Cons: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

It was in a very pretentious manner, not like southwest personnel who have similar antics but with a playful tone. The plane is a small one where bags don't fit overhead and many head bumps occur. We arrived fine which mean the flight was successful but it was not very enjoyable."

Cons: "Watched a very weird interaction between Muslim (with a hajib) women with a kiddo and desk crew. She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

Cons: "I can't rate it because they canceled my entire itinerary without so much as an email. I did not take my flight to Wilmington via my original flight. I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

Also, while I'm starting to think that A320s just suck mechanically for landing (they always seem to land harder than a 737), this one seemed a little extra rough."

That was a great gift since he doesn't sleep and is jumping and crawling all over the place. And I'm sure the other passengers were breathing sighs of relief!! Also super smooth landing and nice flight attendants."
Cons: "Flying with an active 14 month old toddler boy and of his "stuff" is nothing less than anxiety provoking. Not much the airline can do.."

Cons: "Had to board three times, two different planes. I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

Cons: "The customer service from AA representitives in the airport was completely unnacceptable and the absolute worst service I have recieved in an airport to date! One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

I have a small purse I had gotten out of my backpack to get my boarding pass that she insisted I put back in my backpack before loading. I understand the concept and reason for the request but the manner in which she did it was so uncalled for. I don't recal a time in which I've been spoken to in that manner in a very long time. While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

Cons: "The staff talked to me in a condescending voice. First flight I called the airlines and asked simple questions on what time we should be there and the process. Then we get there by said time and they said she missed her flight. Keep in mind I have a one hour each way drive to lax. Came the next day 3 hours early to stay in the line 3.5 hours and the line was short! They let people cut us left and right and the staff was rude on the phone and there. I lost ANOTHER work day dealing with them. They said she was on standby for next flight 3 hours later only to get to the gate and they said they NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE LIST. then she got put on the next flight 3 hours later to get told it was a full flight and so she waited another 3 hour flight and finally got on... on top of the stress I went through, the work I missed out on, the drive and gas it took to get there, her first day of her Job was the next day after that mayhem! It was absolute chaos. I can honestly say I hate that American airlines and I don't think it's right. The person next to us also had a horrible experience with them in the line next to us. She missed her best friends wedding due to three disorganization and horrible service.... SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDESMAID!!! I wrote the company.... but I expect no return or respect from them if I can't even get that from their condescending customer service "manager" ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

My family is still sitting in the airport waiting on their flight to dallas. We have been up now for over 24 hours. We should be allowed to be someplace comfortable for the price of the business class tickets. poor form on Lufthansa’s part."

Cons: "No one could get their story straight and actually lied! I was sent a text (I was already at the airport) that the flight would be delayed due to "aircraft maintenance". Not true in the least bit. Then when we finally landed in Denver (nearly every person on that flight missed their connecting flights) we were told the system said the delay was "due to weather". Another lie. Then they announced there would be gate agents to meet us when we got off the plane to assist with connecting flights. First gate agent said "I have no information you have to go to gate 56". The person at gate 56 said "I don't open for another 15 minutes so you have to go to gate 39"! The real story? They made us change gates 5 times in Fargo! The gate attendant was using the "F-bomb"! It wasn't aircraft maintenance or the weather. They couldn't get the walkway to work! In the end, we still left from the original gate and had to walk outside on the tarmac to board the plane. Why didn't they just opt for that to begin with and avoid all the missed flights? My measly voucher isn't nearly enough compensation and if United ever expects me to fly with them again I am expecting a full refund (as other passengers received- I witnessed the manager in Denver authorize a full refund for another passenger but only offered me $50)"

Very poor management I was stuck in Chicago with no money or food for hours then after they start boarding for my new flight they tell me that I may not be able to get on even with ticket in hand. Cons: "My trip was jacked up on both ends, starting with cancelled flight at 11 p.m. the night before, phone calls to United to change flights on the way out, and then maintenance on the way back home, which caused me to miss my connection in Dulles. Horrible accommodations, bad replacement flights, baggage service in Syracuse was dishonest and apathetic. All around bad."

Cons: "United Airlines has one job, to move people from one location to the next. I'm concerned that United thinks it's in the data transfer business or the package hauling business or some kind of "gotcha' Internet business. There were never enough people at United to help me with my problem. Those real human employees that I found were mostly overworked, over regimented and procedure focused."

Pros: "Price was good but had to pay an extra $25 for baggage. Guess this is the new normal ans since I dont fly much I wasnt aware."

