Pros. Location, location, location...and service:)
Cons. It's incredibly out of date, but adorable nonetheless, or maybe because of it.
Pros. I loved being able to walk the beach without crowding of people and my balcony view was relaxing as I was able to hear the waves all night.
Cons. I didn't like the fact I had to clean the refrigerator top as the ice tray was stuck to it and coffee was all over the ice tray. The toilet was sprayed but not cleaned. I wanted so badly to relax and take a bath, but the tub had not been cleaned and there was a white film ring around it. I am also glad I am not allergic to mold, as above the tub area there was an abundance of black mold. These areas may seem fine for others, however, I really needed some "Time off" from having to clean. Maybe if the hotel was busy and the cleaning crew was limited on time, but this was off season and not busy at all.
Pros. Location, price
Cons. noisy rooms, thin walls.. Not good for sleeping in.
Pros. Rooms were not big but they were cozy, functional and clean. The access to the beach and the views were wonderful. We were there offl season and it was quiet. Very good room for the price paid. Enjoyable and the location is the best.
Cons. The ocean view entry door and large ocean view window opened on to the access balcony so other guest are walking by your door and window. Definitely opt for the $ upcharge for the 2nd or 3rd floor; otherwise you will be looking directly into parked cars. But the ocean and beach are 100 yards away and that is where we wanted to be.
Pros. Perfect weekend getaway just a short drive from Boston. The ideal place to stay if you have kids. Pools, beaches, resteraunts, you name it! We had a blast and will definitely be back!!!
Pros. I liked the location and I prefer this resort during the winter. We were given a closer room to the indoor pool which was nice. employees were very nice and the room was very nice and clean, very comfortable. Great value for the money spent on the room.
Cons. There were too many kids, and they were highly unsupervised jumping around, splashing us in the hot tub and horseplay. Apparently they only have one legal bartender and she was on maternity leave so none of the staff could sell us liquor so we went for beers only. Our room lock broke and we were locked out when we returned from the pool and it was snowing. We waited for the maintenance to open it which was fast and then we had to switch rooms around 9:30pm. All together I liked our visit but it was better the first time.
