Boarding was slow again. Too many people with too much luggage.
Cons: "I didn’t take the flight. Due to a change in my post-flight quarantine lodging arrangements in Salt Lake City, I needed to change the date of my flight. Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date."
Pros: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing."
Cons: "Original flight changed- had me arriving after second flight took off. Delta didn’t fix it. Spent 5 hours changing it. Rebooked flight was delayed- they rebooked to the next day at the last minute then, got me out same night but 3 Hours from my original airport."
Pros: "Empty middle seat; disinfectant wipes. I know these measures were implemented because of COVID but I wouldn’t mind having these last past the pandemic!"
Cons: "Front right lav door hard to latch, headphones worked on one side only, gap in middle of lie-flat bed."

Cons: "I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us."

Cons: "Seat bottom cushion was not comfortable, also I think my seat was broken as any time I leaned forward it returned to upright position. Food was good but need more snack for a long haul flight. Needed more drink offers between meals."

Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Food was not good. Nothing for my kids to eat. Needed some simple options for kids. Boarding was chaotic. Why serve food at 3am local time? Focus should have been getting people to sleep.

Flight was 2 1/2 hours late and information at the gate was inaccurate and inconsistent with online data.
Flight got delayed 1 hour from 1145 pm to 1245 am the another hour to 145 am just for them to cancel our flight. Waited until we gave up at 4 and decided to take an uber to a hotel since it was taking too long for them to provide us with one.
Gate lady was short & annoyed with us when we had already missed our connection to Albuquerque. She finally gave us both center seats. American Airlines is my least favorite airlines.
90 min delay for a food cart that needed to be fixed.

The strangest business class layout, 2-4-2, with alternate rows facing backward.
It never happened. Snow storm. Flights cancelled. Got Covid somewhere along the air travel.

Forced to wait extras 3hrs (estimate) in Madrid airport for bags Cannot track bags for last segment neither on United IOS app nor Lufthansa app. Poor integration between UA - LF systems Limited choice of movies"

Cons: "My flight was delayed on several occasions. It was awful. Then I missed my connection. Very unsympathetic and the staff did nothing to help me make my connection. They just said oh well, you can catch the next flight so I missed my son’s soccer game that he was so hoping I would see."

Cons: "Everything! Flight was delayed made my daughter miss her connector and there were no other flights to her destination. Then your airline refused to put her on another airline . I had to pay $600 for her to fly delta because she had to get back to school for her finals the next day. And United was absolutely NO help!"
