I like the seats (reclining back with the seat bottom moving forward) except the seat bottom is entirely too hard and was bad for my back. The hot towels are a welcome touch. The ride was smooth, the pilots did a very good job."

Pros: "Got to London on-time (early, actually) and safely. The in flight meal was okay. The leg room in comfort plus was great, the mobile app was awesome, and the staff (check-in, gate, cabin and flight deck) were professional and friendly all around."
Cons: "The leg room was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the width of the seat was miserable. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer any upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't spring for that. Too bad there isn't a premium economy option. Also, the entertainment unit in the seat next to mine malfunctioned, which you wouldn't think would impact me that much except that because it was "seeing" touches randomly throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, dimmer, play random stuff, and just generally be as annoying as possible to everyone nearby throughout an overnight flight."

Snacks are good and crew is always friendly and accommodating. We fly almost exclusively with Delta for the aforementioned reasons."

Cons: "I'm just glad that we got to the airport 2 1/2 hours early because we needed it. We had to check a dog so we had to go through the special needs line, they had 2 out of 20 of ticket lines open. My wife also needs a wheelchair and after 45 minutes of standing in line, I spoke to one of the idiots that are supposed to be there to help and he went and got a wheelchair which I had to push my wife in the wheelchair through the zig zag line with 2 large suit cases and a dog. It took us an hour and a half to get tickets and then they called for someone to push the wheelchair and we where told to wait for them there. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come but no one came so I started pushing her towards the Sercurity check line and finally someone came to push her and he stayed on his phone the entire time. When my wife got to the point where she needed to walk through the metal detector she was having a little trouble getting out of the chair so they told her to just stay in the chair and they would push her through in the wheelchair. When she got through, they almost strip searched her and patted her down like she was a criminal. That took another 25 minutes!!! They the guy pushed her to our gate and insisted on taking the chair back with him, so 5 minutes later they asked if it was anyone who needed assistance getting on the plane. I went up and told them that my wife needed a chair to get on the plane so they had to call and get another chair which took another 10 minutes and finally we got on the plane. It took us 2 hours and 15 minutes to get a ticket and go through Sercurity!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!"

We had 3 people flying together but did not get the seats assigned in one place. Yes, we did not pay extra for confirmed seats but since we were buying 3 tickets I think 3 seats close to each other (if not in one row) should be expected."

Cons: "Our plane departed on time, 6:05 AM. About 6:40 A E turned back towards Boston. There was a problem with the wing. It got repaired. We deplaned. And waited. And waited. Then we needed fuel to be removed. And we waited. And waited. Then we got back on board, got to the runway, and the RIGHT ENGINE didn't start. So they tried to repair it, couldn't (didn't want to fly on that old, broken plane anyway at this point), and we had our flight canceled. All told, I spent 10+ hours at Logan Airport. It was an absolute disaster."

We had to wait for that approval and again had to wait for their luggage to be removed from the plane. My opinion is let them disembark but not the luggage. It was too long to be in that plane"

Also when we arrived we were on the ground for a long time before we could pull up to gate to unload. I have a 3 yr old & 5 yr old & had to run to make it. We made it but luggage didn't. My first luggage was delivered quickly, the 2nd luggage arrived 3 days after we arrived home."

Customer service agent, Theresa, at the United gate was more interested in checking her cell phone text messages & handing out $10 food vouchers than the long of people who have conflicts with connecting flights or missing events in the destination they were flying to. Every minute lost could prevent customers from obtaining another immediate or comparable flight to their destination. Customer service agent sent those who were going to have problems with their connecting flights to the United Airlines service desk, of which, there were no customer service agents at any of the four available stations. I waited 10 minutes for an agent & no one arrived. When I went back to the original line I was standing in, I was forced to go to the back of the line rather than the place I was originally standing. Therefore I waited in line an additional 20-30 minutes. Once I was served they did not have any more seats available on direct flights to Melbourne. They wanted me to fly to NY, then Sydney & then Melbourne. Additionally the customer service agent did not seem confident this flight was not going to have any hiccups. Worst of all, I had been planning this trip for months & it was ruined by United Airlines."

Cons: "When I booked the return leg of my trip Kayak displayed a price of under $200 from Frontier but when redirected to Frontier’s site the time listed on kayak was only available for an additional $450+. I had to book a later flight resulting in a 14 hour layover."
Pros: "I paid extra for The Works bundle and that allowed me to pick my seats and have priority boarding which was a huge help with a fussy 3 year old. The crew was very helpful with the boarding process."
Cons: "I didn't like the repeated delays during my layover at Denver Airport. Being stranded unexpectedly at an airport with a extremely cranky 3 year old for almost 4 hours overnight when every food establishment but two were closed and there weren't even vending machines available was such misery. Our departure was delayed at least 3 times and I often knew about the new delay before the ground crew did because my app updated before the board did. Additionally, and especially after all of that delay and drama, I didn't like that there were not complimentary soda or juice or snacks or free wifi or any in flight entertainment like movies, TV or radio. We had put up with so much and yet they offered nothing in return for the inconvenience."

While we waited during the delay, the Frontier staff openly mocked previous passengers, repeatedly cursed, sat in wheelchairs gossiping, ignored guest requests, and loudly discussed bowel movements. My fiancé wrote two complaints to the airline during our wait - none of which received a response. This airline is unprofessional and I will not fly it again."

Each bag was $45 and they charged for each carry on. Every drink including water was a fee...worst flight I have ever experienced. We paid for another airline on the return leg."

My first flight was delayed 2 hours, after we had boarded, for "paperwork issues". My second flight was delayed 6--yes, that's SIX--hours for "system updates" and when we did finally arrive we spent another hour sitting on the runway waiting for a gate. And then it took another 40 minutes to unload our checked luggage, which also came up on the wrong carousel. My third flight, a red eye, was delayed an hour because the flight crew was late and this caused me to be late for work in the morning. Absolutely terrible and I will NEVER fly Frontier again. I thought the prices were a bargain but it's not worth the aggravation and waste of time. Save yourself a lot of headache and just spend a little more money."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 3 times until it said it was on time, then once I got to the terminal for my on-time flight, it was delayed 3 hours. A 11:54pm flight became a 2:54am flight. Even the captain had no idea why it was delayed. I missed my train home losing the money I had paid for that, and frontier customer service refused to help make other arrangements. I ended up ubering home, an hour drive. Frontier sent an apology e-mail with a $50 re-emburstment; since my time, missed ride home, and money spent is equivalent to a $50 voucher to their airline. Never again."

When we tried to check in early for each leg of our round trip flight we found out that the flights were very overbooked and to reserve a seat on the plane we had to pay extra regardless of where we sat. I don't mean we had to pay extra for a nicer seat, or extra leg room...I mean every single seat on the plane cost money to tie to our names. When you factor in the carry on bag charges we ended up paying an extra couple hundred dollars on top of the price of the tickets. I will not be flying Frontier again, especially when a couple of the other budget plane companies don't charge for carry on bags or to simply get a seat on the plane we had already paid to fly on. I also was surprised to find out that I even had to pay for a cup of water mid-flight. I thought that it was against the law to refuse water to someone when they are thirsty, but the flight attendant assured me it wasn't."
Cons: "I didn't like that we were delayed by and hour and a half simply because the system was down. They should have had tech guys available to fix the problem right when it happened. I would like a voucher or some sort of refund for my time due to improper planning by frontier. The seats are also horribly uncomfortable. I couldn't get comfortable in any position. They aren't soft and they are too small."
