They are so strict with liquids that all baby foods had to put in a separate bin and we had to go to another security point for clearance. It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

Charging these individuals for these violations would deter them from engaging in this behavior. You might also want to add to your instructions how to disembark the plane, some individuals think their schedule is more important and rush up the isle in front of others who are trying to get their carry on luggage from the overhead compartment. She either didn't know how to or was unwilling to verify our infant in arms' ticket, check our baggage, or receive a cash payment for our checked bags after she sent us to the kiosk for a third time. She never greeted us and only addressed us when absolutely necessary but had plenty of time to talk with her coworkers. It took nearly an hour for her to process our check in. She actually made another customer cry."

Having such late and inconsistent flight information really cut into my schedule, prevented me from spending more time with family, and caused me to sit unnecessarily in an airport where all shops/restaurants were closed so I couldn't even get dinner."

Cons: "1 hour security time. Flight moved up without notice. Will not talk about refund at all. Giving no options. No personnel at both terminal counters as well as check in. Get better employees or just quit"
Pros: "Plane took off an hour late for unknown reasons. After landing to DCA the baggage took an hour and half to arrive on the belt again for unknown reasons."
Pros: "Frontier has the best leg room that I have encountered flying. Our flight however had a transfer in Orlando from dc to San Diego that was not clear on our inteniary or tickets which we only found out when we boarded in dc! Otherwise frontier offers lower fares but seats don't recline and sleeping on cross country flights are rough"
Cons: "They canceled the flight and left me stranded. The number their email refered me too put me on hold for an hour and a half before I went to the airport to speak to a real agent. He just said that they would refund my cost or reschedule me --- for 4 days later. No arrangements with the other airlines. I was left scrambling to get my own alternate flight. Horrible airline. I hope never to use them again."

Cons: "Frontier really nickels and dimes you to death with carryon charges, luggage charges, seat charges, food charges. But they let you breathe the air for free."
Pros: "Getting off the airplane."
Cons: "Everything else. The gate agents in Atlanta were nice. But the flight was delayed on the way out due to maintenance - Frontier contracts out their maintenance - so then we switched to a different plane. I was more than an hour late to my meeting in New York. Even The flight attendants were rude - they wouldn't even give me a cup of water after I had run to a different terminal and back trying to catch a different flight out. The flight back was even worse. Again, we were delayed. And the flight attendants were rude. I've flown probably around 200 flights in my life. These two flights were without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had."

Cons: "The plane looked old (chipped paint, outdated upholstery). Seats did not recline. Had to pay for all baggage, carry-ons and drinks/food: this greatly increased the price of what we originally thought was a good deal on our flight."
Pros: "fares are fine but you offer NOTHING FREE like they did in the good old days, not even a small pillow or blanket, no small bottle of water or peanuts. Back in the day we got food, snacks, room to move and comfortable seats for an airplane."

Pros: "Once we got into the Gate, which was a problem coming and going into Denver --it was fine. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes to pull up to the gate. (on the way to Seattle, in Denver the wait was 40 minutes on the tarmac). Seems like Frontier must be struggling."

Cons: "The takeoff time for the flight seemed to be delayed by people trying to fight over overhead carryon space. There isn't much the airline could do. I spoke with customer service on the phone multiple times on the flight regarding various issues. They were able to help on about half of them. Response time was extremely long and trying to get a hold of someone was nearly impossible (When through a bunch of prompts to discuss issues with a computer instead of a real person. Yes I tried pressing "0" every chance I could to be redirected)"
Pros: "Low base price, clean plane, pay for what you use,"
Cons: "It was canceled for the crew being over flight hours. However the delay of the plane was realized at 2pm and my flight was not until 8pm so it's frustrating to me that from 2 to 8 nothing got caught or realized. Lucky my pets have my mom so she can take care of them or I would have been really mad they cancelled last second"

Cons: "Seats were the most uncomfortable ever. Tray backs were about size of a pack of cheese crackers. Would barely hold a soft drink. At no time during my booking or printing of the itinerary was there any mention that if I chose my own seat there would be a hefty up-charge and that I would be charged $30.00 each way for a carry on bag. They don't tell you this until you've paid the fare and it's time to print the boarding pass. I have no idea how this airline stays in business. By the time I paid all the excess charges I could have flown on Delta on a nice plane with nice seats. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Never again will I fly Frontier. I'd rather take the bus."