Cons: "Flight was delayed three hours which screwed up my connecting flight and put me in Minneapolis for the worst of the rush hour traffic"

Pros: "The entertainment is flight dependant. One flight had a personal tv monitor which is cool but you have to pay to watch it. The other had a thing where I could use my device and they had a decent selection but for some reason I kept being disconnected, the problem could have been my device but since I have never had that issue with the device before I blame united."

Pros: "Space for knees seemed to be more than usual. Attendants were friendly and responsive."

Pros: "So many maintenance delays, I wouldn't make any connections. Gate attendants were crabby and not very helpful."

Pros: "Frankly, there wasn't much about this flight that I liked besides the fact that I was lucky to have an empty seat next to me. Otherwise it was terrible."
Cons: "To start, my flight was delayed an entire hour due to our plane being towed from terminal B all the way to terminal C. I feel that is something that should have been looked into considering where the plane was coming from previously and the flight should have been planned for a later time to accommodate the wait time. Then as I am about to board the plane overhead compartment space ran out of room forcing me to check a bag which is why I brought a carry on to avoid any confusion when it came to checking the bag itself. When I arrive in Denver I go immediately to the baggage carousel and wait almost a half an hour for my bag which never shows up. Turns out when being forced to check my bag at the door it was tagged incorrectly with someone else's name and also a different flight schedule then my own. The Denver United team helped me find my bag, but after an hour and a half the ride I had arranged had left, I was over two hours late for a get together I was attending, with no way of getting home. I have never had such a terrible flying experience like the one I experienced on 12/11/15. I will never fly United again. I work in customer service I understand that people make mistakes but bottom line is to mark someone's bag with someone else's name is an extremely careless mistake that cost me my way home, my time, and my patience. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy and disappointed with United yesterday."

Cons: "What? Wouldnt you think your ticket would actually mean you'd purchased a seat on your flight? Not with Frontier. Extra cost for your seat - ANY seat. And for your carry-on bag. Seats are nearly unbrearably thin and stiff. No recline. No headrest. Miniature tray. Knees push against the seat in front. And not an inexpensive ticket to begin. Last Frontier flight for me."

Pros: "Boarding process was fast. Flight left on time. Crew were polite and helpful. Bathroom was clean and odorless."
Cons: "Seat didn't recline! So uncomfortable. Non-alcoholic drinks should be free. Crew should let passengers onow about "happy hour" drinks and deals available...I would have purchased one."

Pros: "Very friendly crews. I wasn't troubled with checking the size of my carry on. Very roomy middle seats. Above average for the competitive prices they offer as long as you don't pay any additional for carry on or checked bags."
Cons: "Seats don't recline, no complimentary beverage service. Storage room under seat is very small and if your bag will not fit rules are you must pay for your carry on."

Cons: "fees were charged foe everything from carryon bags,checked bags, seat reservation. There was a fee for everything but water. no updates on flight status, no music, no TV no movies, seats did not recline, stuffed in the seats like sardines."

Cons: "The remodeled interior puts the seats closer together from front to back and don't recline. That also limits the size of the tray table, which is tiny. Even as a tiny, short person, it was uncomfortable. For anyone of normal stature it would be torture. Paying for a "better" seat appears to provide very little if any added benefit, just keeps your party together. There is no entertainment, movies, music, or wifi so bring your battery pack charger. There is only expensive junk food to eat. My only option on my coast to coast flight was a red eye. So you arrived just wiped out. So if you do this to save money, in my overall assessment, it's just not worth it. I'll never do it again."

Pros: "Frontier provided hotel vouchers for the night along with food vouchers. Even though there was a bit of a waiting game from time to time, everything was organized."
Cons: "Upon arrival to the Kansas City, MO airport we were instructed to stay on the plane for an undetermined time. We were offered snacks for purchase. I think they could have spared some free snacks considering they had already gone through selling while en route."

Cons: "Might as well take flying school bus and pay tons of money to do so. Cheap experience that's not cheap at all after they chafe charge you for every possible thing. My new least favorite airline. I will never fly them again."

Cons: "Everything! Had to pay $40 for a carry-on, $35 to pick my seats in advance, $35 to check a bag, over 110 in fees before I got on plane. $2 for a Coke- water was free but they were rude when you asked for it. No tray tables, seats didn't recline, Felt like I was on a bad school bus."

