Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Amazing crew!"
Pros: "Thanks for choosing customer safety over profits. I specifically chose Delta because they continue to not sell the middle seats."

Cons: "Enforcing people wear masks over their noses!"
Cons: "More cramped seats than Southwest."
Pros: "The crew was kind."
Cons: "I sat in the last row, in the window seat, except there was no window at all. It was the only area of the plane without a window. The seat did not recline, and there was no window. It was claustrophobic to say the least."
Pros: "I like the comfortable seats and the entertainment feature found on every seat."
Cons: "Not much. Delta is superior"
Cons: "Great flight but old regional jet"
Pros: "Not enough toom between rows of seats."
Pros: "Helpful crew. Arrived early."
Cons: "Plane was cold. Entertainment system didn't navigate very easily and choices seemed fairly limited on this (older?) plane."
Cons: "I used 7900 points to upgrade to “comfort” and nothing about it was comfortable. I was squashed between a window and a large man and my tv screen kept flickering on and off. I actually felt like I had less space overall than I would have in a regular seat."
Pros: "The seat was very comfortable even as a basic seating and the entertainment options were great."
Cons: "The voice from the pilot was very loud and would be too much if I had my headphones on."
Cons: "Disembarking could be more efficient"
Pros: "Crew was amazing as always. Seats were comfortable."
Cons: "give passengers some healthy food--fruit, granola bars, etc."
Pros: "The entertainment was nice."
Cons: "If the screen wasn’t behind the seat. I could hear the tapping of the person behind me."
Pros: "Great service"
Cons: "Stuck at landing. For over 20+ minutes"
Cons: "Being on time"
Cons: "I now know the downside of buying through Kayak, the ticket is non-upgradable even when seats became open and I offered to pay for the upgrade."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and we missed our connection in Atlanta. We’re put on standby on the 2 later flights with no guarantee of seats. Flights out the next morning we’re booked as well. Would’ve had to wait until 2pm for a flight home. Decided to switch destinations and rent a car to get home. Luggage also wasn’t on plane to Columbia, SC either even though they said they would be!!"
Pros: "The attention to detail from the crew, and the friendliness"
Pros: "I liked the service to see if there was a chance to upgrade because of the connecting flight and even though there was a delay in the plane arriving to Alaska, the quick turn was excellent and we were in the air within a short period of time."
Cons: "The comfortability and that’s rear even if I had the middle seat. I had it on my way towards Alaska and didn’t have any issue"
Pros: "Entertainment on board"
Cons: "No service, very hard landing - many screams"
Cons: "knees were jammed into the seat in front of me."
Pros: "The chargers worked in neither airplane."
Cons: "The chargers worked in neither airplane."
Cons: "It was smelly. Anyone who does not smoke can smell old smoke. Yuk. Also, smells like a neighboring passenger has bowel issues. Ick"
Cons: "Pilots did a great job in informing us why the seat salt had to be turned on."
Pros: "Crew was courteous, I asked for a blanket and a banana (I saw some being passed to delta select (?) passengers), and got both, no one snapped at me like on an earlier flight.5"
Cons: "The flight was 3.5 hrs late. (Had it been on time, I would have missed it entirely though because Atlanta airport passport control was complete chaos, I heard the airport wa closed earlier for weather related reasons). Enough said."
Pros: "The flight was on time. Airport personnel were courteous & efficient. Airplane was clean. Pilot was friendly. A passenger had a peanut allergy so Delta distributed almonds, instead. Nice. Overall, I like Delta."
Cons: "Leg room was just barely adequate. It was a small plane-nothing could be done about that."
Cons: "Being late"
Pros: "The kind bars"
Cons: "The crew at he gate seem to hate their job. I went to get a claim ticket for my stroller and I felt like I had asked for something wrong."
Pros: "I don’t know what Delta could have done better on this two leg flight from Albuqueque to Miami via Atlanta . Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."
Cons: "Air turbulence over the Midwest storms."
Pros: "As usual"
Cons: "Landing was a bit rough"
Cons: "The most horrible experience. Pathetic to say the least. No water in the flight lavotries. Such a pathetic service from so called top airline."
Pros: "The gentleman at the gate was super helpful and helped us check our bags at the gate."
Cons: "Zero leg room. Zero arm room. The entertainment system did not function. No food for such a long flight unless you pay more then the food is actually worth."
Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "Paid $30 for wifi and it never worked. Would like a refund"
Pros: "I didn't like much about this flight."
Cons: "Flight left late. When we landed the sky bridge was broken so we had to walk outside, which isn't a big deal but it took a while sitting on the runway for the stairs to come. Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly."
Pros: "Left on time, plane was clean and arrived early"
Pros: "The in flight entertainment and the pilot being informative about what was going wrong at the Atlanta airport."
Cons: "The insane process that followed the flight of rebooking - it would have been VERY HELPFUL to have access to the inflight internet so that I could have rebooked my missed connection before we landed in the ATL airport where it was past midnight and there were hardly any staff available for us to talk to and the lines to speak to anyone took literal HOURS to get through."
Pros: "It was a smooth ride and overall very enjoyable flight as the entertainment was very enjoyable and a lot to choose from"
Cons: "It was a smooth ride and overall very enjoyable flight as the entertainment was very enjoyable and a lot to choose from"
Pros: "The crew was personable and kept us informed regarding the trip. The Flight Attendant was very attentive and went above duty to ensure our comfort."
Cons: "I didn't t like the overall design of the plane - it was small."
Pros: "At least there was a free shuttle to the discounted rate hotel."
Cons: "There was not enough time to run to the connecting flight. Was told they could not wait, yet then the plane sat on the runway for 25+ min. Had to get a hotel and rebook the flight. Very poor experience flying Delta."
Pros: "Boarding was easy. The Plane was somewhat clean. One of the foldout pamphlets in the seat was dirty with some sticky residue. The crew was nice. The complimentary stuff was average but typical among most airlines."
Cons: "Seats are tight for anyone over 6 ft. I am exactly 6ft and leg room sucked. Both to our destination and back, my wife and I both had faulty touch screens that would not allow one of us to watch the free movies. Mine was on the way to our destination and hers didn't work on the way back. This made the flight long for one of us. That stuff should be checked on a regular basis."
Pros: "Airtravel is not exactly something to 'LIKE' but it was good."
Cons: "Attendant was a bit forgetful, didn't get my or my daughters drinks straight. She took forever to take the order too and was using a phone or something to type the order in and STILL got it wrong!"
Pros: "Well after going through a terrible storm to get to the airport we were given a opportunity to up grade to First Class for a very reasonable rate. That was great."
Pros: "Row 19 on a 737ER is great for room, as long as you don't plan on reclining (I rarely do in a daytime flight)"
Cons: "A little overcautious regarding seating the cabin crew because of possible turbulence, but better safe than sorry, I suppose. However, it is a common occurrence on this particular leg, so don't board knowing you might need to take a "break" before you get to Atlanta."
Pros: "Seats, video and overall comfort are all very nice on the new 900's."
Cons: "I accidentally left a coat at my seat because the flight was late. And I was one of the last passengers off the plane. I returned within 10 minutes to the gate, but the gate agent was unable to find the coat. It was obvious that one of the cleaning crew took it and I will never see it again. The gate agent responded with a casual, sorry, as if this happens all the time. So much for the integrity of Delta employees."
Pros: "crew was great"
Cons: "staff from de-icing company failed to show, despite >24h of notice of snow; missed our connection baggage handlers destroyed suitcase"
