conditioning in the elevators and the hallways. Plus someone walked into my room without knocking, with my whole family in the room.
Pros: Great service! Amazon breakfast! Staff was so nice. Rooms were big and clean!!
Pros: Was easy to get too. The breakfast buffet was pleasant with many items to choose.
Cons: The hallways and rooms had an odor. Smelled a lot like cigarette smoke with room spray to cover it. The ice machine did not work on the first floor. Told to go to third floor, ice machine was also having issues and the hallway was very warm, as if the ac was not working. Would not recommend hotel. Based on this stay the Hamptons will not be high on my list to stay in the future, only if stuck and no other choice.
Pros: Breakfast is very good and check in was fast, nice staff
Cons: The room was not clean
Pros: I arrived very early because I had to be elsewhere at the check in time. Dorothy advised me that since they were fully booked the night before no rooms were ready yet. She DID take my phone number and called me immediately when a room became available. approximately one hour. It worked out perfectly for me and I appreciate the time and effort she took to accommodate me. My room was spacious and very clean. The first thing I noticed was the fresh, clean smell. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well after a long day.
Cons: Did not need such a large room
Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: Pillows are way too soft
Pros: The breakfast crew were fantastic. They kept the area clean and stocked and if we needed something, they got it for us!
Pros: The Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!
Pros: Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Lovely rooms. Full breakfast.
Cons: Technical issues with TV due to computer server upgrade. Resolved.
Pros: The bed was exceptional and the lady at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful.
Pros: Very clean rooms, spacious rooms, great amenities, breakfast buffet is amazing! Beautiful guest lounge with kids play house, plenty of tables seating many in front of a beautiful fire place would certainly be back and reccomend this hotel. 5 stars all t
Cons: Hard time connecting to free wifi services.
With a stay at Temperance House in Newtown, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Sesame Place and Newtown Theater. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: The deep history of the room and the whole place was stirring! The owner took time to show and tell us all about the place. It was fun to have the tavern downstairs where people were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: I could have used more robust coffee and a non-sweet option for the continental breakfast.
Pros: Love the history. Staff very happy and helpful.
Pros: I was in room #5 for a 2 night stay. The Inn was very charming, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super comfy.
Pros: Staff is great and the room was amazing! Bar and restaurant downstairs is great and in the heart of town you can access everything by 5-10 min walk.
Pros: Friendly staff, dinner was nice. Michael was our server and was efficient and friendly
Cons: Hallways were dirty, vacuumed, dusty Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were like laying on a plastic bag. Bathroom sink would over flow if it was left on for too long, took 2 hours to drain
Pros: It is really neat to think that I was staying in an inn that was open when George Washington was riding around Bucks County. The owners have done a really nice job making this inn very comfortable.
Cons: It would be really nice if there were cold bottles of water available for the guests in the breakfast room.
Pros: location was great
Cons: Breakfast was poor, music from bar area kept us awake until 2am.never anyone at reception desk.
Pros: History of Inn.
Cons: Breakfast was awful! Coffee machine was broken and it took 2 phone calls and 20 minutes for someone to come fix it. Everything in the frig was frozen - hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, butter and orange juice. The bathroom/room had no Kleenex. The bathroom towel holders were very dusty. Dangerous bathroom - very slippery bathtub/shower. No grab bar in shower. No one at the desk - not even a bell to ring to let someone know we were there. Plastic on pillows made a crinkling noise all night- finally slept with the decorative pillow.
Pros: Very comfortable and the erea is very beautiful. It's a nice escape to peace
Pros: The history.
Cons: Parking can be a little tricky.

Pros: The shower and the pool with hot tub it was great.
Cons: Not enough staff in the evening. I had to go to the front desk for everything.
Pros: The staff were fabulous.
Cons: The breakfasts were not as good as last year when I stayed there
Cons: We were not given the rooms requested and paid full price for both rooms unless u give me a credit for the second room I will not use booking.com or recommend it to my friends and family.we were supposed to have a king suite with an adjoining standard king.we were traveling with a two year old it was not ideal to have the second room across the hall.also we had two small dogs requested first floor said we would get it ps we were on the fourth floor
Pros: Modern and clean
Cons: Given key to occupied room
Pros: loved the breakfast...cool that there was not bacon etc...but lots of healthy nuts,etc...very good...
Pros: Friendly staff when checked in. Make you feel welcome.
Pros: location perfect, good breakfast, staff helpful
Pros: Overall, the accommodations were fine. I was assigned the wrong room at check in, and when I attempted to swap or have this changed I was met with resistance. Assistant Manager stated he was full and the rm was the same price because we were given a handicapped accessible rm. however, I specifically reserved (and prepaid) for a suite with a pull out couch. When I looked online, rms were still available.
Cons: it was a decent hotel. Fine for travelers, especially business related travelers. Everyone seemed very “young” and not very interested in making their customers happy. eg offering to see if a fresh pot of coffee could be brewed. Nothing major, overall decent.
Pros: Wonderful place for a business traveler. Clean modern rooms with everything you could possibly need including a kitchen! Beautiful gym and wonderful free breakfast with actually delicious coffee
Cons: The Internet was intermittent and phone connection poor they must improve this for the business traveler. Also the showerhead while it was beautiful was not functional as the pressure was nonexistent so had to use the handheld. A simple design flaw whoever selected did not realize that the larger the head The less pressure
Cons: I would like to know what happened to the sort order cook for breakfast.... The breakfast was horrible
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the room felt like a New York studio apartment ,very modern. I didn't feel like i was staying in a hotel room. Very pretty and bright. The staff was so friendly!
Cons: The room didn't have any information about the hotel, i wasn't sure if breakfast was included, or would have been nice to see what area attractions there were.
Cons: On booking.com i reserved a room with a king. But when i checked in i was given a room with two beds. I was just a little taken back that i didnt get the room that i reserved. What was more frustrating is that no one informed me of the change. I mean if im paying my money i should at least have the choice of accept the room change. There werent really many interesting tv channels available. I dont know if it was because of the package from comcast but there werent really any movie channels.

Cons: Front desk clerk in the morning very rude and Unhelpful
Pros: Easy to get to but hard to find once you are there. It is hidden
Pros: Everything was just fine except for bathroom door lock.
Cons: Swimming pool was nice
Pros: The staff was friendly, the pool was great, (but very crowded as open to the public) and the location was perfect to go to Newark airport.
Cons: Service and presentation in the plates at the restaurant was poor. No elevators, difficult to reach the upper floor rooms with heavy suitcases.
Pros: Desk staff was great. Room was comfy and you accepted pets.
Cons: The food for breakfast was very bad. Had to eat out. Breakfast is an easy meal to make and if you are going to advertise the breakfast it should be alot better and it's a good thing you say it's free because nobody would want to pay for that food even though nothing is free and I'm sure we still pay for it in the end.
Pros: the Pool is very nice and our daughters like it. They didn't want to leave the hotel because of the pool.
Pros: Quiet and clean
Cons: Price was a little high but overall very happy with my stay.
Pros: Breakfast, clean, close to a lot of fun things
Cons: They should have a bigger breakfast area and 2 waffle makers.
Pros: Good customer service...
Cons: The location is not easy to find with small hotel sign.
Pros: Room was fairly clean. Hotel is fairly close to Trenton Airport. Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
