Cons: "There was a flight delay in LAX due to a maintenance issue. The captain and crew informed us before we boarded the plane which was excellent. However, they could not figure out what was wrong with the planed and delayed the boarding for another 3 hours, putting our 1900 departure time to 2100."

Pros: "Wow. I have been flying American and United for years. Delta is friendly, competent, professsional and enjoyable. They treated us like friends instead of like cattle. It was great! Great job Delta. Oh, and for the first time in 50 years of flying my bags arrived sky first. Yes! They get it!"

Cons: "This is my second time bad experience with ticketing desk crew. The lady (Her name is Maria) at issuing boarding passes was real rude. First of all she doesn’t know how to enter India OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) information. She was keep saying I do not have a visa to go to India. Which I do not"

Cons: "People all over the coach section were complaining about not being able to sit together. Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach."
Cons: "I was traveling with two kids and they used my phone for shows and I brought another older Oppo phone for the myself. It just wouldn't work with the united app to open up the movies. Was unfortunate because I had two flights."
Cons: "Saw many backpacks inefficiently stored overhead, yet I was told to check in my carry on even though I had paid to upgrade my seat. Staff extremely unhelpful and clueless."

Cons: "After the entire flight was boarded & ready to go the plane had a mechanical issue before take off. Had to sit on the plan for 90 minutes before we were allowed to exit the plane. No other flights available For family of three until 3 days later! Had to demand to be transferred to another airline so my family & I can go home the next morning. Overall stuck in SNA airport for 8 hours. Didn’t get a refund for baggage, instead was given meal vouchers for the airport in the morning. United did provide hotel for the night but nothing special. United staff where nice to make the best of the situation."

Cons: "They split up my family and were not accommodating in helping to find seats near each other. Flight attendants were rude. Requested a veggie meal and got chicken. Seats didn't recline."
Cons: "We got moved to a bulkhead seat with no storage - this was after selecting my preferred seat and paying extra. We almost were moved out of economy plus but I noticed that the seat assignment had changed."

Pros: "That eventually I made it to SFO. Also too that the jerk sitting in front of me was corrected by a fellow traveler. All through the flight the guy kept egging for a fight with someone but thankfully disappointed."
Cons: "When my ticket was originally resevered I printed out the flight info than. I was to go out Alaska and come back on Frontier. On the day of my flight I checked my email and was confused because it showed Frontier instead and if I checked in online I had to pay 15.00 more dollars to pick a seat. This is at 4:00a.m. in the morning and my visa is downstairs. I'm not paying another 15 for a seat I should already have. When I get to airport, I'm told not Alaska but Virgin. I run to Virgin only to find it's Frontier and instead of 7:15 the flight leaves at 7:00 and I had to wait in line to get this info because kiosk wouldn't let me log on. Needless to say I had to book the next flight that came 8 hours later. Why so few flights to SFO and if all three of you are connected why couldn't the rep. book me on one of the other two? I was responsible to get there 2 hours ahead but I could have made it if the paperwork had not been so confusing."
Cons: "There was a malfunction online and I was overcharged for my flight. There were also delays going to and from my destination."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled 5 hours before I was supposed to get to the airport. They could not get me on another flight. I had to spend an extra $400 for a last minute flight."
