Pretty much as good as an economy flight experience can get
Our plane was so cramped that I couldn’t fit my bag below my feet and my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me. For a 45 minute flight, We sat on the runway for over an hour before returning to the gate to wait for another 2 hours. We arrived over 4 hours late, uncomfortable and tired.
Quick loading, clean plane, enough room, nice cabin crew, pilots routed through the turbulence and good landing, on time departure, early arrival so nothing to complain about. Did not try the food or the entertainment as it was a short flight.
For the price i paid, everything should’ve been better! The food on the flight from Montreal to Frankfurt was very very poor. The selection of movies and tv shows was terrible. All that for 1800CAD? If It was less i would’ve understood but almost 2000CAD for one my worst flights ever? … also you overbooked and started asking people to give up their seats .. seriously? i’m sorry Lufthansa you need to do better. Thank you for taking me to my destination safe and sound, but in the future i won’t book flights longer than 3hours with you. Sincerely, a very disappointed customer.
The connecting gate could not be farther away and the airport was not clearly marked to show where to go.
The plane was not ready to go on time. There was an “electrical” issue that took 5 hours to get sorted. We boarded the plane twice. Missed our connection on arrival to Toronto.
Our last flight from Houston to Calgary took forever to board or even get started then ended up delaying almost another 30 plus minutes making us much later than we were suppose to get home. It started off the worse when we were suppose to have closer to the middle ish seats which weren't that bad and we were sitting together which these are seats we paid for yet they changed the paid seats and one had ua in different seats but 1 in the bacj 1 in the riw in front whoch ended up changing the only thing changing is them putting us both in the very back which seemed like it had half the space the window seat was curving in which took more space which me and my spouse are quite tall it did not work at all and was actually super painful for the both of us it was also extremely hot so the back 3 rows were asking for water constantly. You thunk I would get compensated for the seat change since we paid for higher seats and this was lower priced but nope they need to give what is paid for so this doesn't happen it got so bad that I was crying through half the plane ride since I had no leg room and I was being smushed into my spouse and my knees were pounding with pain and hip being drilled into the side . Please change your systems so this doesn't happen
delay in boarding was discouraging not enough choice in TV shows and movies
We missed our connecting flight in Toronto and the process of re-booking was not very smooth. Each person said “you’ll ask…” when we asked questions instead of just answering. They repeatedly said, “it’s no big deal, it’s all taken care of” when it was not. I had to keep asking questions to solve the situation. Staff need to be trained and know how to take care of those situations.
