I certainly don't travel around with one of those! And most of the other seats in the main cabin had no access to power at all. My battery wouldn't possibly last through a 7-hour-plus flight without supplementary power. Oh well, fortunately there are still books and magazines. Just like old times. Be more like United or any other international airline, American!"

I travel frequently and every single Air Canada flight I have taken in the past 2 months there has been an issue, especially with flight delays…

Love Canadians, but flight delayed 90min due to crew rest requirements. I get it, but… Also I’m 6’0” and the legroom / seat to seat distance is really starting to creep me out. Knees constantly against the seat in front and as soon as they lean back; woah, right in your face. Also Air Canada didn’t transfer my son’s skis on his Toronto connection; so that soured my day too.

Aisles are way to narrow. Seat cushions have lost all padding. Overhead storage was good. Seat numbers would be nice at the console area near the air flow for the plane we were on Could we not load the plane back to front.

It was very bad experience, this is was my first time experience and will be last one, all flights going and coming to USA, were late, one of my luggage didn’t arrive yet, the counter disk services were not helpful and …,, more other reasons

I bought a snack and was never able to get a receipt. BTW the snack was fine, just never knew how much I was charged, and not totally pleased with that.

The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA"

Cons: "Main meal was the worst I have had in over 10 years on a plane. I got the pasta. There were no vegetables or color other than yellow/orange in the dish. The side was a potato salad, which is also not very nutritious. Then you get a brownie and a roll. The breakfast/snack was also a pumpkin slice of bread. The overall food options were not very diverse in terms of the food groups. I thought plane food had improved in the last decade or so, but not on this flight."
