Pros: The airplane was clean and the crew was very friendly. The landing was one of the smoothest I have ever experienced.

Cons: After paying for my carryon bag - a ridiculous $50 - and then getting nothing to eat or drink on a four hour nonstop flight unless I bought it, I ended up not really saving any money over a more expensive airline. They also tried to charge me for choosing my seats while I was checking in for the flight online. The website was unclear and not easy to navigate so I ended up having to check in with an agent at the airport which I haven’t done in years.

Cons: The flight was delayed and took forever to get to Orlando

Pros: Great flight. Not full flight-had ROOM!! Flight 15 min faster than expected-excellent!!!

Cons: Flight was delayed for 8 hours before ultimately being canceled.

Cons: Flight delayed from Detroit. Closed door to Birmingham flight 20 minutes before schedule time. Rebooked me for Friday!

Pros: I liked that military boarded first.

Cons: I think disabled US Veterans should board with active duty and retired military

Cons: I had three seats to myself! After getting elbowed all the way from Amsterdam to Minneapolis, I was tired and I slept three good hours.

Pros: This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile.

Cons: When we landed in Columbus we were stuck on the plane for almost a half hour because there were issues with the walking bridge. This was annoying.

Pros: The flight departed early and arrived early, good flight attendant service

Cons: Long wait on the cold jetbridge for our carryon baggage, tight quarters on the plane

Pros: On time

Cons: Both of my flights were delayed with no perks offered.

Cons: The flight was delayed and took forever to get to Orlando

Cons: We were 80 minutes late leaving Portland. Fortunately I did not have a connecting flight and the late arrival was a nuisance and not a problem.
