Cons: I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us.

Pros: Flight was on time, smooth take-off and landing, and gluten-free meal available (ordered before through Delta.com). Alcohol was available at each drink service.
Cons: No gluten-free snacks, lack of gluten-free awareness by crew, and gluten-free meal had an apple instead of the (gluten-free) ice cream bar the other meals included for the dessert.

Cons: Checking bags in Reno was a bit chaotic. Only one representative was there to assist when we arrived an hour before the flight. When others arrived to assist, people went directly to counter and were helped before those of us who had been waiting in line. My seat back screen did not work .

Pros: The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking.
Cons: My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have.

Pros: We were offered food and drinks (including basic cocktails) continuously throughout the flight. Hot hand towels, comfortable seats, dozens of movies and TV series, all included with basic fare. The flight attendants were kind and helpful. Excellent service and organization!

Cons: It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Some turbulence due to having to fly over tropical storm. Like the games and movies available.
Cons: The cabin was very warm.

Pros: Delta has always be a step above the rest. Traveling with my children is not a problem and frowned upon with Delta. I rarely choose competitive airlines and will continue to use Delta as much as possible.

Pros: When I went into customer service and explained that I lost my flight because of bean at the immigration for almost 2hrs and the woman she say u going on the next flight, one hr later I was heading to my destination Richmond.

Cons: The new boarding pillars with Priority, Sky, Zone 1, Zone 2, etc was a mess. In concept it should be a good process, but it was just a sea of people asking each other which boarding group they were in. Going back to asking those who are in a particular boarding zone to form a line and doing so each zone at a time seems like a smoother process.

Cons: The first leg to Frankfurt was 6 hours late. Missed connection, missed next possible connection, and waiting in line to try to get last possible flight out. Everyone's schedule has been turned upside down.

Cons: People in economy who have no common sense and put their seat all the way back into the personal space of the person sitting behind them. They should not be able to recline that far. If they need that much room take first class.

Cons: Notifications for Change of Boarding Gate is not very effective. It is dependent on internet connection and may lead to missing flight connection. It happened to me, in spite of the wifi connection at the airport. Some airlines would put up an electronic notification for the change at previously known Gate. It's also possible to miss Airport voice messages due to temporary impairments travellers suffer from the previous flight. You can call out a passenger for all you want and still miss passing out the message.

Pros: Lufthansa has it all together and knows how to fly. I recommend to everyone!

Pros: On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well.

Cons: It took 90 (ninety!) minutes to get my suitcase at SFO. What a shitty, second-world airport. "Love" the crt tvs playing awfully low-quality "welcome to the US" videos. Way to showcase Silicon Valley's technical advances. Laughable.

Pros: Great aircraft! Clean, new, well maintained. No luggage problems. Cabin service was not very atttentive, which we attribute to almost full flight, with many young , noisy children.

Cons: There was a lot of noise during all the flight; people were talking loudly and kids were crying all the time. The online entertainment system was not practical at all and it does not replace a 10" physical screen in the seat.

Cons: I was in the next to last row in economy class. The person ahead of me put his seat back as far as it would go. that is his right. Behind me were two friends traveling with me. I doubt if their seats reclined (the last row) so I did not attempt to recline my seat. As a result I was a true "sardine". There was so little space between my face and the seat back ahead of me I could not look at the video screen, which was positioned at an angle when the seat was back. I just closed my eyes and let it pass. Economy plus next time? I have long legs.
