Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty
I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta
I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.
I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.
Could have been on time and not missed my connection

Entertainment is ok! Boarding and seat with zone is terrible. I paid for the seats but you didn’t give me what I paid for which is exit isles.
Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta
After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day
Had us delay to fix forward restroom only to have stop working so I had a line of people's rear. The entire flight.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

They have no employees/gate agents in Huntsville. Only one gate is operational
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
We’ve had a year of delays with American, and this one was another flight to add to that list. It just reduced our vacation by a day! So frustrating. In-flight entertainment (TVs) weren’t working, There was no drinks service due to delivery issues.
Hydraulic leak caused the flight to be cancelled. Auto system scheduled us on a 3 am flight. Wevhsedvrebook on the app and hit schedules later in the afternoon. Our luggage per gate and ticket agent would be rescanned and put in our new flight. Did not happen. Our luggage stayed in hsv. Baggage claim in wash dc unable to help. We filed a claim. Several emails about our luggage were in conflict with one another. Called as baggage and was on hold 30 minutes. Oscar said one of 2 was out fir delivery then cancelled. About 45 minutes later both pieces were delivered. Their system is suspect
My Frequent Flyer nber wasn't put on as I was told it was..... This resulted in a last group boarding and no priority tags on My bags.
Flight has been delayed every time I've ever taken it. Seats uncomfortable. Children behind me yelling the entire flight. Some of this is out of their control but overall just consistently not a great experience.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly
The flight was 2 hour delayed, otherwise everything was excellent. The delay was due to the hourly limit requirement so given that as a reason, I'm happy with the flight!
They lost my luggage and it didn’t get delivered until the next day.
