Pros: The view and natural scenery that Silver had absolutely nothing to do.

Cons: Silver never adheres to their schedule. We were constantly pushed back with zero information as to why. Finally after 2.5 hours of delays we finally took off. I missed the ferry to the outer islands and had to find a last minute hotel over easter weekend thanks to Silver.

Cons: Complete ineptitude. Poorly run. One plane of 33 people and they lost my bag. Horrible experience.

Pros: Despite boarding late, and sitting on the tarmac for half an hour since we missed our take off time, and having to move passengers around to balance the weight on the plane, we made it home alive.

Cons: We landed over half an hour late. Flight attendants needed to move passengers to balance the weight on the small plane, and asked for "volunteers." When there were none, the FA stood in the aisle and said we just weren't going to take off if nobody volunteered. They should have just MOVED people.

Cons: Plane left 4 mins early knowing that passengers were on a delayed flight.

Cons: I came from a long trip from France, the seat I was assigned was not reclinable, close to the restroom. I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out

Pros: The seat and entertainment were good!

Cons: The female flight attendant in business had a serious attitude problem! She made us feel that she was doing us a favor! My wife never received her coffee or her silverware. I had to ask the male flight attendant who was very courteous.

Pros: Crew was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable and would ask if there was anything we needed.

Cons: Nothing we had the best flight staff one could ask for, very attentive. Would definitely fly with them again.

Cons: My flight was delayed both times going and coming to Pensacola, the first flight on my way to Pensacola was delayed 4 times and cancelled, but they decided after about five minutes to take us after a four hour delay.

Cons: Can't tell how the flight was because missed connecting flight from LAX to SJC because Westjet from YYZ to LAX had a mechanical issue. They end up replacing a tire which caused a 1.5 hr flight delay

This is discount airline tactics, not a strategy/market American Airlines presents itself as. Why pay premium if, in the end, they are no different?

Cons: The food could be better, but I understand ultimately what it is: mass produced. The pretzel bread is good. The chocolate chip cookie is great. The ice cream is great. The lemon and something cheesecake dessert was too lemony for me, but my mother would have loved it.

Pros: Diverted for unclear reasons. Stuck in TSY with hotel voucher to an overbooked hotel; trying to find out of pocket accommodations after long day of no food at MIDNIGHT was a real downer! I’ll let ya know if I make it home TODAY!!!
