Pros: "by airlines"
Cons: "flying next day trough LAX"
Cons: "flight was delayed two hours because they couldn't find a single American airlines employee to sign off on some log book.sat on tarmac two hours because no one could sign a piece of paper!!! so obviously we missed our connecting international flight to dublin. called american customer svc, they made us call british airways, british airways said we had to call kayak, kayak said we had to call American. thanks for all the great customer svc. this is why everyone hates flying and all airlines are garbage. then finally in chicago american customer svc desk said they rebooked us on a British airways flight the same night, we traversed (ran) the entire chicago ohare airport only to find out british airways said we were not on that flight, were completely full and we had to go back to american. literally had to leave airport to get on train to go back to american terminal. they swear we are now (the next day) on this aer lingus flight despite our inability since last night to try and check in to that flight because aer lingus website doesnt work, no one answers their customer service number and their ticket counter at airport doesnt open until noon. suffice it to say we are still not on a flight to Dublin, ive missed an entire day of a limited vacation, and i will NEVER fly american again."
Pros: "All crew very friendly & helpful. Went out of their way to help elderly gentleman traveling alone"

Cons: "3 hours late leaving Dublin, with poor communicstion on the monitors as to gate info. not to mention the lateness."
Pros: "Food - What can I say about pretzels except "Okay"?!"
Cons: "I have never been treated as poorly as I was by the old biddy that physically took the guitar out of my hands as I was trying to board the plane today. I travel as a professional musician at least once a week and I’ve never been threatened with arrest for having an instrument on my person."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding process was pretty quick."
Cons: "The plane had one of those aggravating screens on the back of every seat. I turned it off AT LEAST EIGHT TIMES and it kept coming back on, first to try to sell me on a credit card offer, then to show me previews of movies I wasn't going to watch on a 5 AM FLIGHT that was lasting 75 MINUTES. I finally tore a page out of the AA magazine and wedged it against the screen so I could actually sleep without it constantly blinking on and disturbing me. Next time, I'm going to smash the screen. If I want it off, leave it off."
Pros: "crew friendly"
Pros: "Dreamliner plane"
Cons: "Terrible service from get go which continued when landing in Melbourne with hopeless Qantas."
Cons: "No food"
Cons: "Could not get to Santa Fe! Had to fly to Albuquerque & arrange transport to Santa Fe! No luggage til next day!"
Pros: "The Flight Crew were very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Business class, Boeing 767-300 The seating configuration was 1/2/1 I would give these seats on a scale from 1 to 10 a 5, this was a very basic B/C seat, without a TV screen integrated to the seat in front of you, instead the flight crew hand out individual passenger entertainment systems, that are a pain to deal with and get in the way of everything your trying to do (ie eat, work, sleep.) I’m only 5’9 and I found when the seat was in the bed mode, the seat slopped down very slightly, and your feet would end up underneath the side table to the row of seats in front of you. As i wear a size 13 shoe, i found that space to be rather cramped especially for my feet."
Pros: "Crew friendly"
Cons: "Tight quarters. No food. Seat wouldn’t recline. No USB plugs."
Cons: "The information that was given was awful. Why would AA send a broken plane to ABW?"
Pros: "Nice people to fly with"
Cons: "Checking my bag when there was plenty of overhead cabin space"
Pros: "everything fine"
Cons: "having to gate-check our hand luggage"
Pros: "Great staff. Arrived very early. Smooth flight ."

Pros: "Flight was great. Landed a few mins early"
Cons: "Not much selection of snacks. No tv"
Pros: "Met expectations. Landed early."
Cons: "Seats harder than expected"
Cons: "Delayed because of cleaning crew showing up late.... Totally avoidable. Gate crew was not helpful"
Pros: "Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it."
Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."
Pros: "Remodeled plane style"
Cons: "Liked it"
Cons: "Don't have tv in seats hard to watching one tv"
Cons: "Boarding took forever and I'm a Premium passenger."
Pros: "On time, upgraded at Dallas"
Cons: "Couldn't get my boarding pass. My name was wrong in your system, had to go to American Airlines desk for assistance and the attendant couldn't locate my name. There was a service attendant at the Alaskan airline service desk."
