Pros: The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us.

Cons: Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this.

Pros: We were given sandwiches and drinks when our flight was delayed.

Cons: We boarded our flight and then told there are maintenance problems. Our flight was delayed 4 hours.

Cons: Not more room, just room in general

Pros: This seats on this flight were very comfortable.

Cons: Delayed boarding due to mechanical issue with a lens on one of the plane's exterior lights.

Cons: Some kind of compensation to cover the missed shuttle and my time.

Cons: Not sitting for an hour on the runway with no A/C.

Pros: Once we got going, it was a decent flight. Weather conditions made for a bit of a rocky landing on the first leg.

Cons: Lack of information for delays. Boarding was slow due to unknown issue. We sat at the gate for a while without knowing why (they finally told us 5 minutes before pushoff), then we dawdled for another hour taxing and waiting for the runway, with no explanation until near the end.

Cons: All went smoothly for this short trip. I booked several weeks ahead but still couldn’t get nonstop from STS to SAN.

Pros: Nice short flight, crew was nice.

Cons: I had to walk from one end of Minneapolis airport to the other end all within 35 mins to catch a connecting flight, tram was not in service. Not fun!!!

Cons: Clumsy boarding process. After a 2.5 hour delay on tarmac before takeoff there was almost no food on board for a 6-hour flight

Pros: The views on this flight are good. The crew was just ok and they should explain where the restroom is.

Cons: The flight is relatively short so they do not offer a beverage service. However if I fly the same route on Alaska they do.

Cons: The crew announced that there was limited food options on the flight (low supply). When a flight is 5 hours long, an adequate amount of food options should be available. Hand towels and toilet paper ran out during flight.

Cons: The flight was delayed. The pilot explained that the plane had been sitting in the sun all day and during the flight check, they realized that the interior of the plane had gotten over 100 degrees by not being operated for hours before the flight. Seems like poor planning or preparation.

Cons: Just a bunch of weather delays because of the bad storms. I did not like the selection of movies and tv shows on the delta flight. So I just listened to podcast in my phone. But other than that everything was great.

Cons: I was left at a gate and wasn’t informed of the gate change. I was in a wheelchair and needed assistance. I was left and almost missed my flight. I arrived at the gate with 15 minutes before takeoff. The agent was very rude...she said my seat had been given away. After checking she was wrong.

Cons: Seats where horrible, the plain was delayed and no one made announcements regarding the reason or any updates, the plain felt cramped

Cons: The flight was 7 hours delayed, United could have been more helpful with choosing a better option to get home

Pros: The woman at the counter was helpful and cheerful.

Cons: The experience was poor due to a flight delay that would have resulted in a missed connection. This resulted in a very negative effect because I won't be able to make an important business meeting.

Pros: The crew was cordial but could have been more pleasant. Seats were horrible and the bathroom was smelly.

Cons: This was a terrible flight. Had a connection that was delayed several times and eventually cancelled without explanation. I was traveling for my best friend's wedding and they did not work with me to try to get me on the next flight. I had to book another flight from another airline.

Cons: The USB plugs and lower converter plugs didn’t work for the entire flight. Cabin temp is too low, why always freezing??

Pros: Boarding was average. Cabin crew was very nice and attentive when needed. Flight was on-time. Luggage arrived quickly and unharmed.

Cons: When will airlines end cramming in as many sardines/passengers in the plane? The seating for me (6"1") was too close to the seat in front. Luckily, the passenger in front of me did not recline.

Cons: The crew barrels down the isle with the cart on am already cramped plane. LAX construction consistently causes ridiculous waits on the tarmac after landing. The deplaning process was super slow.

Pros: Leather seats, built in charger, duel seat tray - one for my drink and one for my Kindle. Plane felt very clean & new.

Pros: The crew was a replacement for the original crew that probably was running late (i suspect because everyone was stuck in wonderful LA traffic that night), they made do with what they have and tried to get everyone boarded as fast as they can.

Cons: On time departures, better boarding, crowded planes, better snacks, comfy seats, charging bagss???

Cons: AA provided me NO assistance when my flight was cancelled and I had to make arrangements on my own, which caused me to incur in extra expending.

Cons: We sat in boarding in about 90-100 degree heat for over an hour. Everyone is drenched in sweat and should have never boarded.

Cons: The temperature was too cold to get comfortable. I had on a jacket and a blanket, drank hot tea and still managed to get a cold after leaving the plane. Also the food wasn’t good.

Pros: I had really awful sinus pain on the flight and the crew was very helpful and sympathetic
