The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.

Cons: "The communication or overall handling of the Origin airport staff with the Mexico City staff. Was told COVID test was acceptable in DGO and was not able to fly from MEX to ORD due to “invalid PCR test”"

Cons: "The sandwich was a large roll with a slice of ham as a slice of non descript cheese, significantly smaller than the roll."

Cons: "The whole experience. From boarding to arrival. The flight departed late, and arrived even later to then have to still have to wait for the shuttle to take you to the main terminal. These flights make me question whether Aeromexico deserves to be the flag carrier."

Cons: "Arrive on time (rather than 12 hours late; I’m still flying). Staff was disgustingly rude. When they missed my connection I waited in line for 2 hours to be rebooked on a much less nice airline. Will never book with you (or Aeromexico) ever again."

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Pros: "I like the service ,the food in thos fliggt back. Excelent"
Cons: "Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something"
Cons: "Plane delayed on tarmac on arrival. Immigration line was chaos with no staff helping to provide order. Missed my connection and changed to another flight the next morning - aeromexico would not pay for hotel or taxi. Supervisors were rude and dismissive, didn’t care about effect on my plans."
Cons: "The baggage fee was excessive probably because Kayak had a discounted rate. Next time I will just book with Aero Mexico, it´s the same cost anyway."

Flight was delayed by over an hour and gate checked bags took 15 minutes to be delivered to the jet bridge.

Friendly flight crew, clean plane, on time, great tandoori chicken

Flight was diverted to Canberra because Not enough fuel to circle on Sydney’s skies waiting for showers to pass. After that everything went wrong. It took forever to put fuel. Once back rolling, we stopped short of takeoff because crew had reached maximum work hours per shift. Back to gate we waited and waited in the plane with no water and no food - a total of 4 hours. Received contrasting news about the follow up of our trip. Finally we disembarked but our luggage could not be processed there as not enough custom agents. We ended up on buses and arrived at Sydney airports after a 3 hours trip. There we had to queue in line with 240 more passengers to file a lost luggage claim. We received the luggage after 48 hours, many of which spent holding with non-existent United customer service. Never able to speak to an actual person during those long phone calls. Finally on a chatline I could talk to a baggage agent, who filed another report as our luggage did not appear anywhere in their system. Thus it was surprising to get it back.

Late by nearly 2 hours due to taking that long to change a tire on the plane.

Why does United insist on having passengers take a bus quite a distance to the plane instead of having us board at a gate?

Because there were games on the TV on the back of my chair, the person behind kept hitting the screen for hours and there was nothing I could do about it

Delayed flight out of ORD (45min) : Reason (bad weather and had to deice the plane) No problem United take ad long as you need as long as I am safe. Boarding was a little confusing in Chicago with multiple lines and not a clear understanding of what group goes where; still line moved along and staff were courteous. Plane flight to Europe was smooth with flight attendants greeting you with smiles and addressing needs. Food however (terrible as I had the stir fry . the rest was just snacks (really cant mess that up), Return flight from AMS : Check in was terrible with long a line and took forever( understaffed) , Just made my flight with 10min to spare (and yes I was three hours early) going through baggage and passport check was quicker. Boarding was easy and again flight crew were great Smooth ride and the food was much better (chicken). No issues in ORD. Good Job United as I would definitely fly United again. GREAT job KAYAK as the kept me informed ( via text and email) of my up coming flight with departure times and boarding gate info.

Seats suck. Only one drink service in three hours with the flight attendants being more attendant to their phones than the customer. Painful in the extreme.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Our second leg to Jackson WY was unable to land due to weather. We were flown back to Dallas after stopping in SLC. We were given hotel rooms and vouchers. We were told that we would be back on the same plane in the morning. Instead we were given a different flight with different seats. Not a good experience. No one knew what was going on.

Poor on time performance. Flight was delayed due to a lightbulb. No updates from the pilot. Plane was dirty and hot, AC didn't work well.

Nothing, flight was supposed to leave at 758 am. My flight didn’t leave until 430 pm. Spent the whole day at the airport.

There was a delay due to mechanical issues that took an hour for the person to show up to fix it. It made me is my connecting flight. The plane itself was very cold. Besides that the flight crew were all great.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

Nothing wrong on this flight but nothing special. It was oversold and they had to bump people which is always bad.

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.

Free wifi kept dropping so no inflight entertainment. And only snack option was cookies.
