Cons: "This is my second time bad experience with ticketing desk crew. The lady (Her name is Maria) at issuing boarding passes was real rude. First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not"

Cons: "Flight was a half hour late. Pilot could have communicated with passengers. Gate 35X at National Airport is a terrible situation. We go down stairs to deplane, then wait for a bus to take us to the terminal. Not acceptable."

Cons: "Paid for seats so I could sit with my guy - still had zero leg room. Generally disappointed with the state of air travel in the US - feels like we're being herded like cattle. Would like to vote with my dollars to help airlines that value customers and aren't trying to pinch pennies/nickel & dime us"

Cons: "The worst international flight I’ve been on in years. No seating room. The movie was shown on tiny screens in the center aisle (which I didn’t think existed anymore) and was barely audible and tuned in and out. The plane also lacked air conditioning. A truly awful experience."

Cons: "The female staff at the desk where the luggage is dropped and boarding passes are issued was very rude. A little smile makes a difference vs being rude to customers. Apparently she needed to know that she is getting paid because customers like us choose to fly AA or BA"

Cons: "Economy cabin is not meant for anyone over 6' tall. Worst seats I have experienced on any airline. My knees were jammed against the seat on front of me the entire flight. The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."

Cons: "1 hour late leaving origination, late arrival at connection & missed flight, overnight hotel at my expense when there was no weather at any of the cities in my itinerary. Hours and several calls to reschedule. App didn't allow me to pick seat or check in on next day's flight. That flight was late (had to wait for flight attendants to arrive from another late flight. It should not take 24 hours to fly from Phoenix to Boston in good weather."

Pros: "Fast flight that included an afternoon snack, that was a nice surprise. Tight seats and no entertainment, which is to be expected for such as short flight. Got to our destination about 25 minutes early!"

Cons: "Nickel and diming people for every little thing. I didn't mean to select a paid seat upon making my reservation on-line, and I couldn't get it to come off. Had to pay anyway."

Cons: "American refused to board me becouse LAN did not send the reservation to AA system. Flight was full and AA did not even talk with me about what to do. They just unloaded my bag allready checked to MIA.. After two hours standing at LAN counter they changed my flight to Lima and than to Miami. I came to Miami 12 hours late, very disappointed by this service. According to AA my ticket was never confirmed by the airline !! How can you sell it to customer ??"

Cons: "Left 25 minutes late. when I asked the flight attendant to let me move further to the front so I can leave the plane quick and not miss my connection I was told that there were no other seats. I looked and YES there was at least 5 other seats in rows much closer than mine! Also upon arrival we did not get off the plane for 15 minutes . My connection was boarding already. I had to go from gate E 6 to gate B14 in a flash at the age of 66 I barely made it out of breath and they were about to close the doors! I was not a happy camper when I was told in the flight 5406 that I had plenty of time!!! not to worry!!!"

Pros: "Only 30 minutes or so to ORD from GRB Paid with AA points at 7,500 miles each way for a weekend in Chicago"

Cons: "It's an old plane and almost nothing works. The food was not great. The crew was horrible. It sounded like the pilot was drunk. The crew treated us like we were a burden. They spent the entire time bothered and ripping on the passengers."

Pros: "Our flight had a veteran who had received the Medal of Honor and the pilot and attendants took a moment to recognize him and it was sooo special and meaningful for American Airlines to take the time to thank this awesome individual!!! Thank you!!"

Cons: "Budget Rental, OMG 55 min wait in the parking lot before some would check myself and several other renters. NEVER use budget again. Its not that they were understaffed. I saw Budget employees standing around doing nothing. On a side note the inside of the car was coated with a white cleaning solution, windows were dirty, and windshield fluid was empty."