Pros: "Boarding was impossible! The line was longer than the jet bridge itself and we had to wait after being called for a 1/2 hour."
Pros: "Airline upgrades were great!"
Pros: "Pleasant staff, clean passenger lounge and plane cabin"
Cons: "Wish standard seating allowed for more width, better way to avoid reclined seat in front"
Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour. Because of that, I missed my appointment."
Pros: "We arrived safely"
Cons: "Late take off with no explanation No on board entertainment Other isle we sat in was even more cramped than the others."
Cons: "It turns out that this flight was delayed, so I would have missed my connections. Huge thanks to the gate agent from United who rebooked me to San Francisco and from there to Frankfurt and then Prague."
Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "Waiting on the tarmac after loading was too long. There were so many young children on this flight. Loading bags? Really? 1 hour late after boarding on time? Not cool."
Cons: "They charged me extra for a carryon, my flight was delayed, and they made me miss my connection by holding us on the tarmac for 40 minutes. Two hours waiting in line to rebook the flight for 3pm the next day. No hotel or transportation recompense. United made an enemy for life."
Pros: "crew friendly, talked to us, made sure we had everything we needed for a good flight"
Cons: "Took off late due to weather"
Cons: "45 minute delay due to passenger self-injury, then turned around half-way across the Atlantic due to another passenger medic."
Pros: "We made good time, and the crew was attentive and friendly."
Cons: "My seat kept reclining on its own and had no headrest. Takeoff was rough, even for Albuquerque."
Cons: "Baggage fees, food fees WiFi fees"
Cons: "Pilots driving waaaay to fast"
Pros: "Good landing, an I arrived earlier."
Cons: "First, our flight was cancelled and they texted us with an alternative flight leaving a day later, with a 9 hour layover! Um, excuse me? Since this was a weekend trip we would have had to turn around and get back on a flight back to SF a few hours later. I called and they didn't even offer the option to refund the ticket! I finally got us on an alternative flight leaving earlier after waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor because the person I initially spoke with had no power to do anything to help. We ended up flying Alaska Airlines on the way there and I wish we had originally booked through them because the way back was AWFUL. They wouldn't seat my partner and I together because we were flying Economy class, which they reminded us of repeatedly when I complained. The agents claimed they had no power to do anything because of the computer system which randomly selects your seats. I asked what about people traveling with small children and they didn't seem to have an answer. Oh yeah, that's another thing. As if we got a better deal than with any other airline out there after all the bag fees. The Economy class/the majority of the people flying have no carry on allowance. By the way, when we got on the flight we were able to sit next to each other because the seats next to us weren't even occupied. Ridiculous. Never flying United again. I've been bumped off of flights and had bad experiences before but this was the last straw for me."
Cons: "Did not have the free united entertainment on wifi. Only offered direct tv for a fee"
Pros: "Quiet and comfortable"
Cons: "No movie or tv"
Pros: "Enjoyed the stroopwaffels that were handed out as snacks."
Pros: "The window seat"
Pros: "The check in staff was super friendly"
Cons: "In flight entertainment didn't work and the flight was very bumpy."
Cons: "Rude crew- not service oriented"
Pros: "Very friendly staff"
Cons: "Upset about not being allowed a carry on luggage."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours due to a maintenance issue"
Pros: "Check in was super easy. Seats are tiny. The screens on the backs of the seats are annoying, with nothing worth watching."
Pros: "It was fine. I got to my destination."
Cons: "Here is no entertainment. The snacks are minuscule and pretty boring. And we sat on the tarmac at both Houston and DCA for a long time."
Cons: "Flight delayed due to weather. Rebooking was a zoo, had to pay for hotel room and worst of all waited over an hour at baggage claim to get our bags back. It's taking us 2 days to get from Albuquerque to Austin."
Pros: "Everyone was quite friendlly and personable, especially our flight attendants."
Cons: "It was hard to hear the captain over the speaker. The inflight entertainment was expensive"
Cons: "2hrs late"
Cons: "Late, missed my connection, have to fly out in the morning. Have 3 hrs to sleep & be back at the airport."
