once I made it on it was smooth

plane in cos had to refuel so we were 20 late leaving and I bearly made it to next flight in dallas they were closing doors, young people ran but im old so could not move as fast, it was a challenge to not miss flight

Clean, friendly staff, great baggage tracking. Smooth flight.

Overcrowded, but that's the same no matter where. Usual rude frequent fliers, who also usually take up all the overhead space.

When I arrived in Atlanta, I asked an attendant at the Atlanta airport "how do I find gate B06?. He was very indignant with me. The Atlanta airport is very large, and confusing. I think that particular man should have been more considerate and helpful.

How would I rate the food? A bag of 10 tiny cookies, loaded with preservatives? Is there anything lower than 1? Entertainment? Everyone is responsible for bringing their own entertainment. Even my book was bad.

More room without more cost.

They told us the reason of delayed very late.

THE most uncomfortable seats ever!! The seat bottom has been reduced in size by half - the edge hits mid-thigh - and all cushioning has been removed - like sitting on a folding chair, but less comfortable! And the pricing: I paid as much to bring my luggage with me as I did for my "seat". And to top it off, it was a red-eye flight and the crew were yacking the whole time. I will NEVER fly frontier again.

The flight was a good price. Nothing special, but got me from a to be at an affordable price.

The flight attendant ran out of regular sprite, ginger ale, and seltzer water by the time he reached the last row. Finally settled for water.

This was my first time flying United and first time flying on a jet. The plane was small which was a little scary, not the huge Delta airplanes that I am accustomed to. However the ride was smooth and quick. I liked that they turned the lights off which made it super cozy, I slept like a baby and I never sleep when I fly! Both flights were great!

I can't complain at all.

The Crew

I arrived Washington D.C without any of my luggage. jetBlue did not transfer my luggage from Boston. I only received one of my bags after 48hrs. It is almost 72hrs and I haven't received my 2nd bag. I am stranded. No clothes,toiletries and other important items. I am exasperated and frustrated. Not a good experience for a first time traveller on jetBlue.

I have flown Jet Blue previously and the experience lives on!
