Very short leg - too short for any meals/snacks or entertainment.

The friendliest flight attendants at flight 2276 from Portland to YVR August 3

We missed the flight. I had a passport issue and told the check in desk that I’m trying to resolve it but when I got approved for entry to USA at 3:32, one hour before departure, the employees had left the desk at 3:30. I tried calling and texting the numbers on the sign. No luck. Waited till the agents came back and couldn’t get a flight to our destination or close, so we flew to Las Vegas instead and drove 6 hrs to San Diego where I missed one night’s stay and the car rental that was reserved there. Extra car rental and hotel in Las Vegas was over $300. Lost tine and money. I wanted to extend the trip by two days but the $1600 SAVER fare wouldn’t let me make changes. Hours on the phone to find out there are no exceptions and no credit if cancelled in advance. Very disappointed. My son’s first vacation with me in 17 years. Wasted a lot of money. Next time I will use a local travel agent.

Booked a first class ticket and was not even offered a bottle of water…or a cracker…absolutely zero in flight service on a 1 hour flight

The second leg of my trip left without me despite being my inbound transfer only a few minutes late. My friends told the gate agent and they closed the doors and left early anyway. Then they tried to rebook me on a flight SIX hours later which only changed when I got a supervisor to make it 4 hours later. The gate agent was nasty, unhelpful, and walked away from me.

Everyone was very friendly. And helpful. I loved flying to la and back. Great flight

Boarding was late with no communication. Flight was over an hour late with virtually no communication or updates. The app showed we had departed and were scheduled to arrive on time even though we sat on the tarmac for nearly an hour. People who were using the app to track our progress to pick us up were given erroneous information. Flight attendant was snooty when asked why app was showing us as delayed and arriving on time even though we had not left and ultimate’s not leave for over an hour. Just poor and arrogant.

My luggage was lost and doesn’t appear to be arrived any time soon.

Check in was a nightmare. We had about 15 people ahead of us but were in line for 45 minutes for priority passengers. Two people were checking in dogs and it took them forever. They even took the dogs out of the kennels to weigh them separately. Crazy! Then when we reached the front of the check in line we were told they couldn’t check us in because we were too early. Had to wait 19 minutes to check in and then check ourselves in and get back in line to drop our bags. This was first class! If I can avoid it I will never fly Alaska again. I sure didn’t get what I paid for.

The customer service before board was very rude and when I expressed my concerns about making the connecting flight she laughed and told me I bought the wrong ticket. I explained once it showed the flight was delayed it no longer let me change seats or anything. I was trying to upgrade to make sure I would get to the next gate on time.

Lounge in Lagos is terrible, food on board from Lagos to Atlanta was horrible. Only bright spot the cabin crew were awesome.

No one fussed at me about my pap machine as a 3rd pice on the plane. Boarding was pleasant and smooth. The boarding agent in Anchorage was a fun character- he could be in a movie. :~) The on-board crew were downright pleasant. No militant attitudes on Delta. Like all planes these days the seats are too narrow for standard Americans and at 5’2” there is barely enough leg room. I don’t know how tall people fold themselves into the seats. But that’s nothing specific to Delta

Food from the flight from Atlanta to Santiago was very poor..

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

The boarding was great. With all the delays I was grateful to get on the plane and headed for home. There was no in flight entertainment. Seats were very uncomfortable! Unfortunately we were seated next to an exit row so there was no recline in our seat. Other than that it was a smooth ride.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.

Crew was wonderful, very professional and pleasant. On time performance. Excellent flights, smooth. Thank you!

Terrible experience delays going there and delays coming back will not be flying delta

We had an unfortunate incident in the Maple Lounge. After five hours between flights including a delay to our return flight to Brisbane. I had two glasses of wine over four hours and when I asked for a cocktail the serving person refused (Saturday 15th August, 2200 hours), she refused me. She claimed to have counted my drinks, and said that 'as a senior person (me)' I could have a medical incident on the flight if I had any more to drink. This was an extremely confrunting experience which I have never had before. Quite literally, I had two medium glasses of (quite average) wine between about 6 pm and 10 pm. I had poured one other, very early on our arrival, for my wife.

The code sharing reservation with United was messed up requiring extra trip to airport to fix. Air Canada customer service 2.5 hours on hold and resolved nothing.

The flight attendants went out of their way to help me align everything so I can catch my connection as soon as we landed

One small cup of warm soda for a 4 hour flight. Disinterested, unfriendly flight attendants

Food options were ok but the actual meal was terrible. On my way back, they simply said that there was no vegetarian option; somehow they struggled to get one meal and did not give me any breakfast at all which in my opinion was terrible. Never had such an experience in the recent years.

It was pretty straight forward, no glitches or hidden costs

All good……but luggage didn’t make it on the airplane. Had to wait 3 days. Was a bummer.

Small suitcase used for carryon the last time was refused by boarding crew this time. Appears to be at the discretion and mood of the person on the day. Flight was only half booked, there would have been no problem with space.

The whole plane smelled and felt old. The seats were very uncomfortable. Multiple delays. Extra fees.

Better to add $4 to airline ticket and then offer free ear phones. Some people were clearly annoyed at having to pay for them...
