Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.

Seats are uncomfortable and my impressive barely 5’10” frame meant my knees were touching the seat in front of me. My 5’3” sweetheart found the seats equally uncomfortable The crew were transactional. The food edible. The entertainment manageable. The boarding process efficient. The experience okay.

The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.

On time departure was much appreciated. However, as a frequent flyer and American Advantage member, I was as disappointed not to get an aisle seat.

Flight was cancelled due to a myriad of operational issues. You guys really suck

Our gate was changed several times, and the gate agents were just as in the dark as all of us in knowing when our plane would arrive at PHL.

mechanical problem delayed more than 2 hours on the run way.

The boarding process was slow and we had a delay on the tarmac, not the fault of the airline. They had ZERO food options available for purchase which shouldn't happen.

The airline schedule services was simply mediocre. The ground crew is fine; they are doing their best. The after-delay services were simply poor, and after-cancelling services were almost non-existence. Receiving refund is one rescuing point, but please keep in mind that, people wants to get home or get to their destinations. Cancelling without aftermath recourse is simply poor services. AA needs to fire the marketing department, and the customer-service related leaders.
