Cons: "It is so annoying they want you to pay an extra $20 to pre book any seat. If you need the extra $20 that much, charge me in the original fare! Don't nickel and dime me. At check in they couldn't even get my child seated beside me although a change was made last minute at the gate. Every other airline I've flown recently was better. Sri Lankan and Emirates FAR better service."

Cons: "I didn’t like the silk air mainly on my itinerary. It was an old flight with cloth on the back of the flights a bit torn. No entertainment in flight for silk air. That was a bad flight."

We asked for a ramen noodle cup instead that the flight crew denied they had, only after seeing them offer it to another family just seconds before. I was very disappointed!! I believe the flight attendant knew of my concerns because she started asking me if the service was ok. If your doing a good job, then you won’t have to ask."

Cons: "Mediocre food, lousy entertainment system that belongs to the last decade. Singapore Airlines has not been the premium carrier it was a decade ago and is now simply a so-so airline charging exorbitant fares."

Pros: "the first class seats from HK to SFO, IFE, service, dom perignon, red wine, excellent attention, greeted personally by four of flight team, provided flight details personally. Im 6'0" so the bed was a little short. it was simply a wonderful experience."

Cons: "The seats can be laid bag pretty far and the people in front of me decided to recline for a majority of the 10 hour flight. I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! I have no idea if there was a fan."

Pros: "Liked almost everything: newspapers, menu card, mini-toiletries bag, hot towel, food choice, ice cream, entertainment options, head sets provided (better quality than US airlines), lavatories kept clean and with less waiting time, number and friendliness of flight staff."

Pros: "To be fair, my rating will be very high due to it being the first time flying Business Class on Singapore Airlines. Unfortunately it was a short flight so I didn't et a chance to experience the whole service properly as I needed. I felt like royalty with the service offered by your staff who consistantly came to check if everything was in order without making a nuisance. Fantastic food and beverage options too. Overall a great experience, but would have liked it to be a 12hr experience instead of 5."

Cons: "The get out and get back in halt at Hong Kong. Practically the entire flight had to do this, quite wasteful. Bad customer experience. Find a better way please! If Hong Kong makes you do that switch over to another airport, better yet make no halt. I have flown direct from SF to Singapore before so not sure why this halt."

Pros: "For medium range flights SQ uses A330s. Business class is really OK, not great. Each passenger can freely choose any configuration of the seat without inconveniencing others. Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."
