Pros: The flight attendant in our section was amazing. She gave us tips for London and gave us some complimentary alcoholic drinks. She made the flight so much more enjoyable.

Cons: The seat comfort was just ok. Neither my husband or I was able to get much sleep. The seats in coach are very tight and we couldn't really get comfortable.

Pros: Absolutely nothing was positive about this experience. The flight was delayed over 5 hours. The communication was atrocious and inconsistent. Absolutely no attempt was made to remedy what is the worst customer service experience that I’ve had in a very long time.

Cons: Everything. I ended up rebooking myself on a significantly more expensive flight on a different airline. The experience was terrible at every level- the gate, the airport, and the customer service line.

Pros: The crew was very friendly and helpful. With the plane full they managed to serve all with smiles on their faces and solved all problems, including cabin luggage problem.

Pros: United Airlines culturally has a very big issue. The crews are not friendly and the seating is awful.

Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.

Pros: The crew were pleasant and attentive. The seat was moderately comfortable. The food was decent and two services on a 5 hour flight was nice.

Cons: I’m getting so tired of flying American Internationally on old planes without modern norms. What international flight doesn’t have seat back entertainment or better cabin environment systems?!

Cons: Flight got delayed. We paid for assigned seating for our almost 85 yo mom. And the change in flight no one asked for to get seated in the front of plane. Instead she was seated all the way in the back. It was physically exhausting for her.

Cons: Online check in refused to let me pick a seat even though the plane was not full. It then did not generate, or allow me to print at the airport, a boarding pass. When my connection arrived at 7pm I stood in line at the gate while the airline employee working completely ignored us for a solid 15 minutes waiting to get my boarding pass. the flight then said it was delayed with a departure time of 9:05 and we did not even start boarding until after 9pm.

Pros: Frontier cancelled our flight and sent us no notification. When we checked our flight status, we discovered that the flight was delayed and then when we called were told that it was actually canceled. Frontier refused to put us in a hotel for the night and then refused to pay for our air fare. We ended spending an additional $600. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

Cons: Flight was delayed 5+ hours, was charged 40$ unnecessarily, very poor management.

Cons: Boarding was stopped due to plane maintenance, there was a delay, the flight attendants had to be seated the entire time due to turbulence so I was very hungry and thirsty and received no food or beverages. I almost missed boarding because the staff said they would deplane the passengers in the middle of boarding and would be another 20 min but instead continued boarding. I would expect to have at least some water for the price paid.

Cons: I didn't like EVEYRTHING ELSE about flying Frontier. Luckily the day before my trip I checked out the checked bag fees in case I had to check my carry-on, where I discoverd that a checked bag somehow costs LESS than a carry on. Highly annoyed, I further learned that the minimum cost to choose a seat (any seat, not necessarily a good one) was $12. Huh. So already the 'low price' for which I chose this crappy red eye flight was wiped out. I bought the checked bag in advance (to avoid paying DOUBLE within 24 hours of the flight), and skipped the seat choice. I downloaded the Frontier app to my phone, which for some reason didnt alert me to the 40 minute delay. Even after refreshing the app several times and up until the (delayed) boarding time, still no alert or information on the app about updated flight/arrival time. Luckily I overheard other passengers talking about it. When finally on the plane (placed in the middle seat because I wouldn't pay $12) I discovered the less than comfortable chairs that don't recline, and tray table that was barely large enough to hold an iPad mini. So using a laptop to make the 5 hour flight more productive was out. Couldn't even watch the backup movie I planned for comfortably. Maybe it's worth the low price for a short flight, but 5 hours with no tray table or reclining seat is ridiculous. Luckily I flew a different airline for my return flight.

Cons: Not much really- perhaps train the flight attendant la that when the plain is less the 1/3 occupied it is not necessary to move people around for weight and balance purpose. They should be trained enough to understand what and when it is important to stay right in that assigned correct seat

Cons: The baggage policies of Spirit airlines are simply the worst. The online baggage fee is different, the amount told to me on the phone was different. The staff is clueless about their baggage pricing. They charged me double for a bag that should the allowable dimensions shown online.

Pros: The male crew member was excellent. He was responsive and speedy with trying to find a solution. He gave me a few flyer miles for my trouble and was empathetic, which is rare.
