Cons: The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight.

Pros: The crew did it’s best to get us on ASAP

Cons: The plan was late. Very late. And we started late which made it worse. The seats have no cushion. So it feels like your sitting on metal.

Pros: Stewardesses were so kind and friendly on this flight, it was a very positive experience.

Cons: The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight.

Pros: The staff member at the gate was friendly.

Cons: No staff at all to help with checking in bags. No communication from the pilot or crew about what was causing delays, or estimated arrival time.

Pros: I liked the 2-3-2 seat configuration so my husband and I could sit in a 2 seat row without being crowded in with anyone else. Those seats are tight!

Cons: Everything could have been better. Boarding was terrible. Apparently the Air Canada devices did not work at this gate? Because boarding was so delayed, we lost our spot to depart. We were stuck on the tarmac for an hour. The seats were too crammed together and very uncomfortable for a 4+ hour flight. Food service did come through, but they were out of most things. It’s advertised you can buy a meal/snack/drink combo but the drinks did not come through at the same time and that was a mess. There didn’t seem to be any air vents above the seats so the flight was very stuffy. We will never fly Rouge again.

Pros: The crew on today’s flight were phenomenal!! Wish I got their names. But as my mother worked for AC for 26 years so I travelled A LOT!! Have to say they were the best I can ever remember!

Cons: When checking in all three Aguiar seats were rows away from each other. Bus to plane was not convenient. Think assistance and children should be last on to decrease wait time as they will also be last off. Just felt that for years.

Pros: Ability to plug into a movie or music and go to sleep

Cons: Not being woke up to find out if I want something to eat or drink. Aisle seat and i was being knocked a lot. I had been up over 30 hours and was exhausted.

Cons: Air Canada needs to update it's entertainment systems. On flights to and from my destination both the audio jack and screen were broken. Also, the flight did not receive any salads, leaving this vegan with slim pickings. Get it together, Air Canada!

Pros: The seat cushion had no support. I felt like i was sitting on seat supports

Cons: Thicker seat cushion would be more comfortable.

Pros: Crew except one were friendly. Best landing ever in St. John’s. Flights on time.

Cons: Seats are very uncomfortable. No food selection on last flight and flight attendant was reluctant to be helpful about it.
