My "virtual" flight was okay. In the real world BA cancelled my trip and refunded my $$ through Kayak before I left and I had to rebook a flight on a different airline through Kayak. I was and am surprised that Kayak thinks I am flying on the cancelled tickets that have been refunded. So my ratings of the trip are completely bogus. I would hope that Kayak would corect the flaw in the computer system that thinks cancelled tickets are still "flying".
I was never even on the flight because British Airways does not even operate out of Nairobi anymore. Why did they allow me to purchase a ticket to fly out of Nairobi when they do not even exist there anymore. I had to purchase an additional ticket with another airline just to arrive home. Terrible!
I would like my refund because I was never given a chance to use the flight. I you need to send me connection to process refund for the whole trip. I booked through you and the trip was never allowed to continue. Please assist me get my refund to settle and close this chapter.

Cons: "The crew made far too many unnecessary announcements and the sound system was friggin loud. Everyone on the plane jumped and cringed everytime there was another completely unnecessary announcement. The seating area in coach was also a bit crammed. The flight was full as were the overhead bins so i had to stow everything at my feet and there was barely any room."

Cons: "We were informed at the Nairobi check in that our tickets had been suspended because of possible risk of fraud. Attempts to resolve this promptly were not successful. For a first time traveler to the UK, this created unnecessary anxiety and gave us the feeling that the agency appointed to check us in are not supportive. We were eventually sorted but this is not nice at all given the fact that payments went through and tickets were issued and no one informed us of any issues until we got to the airport. Some feedback would be appreciated."

Pros: "The flight was delayed due to a thunderstorm, something out of the control of BA or LHR Airport, but the crew never seized to deliver a superior service with a warm smile on their face even when the heat was unbearable coz the AC wasn’t working. The captain frequently gave us updates and even walked around the plane to answer our questions! Superior customer service..."

It was chaotic, with no one appearing to know what options were available. It was a long night, and if my wife had not re-booked me on another flight out, I might still be there. Seat would not recline as we were stuck in the very back row of economy. Very uncomfortable experience. BA, this is no longer good enough - relying on customer loyalty will no longer work!"

I was waiting more than 45 minutes standing looking for a solution before i miss the flight , until finally , i called the customer service( 25 minutes waiting) in LOndon , where they explained to the boarding desk that they should check the credit card to release the ticket !!!!"

We did bring our own items to entertain our kids but with the limitations on what you can carry on we were banking on them being able to use the in flight system."

Cons: "Not BA's fault but Nairobi is probably one of the most uncomfortable airports. We paid to go into the Aspire Lounge but was surprised that BA do not have a lounge. We flew Premium Economy but didn't think we got that much extra for the amount paid. Breakfast was one breakfast bar and that was it."
