I can handle a 2 hour flight, but not 6+ hours of constant noise) I did not use it, but the entertainment system kept locking up and the flight attendants needed to reboot. If I had been depending on this entertainment it would not have been good. The flight attendants did not come through the cabin enough to pick up trash."

Cons: "There was no entertainment available on this flight. It's a short flight so I don't expect any, however, I continued on to Phoenix that day from Chicago and that is a long flight. I expected free entertainment on that flight, as it was afforded on the flight on the Phoenix to Chicago leg of my flights earlier in the week. The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."

Cons: "There are TVs on the backs of chairs where they advertise that you can pay to watch shows or movies and play the safety video. That would be fine if you could just turn it off once that's done. But it was too hard to turn off, and after the safety video, they played three ads (you couldn't turn the ads off). At the end of the flight the tvs camenon again. It was also a night time flight - how can you sleep with the screen on. Also, the seat space seemed smaller than usual so the screen was in my face. I hated this flight."
Cons: "Wifi never worked, mentioned several times to crew and didn't have decency to check or follow up. Attendants were crabby at best and were acting like they were doing passengers a favor by even. Wing there. Very rude and unprofessional to every question. Captain came out to go to bathroom twice and chatted up remaining flight attendant for several minutes- making it so passengers couldn't approach restrooms."

Poor planning. There was another flight I tried to get on but they couldn't seem to locate their flight attendants and it was delayed about 6 hours."

Cons: "We were connecting to this flight after flying in from Rome. Initially we were scheduled for an 8:30pm flight, but after landing early asked if we could change to an earlier flight. They graciously bumped us up to a 7:30pm flight, which trimmed our 4-hour layover down to 3pm. Cut to 6:15pm...we find out that the flight is not delayed AN HOUR due to a "late inbound flight." Long story short, the 7:30pm flight ended up departed later than the 8:30pm flight we were originally scheduled on so we didn't get to LA until after we were originally supposed to!!"
