Landing in Baltimore

I drove from St Augustine Florida past the Atlanta airport 3 hours to Birmingham to fly back to Atlanta (33 minutes) to run thru the airport to just make connection flight. The cost from Alabama to Atlanta was $154 I wanted to spend the day with my kids in Florida but if I wanted the direct flight ( same one I connected was $660 so I was not happy. Plus we had over 1200 pounds in 3 seats and I'm 296 in the middle. How can the same seat be that much mire $$$$$$$$$

Customer service at checkin was great! Very helpful and polite. The crew on board, also very polite.

I am 6' tall and of healthy body weight. There is not enough room in the seats for someone 6' tall. Get your greedy act together you filthy, no good, rotten scoundrels. Take out a single row of seats and leave room for my legs.

I had a very troubling encounter with a JetBlue employee at the ticket counter - BWI Airport. Specifically, when I approached the tick counter and asked if there were any flights going to Boston (03/12/2017), I was told by one if the ladies No more available flights to Boston (with a pleasant professional smile); from which I accessed the Kayak app ND discovered there were additional flights, wherein I proceeded to purchase a ticket. Once I obtained my confirmation from the JetBlue website via Kayak, I returned to the ticket counter and noticed the employee who gave me the false information left the area and did not return. I find this encounter troubling. The act committed by the unnamed employee indicates their are employees that feel empowered to commit deceitful acts.

I reserved a wheel chair to transport me through airport lobby and corridors. On both ocassions the wheel chairs waited for me as I exited the plane. Bravo Bravo Bravo On a short flight I suggest you bring your sandwich aboard

my daughters luggage was misplaced and the charge for checking the bags and then to lose them is really unfair now...i have wasted $200

Seat back didn't go back. Had to pay for seats. $10. seats filled up. $14. seats had good room.

Southwest flight attendants are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Always friendly, professional, and taking that extra step to make sure everyone is safe, happy, and getting to their destination in style. I have HAD to fly on other airlines recently, and the service and price of Southwest is the only airline worth my time.

The attendants and preflight team were wonderful and kept us updated on unavoidable delays. Considerate and professional the whole flight.

I love the fact that the airplane had electrical outlets at each seat. I was able to charge my phone so I never run out of battery! The crew was very also very nice.