Cons: "Delayed again longer then they said it would be as well, also their reason was "there's no good reason" awful"

Pros: "Not much. The crew was fine. Also customer service people I spoke with were good. One was excellent. Seats themselves are comfortable but the closeness of the rows is horrible! NO ROOM!"
Cons: "I cannot stand the fee structure of charging more than any other airline for EVERYHING! $60 to pay for one carry on bag if it is at the gate!!! You guys are simply mercenary. It looks like others hate this also from the reviews I can see. Your fares are not less! to justify the additional charges! LEG ROOM WAS LESS THAN ON ANY OTHER FLIGHT I HAVE EVER TAKEN. I have never been so squashed in a plane. I will not fly frontier again if I can help it."

Pros: "There's nothing bad about Frontier's service. Flights were on time, staff was courteous."
Cons: "BUT, they don't honor Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check, which is ridiculous! The ticketing agent told me "it's not in the budget." Had I known this ahead of time I wouldn't have purchased a ticket from Frontier. The security lines were incredibly long in Denver and this added a good 30 minutes to my passage through the airport."

Pros: "Everything was efficient, smooth flight, and we landed--that's a good flight, right? We even landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which was great since I had to wait at the baggage carousel."
Cons: "It was my first time flying with Frontier and I didn't know about the bag charges and seat charges--that's on me though. Not sure I will fly with them again, as waiting for what COULD have been my carry-on at the carousel took so much time... then again, it makes it easier and quicker to board and de-board. But the seat charges were still ridiculous. Wish drinks and like, pretzels could be free just so we don't deplane with harsh breath."

No screen for entertainment, tray table was less than half the normal size, uselss, snack choices, had little that one might consider healthy. A lot of junk food, and a huge offering of alcoholic beverages. Could we maybe have healthier food. It could still be pre-packaged somehow. Cost of carry on: $30. Checked suitcase: $25. That did not really make any sense, other than they make more money that way. Also irritating that if you want to have a specific seat, rather than waiting for what you might get at the airport, you have to call them, and pay $13 for a seat reservation. They are nickel and diming you, or rather in dollars. It is a rip off."

Pros: "inexpensive, on time, no BS. the bag check fee sucks, but even with that cost, to Denver the flight was much less than closest competitor."

Pros: "The air fair. Even after the fees for seats, and bags, the flight was still 100 bucks cheaper than the cheapest competitor. I was in a empty row...except for me, of course, so I was able to spread out a little. The Airbus 319 was clean and appeared well maintained as everything worked. I didn't eat or drink anything so I gave 3 stars."
Cons: "Fees for everything, carry on, seats, coffee, food. The seats are rigid and nonreclining. This does avoid the spilled coffee or laptops being bumped. Although you couldn't actually put a laptop on that little tiny tray. We did have an unusually long period of turbulence that kept people bouncing and swinging for about 40 minutes. That was not the Captains fault since it was clear air turbulence and was unavoidable. It was the roughest ride I had felt in some time."

Pros: "Obviously the price is what makes me keep buying Frontier tickets. The crew is okay, I always notice there are a ton of extra staff on board sitting in jump seats."
Cons: "The price of a carry-on is ridiculous, and the seats are crammed together with no chance of reclining. Tall person behind you? Prepared to have his knees in your back for 4 hours."

Cons: "From the inappropriate and unprofessional threats of the flight attendant to the up-charges for everything, this is truly the worst airline out there. Never again."

When I boarded the plane the flight attendant informed me that they gave me seat away to an infant because the mother wasn't aware that she couldn't put a car seat in a isle or middle seat. How is that my problem? Maybe give away a seat that a passenger didn't pay for. The flight attendant was extremely rude and told me if I didn't like it I could take another flight. How about you put that baby and irresponsible mother who failed to read the fine print on another flight?"

Pros: "There was a lot of things that i didn't like but the crew made me forget about all the bad things. Amazing crew and funny just maid everyone smile and laugh. Without this crew i think i would have hatted my flight but they made it worth it."

You had to pay for everything except water. There was no in-flight entertainment at all. Trays were tiny. I will never fly this airlines again."

Cons: "Seems like a good deal, but be careful! I expected a budget airline where one had to buy coffee or soda onboard, no big deal. I didn't expect that the carryon baggage, would cost nearly as much as the flight. I expect a charge for premium seating, but not a charge for ANY seat selection, etc. Seats were the worst I'd EVER encountered. No headrest at all, no padding, nothing. I'm not too picky, and at 150 lbs don't strain the capacity of most airline seats, but this was BAD."
