The snacks and meals were decent, as far as plane food goes (although the “vegetables” with the chicken were pretty awful). Also the entertainment selection had a wide assortment of movies, but disappointing tv show selection.

The boarding process was a mess. Just a huddle of people, with no clear direction and no one enforcing lines or boarding groups. Also my husband and I weren’t seated together and when I tried to change it online, the entire flight showed as booked. However once on board there were clearly a number of empty seats.

The friendly and comfortable atmosphere!

PHX is a large airport, and my emailed ticket said Brussles Airlines, Terminal 4. First off, Brussles Airlines is not a carrier at PHX, and secondly no one knew that United was their partner. There was no information provided to me to go to United, which was in Terminal 2. After making a phone call to Brussles Airlines, I ended up getting to the check in gate ten minutes after boarding started. It was a lovely rest of the trip after that though! But please include partner information im the email next time!

Like other airlines, United is charging more fees for seats to food. And the food they sell is bad. The breakfast was microwaved to horification. Why are airlines permited to give such low levels of service? Why are they allowed to charge extra fees for ordinary seats? And no complimentary entertainment. All that NOTHING" service and for very high fees.I got suckered into paying a lot extra for premium Economy. The Premium was the extra money they stole. The Economy was the new definition of bare bones.

There was nothing to like about the flight.

There was a flight attendant that was trying knowing the whole plane was in a foul mood. He at least made us smile

A 4 hour delay when it was the first plane of the day with no explanation or care for the passengers. Everyone was so over it and the seats didn't recline and they charge for everything but water. You get what you pay for

Service was awful. Delayed for more than 8hrs without an explanation of what type of maintenance issues were happening. Never given a straight answer as to what was happening. Food vouchers were only offered after the airport restaurants had closed. Once the plane was finished the crew had timed out and we could not leave till the following afternoon. Ended up being put up in a hotel for the night and lost an entire day of our weekend get away. Poor contingency planning on frontiers part. There was no reason

if you have a hard engagement that you have to make, i hate to say it, but use a bigger airline. These guys are not dependable nyc -> miami. Have had 2 flights cancelled and delayed over 6 hours in the last 6 months. Only one scheduled flight everyday. If you can risk it, fine, but otherwise not worth it.

We had a newer plane. I LOVED that the seatbelts had a little more room, and also that each seat had it down screen. I really enjoyed the new pre-flight video; it was entertaining and I appreciated that it allowed the crew to get ready, rather than demonstrate a seatbelt for us.

I am not sure how boarding groups work, but I will never understand why we don't board from the back of the plane to the front. People waiting and trying to load luggage or climb over others makes the pre-flight more stressful than it needs to be. (This is obviously not specific to you airline.)

The touch down at MSP. Was sitting over the wing and barely felt it.

Was told carry on needed to be checked because there wasn't any more overhead room for my 9X14X16. So then I had to dig through it at the gate to remove lithium batteries and it took an additional 20+ minutes at MSP to get to baggage claim/wait/claim bag. There was plenty of room in overhead storage for my bag.

The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again.

Last row smelled like throw up and crew didnt care to resolve . Then someone else came aftr people complain. Still didnt get resolved. And they gave my 8 month pregnant wife a hard time walking in front and said she technically doesnt have a disability. Worse flying experience. Then my bag was ripped half open i carasel.

the stuffs were mean and helpless,your luggage fee was so high ,only give one checked bag for free,this is international airline and you charged the first for 100 dollars and the second one for 200dollars and you let me,a poor little girl felt lonely in the airport and found it nowhere to complain,I missed two flights in one day and the air attendant 's attitude were bad,this was the worst experience ever in my life,I won't recommend United airlines to any of my friends

My trip was poor because my flight got cancelled and I couldn't get on another flight until 24hours later and there were NO hotels available at all that night and this was an emergency flight I needed to be on. I will not be flying with you guys again because no one cared that I was basically stranded in NY with no where to go and I wasn't given any options to make my trip with you guys better.

$3.99 for a coffee and not a little token package of pretzels. $60 for a checked bag. $45 for carry on. Plus plus plus. Cheaper to just take United. Crew is superior to any I've flown with ( I travel 70% for work). And brand new clean planes.

Nothing. I did not take the flight. Three other passengers and I were at the ticket counter with no frontier employees to be found. No one materialized. We were offered another flight 7 hours later in the day, on the other side of the country with a layover so long it would have gotten us into DC the next day. One passenger was charged a change fee and got a flight out two days later. Not sure who has the time or patience for this.

Everything. Terrible staffing levels, no customer service. So unreliable.

if you have a hard engagement that you have to make, i hate to say it, but use a bigger airline. These guys are not dependable nyc -> miami. Have had 2 flights cancelled and delayed over 6 hours in the last 6 months. Only one scheduled flight everyday. If you can risk it, fine, but otherwise not worth it.

There was a flight attendant that was trying knowing the whole plane was in a foul mood. He at least made us smile

A 4 hour delay when it was the first plane of the day with no explanation or care for the passengers. Everyone was so over it and the seats didn't recline and they charge for everything but water. You get what you pay for

Nothing. I did not take the flight. Three other passengers and I were at the ticket counter with no frontier employees to be found. No one materialized. We were offered another flight 7 hours later in the day, on the other side of the country with a layover so long it would have gotten us into DC the next day. One passenger was charged a change fee and got a flight out two days later. Not sure who has the time or patience for this.

Everything. Terrible staffing levels, no customer service. So unreliable.

I did not like the seats. I was unable to recline and rest the way I wanted and did not like having to wait 45 minutes for baggage claim to drop my bags

My trip was poor because my flight got cancelled and I couldn't get on another flight until 24hours later and there were NO hotels available at all that night and this was an emergency flight I needed to be on. I will not be flying with you guys again because no one cared that I was basically stranded in NY with no where to go and I wasn't given any options to make my trip with you guys better.

We had a newer plane. I LOVED that the seatbelts had a little more room, and also that each seat had it down screen. I really enjoyed the new pre-flight video; it was entertaining and I appreciated that it allowed the crew to get ready, rather than demonstrate a seatbelt for us.

I am not sure how boarding groups work, but I will never understand why we don't board from the back of the plane to the front. People waiting and trying to load luggage or climb over others makes the pre-flight more stressful than it needs to be. (This is obviously not specific to you airline.)

The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again.
