Pros (+) Smart design
Cons (-) Seems a little impractical (wrt the bathroom facilities) for the first time user. May be one will get used to but given this was my first time, I was not very impressed.

Pros (+) The staff at the Amsterdam hotel went above and beyond in helpfulness. They oriented us to the city, the rail system, best restaurants, called cabs, etc. Felt like we had made friends.
Cons (-) The rooms are quite small., and yes, the shower is in the middle of the room. You have to see it to believe it. It's fine if you're a couple, or single. well worth it. We will always use this chain in any city we can.