Cons: "I was warned about booking with this airline but I had to see it for myself before listening to others now I wish I had done just that. First of all, outdated planes, no Tv screens, expensive wifi. How is it only $3 one way and then $5 the other especially after making us wait for 3 hours and 22 minutes extra. Exhausting flights both to Albuquerque from Houston and from Houston to Boston. Poor communication. Poor planning ahead. Very dissatisfied. Going with Jet Blue from now on. They never disappoint, even if there was a delay in flight."
Cons: "Water only"
Pros: "The staff was great."
Cons: "Not necessarily their fault, but there was a lot of turbulence and at one point I hit my head pretty hard. Puddle jumpers are never for tall people. I do wish they made them just a bit more comfortable to walk through."
Pros: "All the United personnel from gate agents to pilot and crew were very nice and pleasant and friendly. They seemed to take pride in their work."
Cons: "I am tall (6' 4") and the seats are still too cramped. Would a 1/2" more really lose millions of dollars per year. Stop treating people like sardines."
Pros: "We departed on time and arrived at least half an hour early."
Cons: "The seats lacked those tabs on the side of the headrest that fold forward to help hold your head while sleeping and little leg room."
Cons: "No outlet to charge my phone"
Cons: "- There wasn't space for my bag to go overhead - There were no options for food or entertainment - My seat was very cramped"
Cons: "Seats could provide lower-lumbar support."
Pros: "Had a great seat on the plane Missed my next flight the service people were very helpful getting me connections to my destination"
Cons: "delayed because of weather in Denver"
Pros: "On time, ahead of schedule"
Cons: "Everything, United blows"
Pros: "Biggest hassle of many flights these days is dealing with on board luggage. If people insist on bring all luggage into the cabin, they should be required to have one piece under the seat and only one overhead."
Cons: "Drives me nuts to find there is no gate available when we arrive."
Cons: "Seated in last row no recline on chair!"
Pros: "These days we can all admit flying is not what it used to be before 9/11. It's still professional and curtious, but the awareness and appreciation of passengers has dwindled. Stewards and stewardesses go through the motions and do just what they need to do not more. The pilots got the plane to its destination well within the time sometimes even a half an hour early. But sometimes being that early means sitting on the tarmac for 40 minutes which cut it close to missing my next flight. Flights used to offer blankets if passengers were cold. If the plane is not full they do allow passengers to move seats to be more comfortable. The complementary beverage is still always a nice touch but seconds aren't offered and cups are often taken before they're finished. It would be nice to see our country's airlines go back to a little more awareness and appreciation for one another, and work to improving their levels to above satisfactory. The flight was supposed to have entertainment viewable on personal devices but going through the app to select something was told this flight didn't have access. Overall it was satisfactory."
Cons: "It was a little too cold on the plane. Blankets weren't offered. The food while it looked delicious needed to be warmed and the only option was coffee for warming it."
Pros: "Smooth flight once we got in the air."
Cons: "Didn't like the delay 2-3hours"
Pros: "Quick flight back home, crew understood my needs of having to move 18 days from acl replacement surgery."
Cons: "I had problems from the beginning of my flight to the end. My plane got canceled because they did not have enough Staff. I wasted a whole day of my vacation, waiting on flights"
Pros: "My flight was delayed by a day due to the engine problem."
Cons: "Got a voucher for a hotel that was of very poor quality. I made my own rebooking. Otherwise I probably would never leave ABQ."
Pros: "Crew were fine."
Cons: "Seats are narrower and make for a lot of discomfort when stuck in the middle seat. I do not like other stranger's bodies touching mine. That is just wrong."
Pros: "I think Topeka was her name. She was a very good flight attendant"
Cons: "The gate changed after we checked in which was only 30 mins before. Almost missed the flight because we were waiting at the wrong gate. Earlier and accurate description of gate is what is needed. Or someone from united to visit the other gate and announce there is a change to help people out"
Pros: "Nice flight attendants"
Cons: "Cramped seating, seat would not recline at all. Departure delayed due to poor airplane maintenance."
Pros: "My connecting flight was way late, but the plane was held for me and a few others in Denver. Because it was the last flight of the evening I don't know what I would have done if left at the airport indefinitely. I am grateful the plane was held. And regret any inconvenience this may have caused others."
