Seats! The eternal problem in economy. They are like stones!!

The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.
The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)
Middle seats SUCK!!!! I paid more money than I should have because of your terrible site Kayak.com. I'll try to use your competitors going forward. I am so disappointed you would play off business class.com as business class seats
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.
Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.
Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.
Lufthansa flight LH04414 from Munich to Washington DC, was fine. Efficient and safe!
Bumpy ride, not Lufthansa‘s fault. Crew managed a situation over a back rest to far down well. It was two iles behind me. The person putting the seat down, against the other person’s knees, was quite rude and belligerent and needed to be told in a no nonsense matter to stopp. Male flight attendant did good job.
