Pros: there was an open seat between aisle and window seat!!! however I did pay extra $40 for that seat. so nice to be able to move without constantly knocking into person sitting smashed next to you! great AA crew, polite & professional. on time departure and arrival. comfortable cabin, seats

Cons: On both segments of the trip American changed my seat which I. I’d not realize until boarding. Way to late to protest. You pay for preferred seating but then get bumped to a lousy seat with no explanation. Likely because I was a single traveler and an American employee wanted my seat. Better not happen on the return flight

Cons: They lost my luggage. They did not allow me to take her whit me in the plane because i did not fit a suitcase that always travel on top because is small suitcase terrible I will never travel again with amercan airlines

Pros: Review asks for comment on each leg but pro’s and cons about the same. I liked the Silver staff, gate and onboard. it was a short flight each leg, with a complimentary small bottle of water. The flights were fine. It is great landing at the same terminal where your connection leaves from.

Cons: Baggage was an issue for me this trip. I was traveling with a roll-on that I planned to check, a smaller roll-on, a laptop and case, and a CPAP. Both going and returning they encouraged me to gate check/valet the roll-ons, which I did on the way to Key West. But that burdened me during the long layover in Fort Lauderdale that was not part of my original itinerary. I did check the larger roll-on for return flight ($35) and am still waiting for the carousel to start turning 30 minutes after reaching baggage claim.

Cons: I will be filing a formal grievance

Cons: Tallahassee to Tampa has to Walk out on the tarmac in the rain no umbrella & no poncho offered... to wait 10 minutes and have to walk back out to the same plane to head to ft Lauderdale Waited to get off plane in ft Lauderdale for thunderstorm and 30 minutes for luggage Crew was fine

Cons: 5+ hours and just some bagged snacks. Had to wait forever for soda. Screen was difficult to work - touch wasn’t working. Much smaller program selection than flights 6 days ago from RSW to LAX via ATL.

Cons: Got a stiff neck cause the seat would not go back. Makes it difficult to see the entertainment with my progressive lenses

Cons: I paid EXTRA for comfort. I paid $89 to select my seat (1F). A very, very LARGE lady boarded the plane shortly before the door was closed. She was assigned to seat 1E. After some difficulty and struggles she was able to fasten her seatbelt. The gentlemen who was in seat 1D disappeared. I was LITERALLY unable to sit back comfortably in my seat because of this lady's size. Her body spilled over my armrest. I could not get comfortable at all. From Los Angeles to Atlanta I was miserable. I firmly believe that if someone is of a certain size, they should be required to purchase two seats. Why should I have to suffer when I paid extra to have a comfortable flight? So unfair.

I'm handicapped couldn't get around that was time I could have spent with my family and I was Hungary snf needed to use the restroom which couldn't use until boarding. Very unprofessional I wouldn't give a better grade than a d'- not sure if I would use this airline again. At least we could have comped a free soda and chips. Since the airline new that was happening ahead of time and we could have made choice our selves what to doyou people charge for or fee for anything we might want to change but it's ok for you to treat us poorly sincerely Eugenio Cortez
