Cons: "This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

It arrived back to Salt Lake late causing the Dallas flight to leave late. I got a message at 6:24 pm regarding the late departure for the 8:15 pm flight to Dallas. They knew this info hours before. It should have been communicated sooner"

Cons: "Flight left late. When we landed the sky bridge was broken so we had to walk outside, which isn't a big deal but it took a while sitting on the runway for the stairs to come. Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."

Cons: "Boarding process was ok (they bused us over to the plane and then had us walking out halfway to the plane's stairs before frantically sending us back on the bus because the plane wasn't cleaned yet). Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle. The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that. No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight."

Pros: "Repair took just under an hour which I think is very good considering the paperwork that is involved. We were informed and everyone on the plane seemed to understand so the handling of the event must have been exceptional..."

Pros: "GRU to ATL to LEX - all was fine. The plane from GRU to ATL was one of the nicer jets I have ridden in. The ratings above reflect my overall trip of going to Sao Paulo and returning to Lexington, even though the first part had to be re-booked on United."
Cons: "LEX to ATL to GRU did NOT happen because the LEX flights were delayed to the point of missing the ATL connection. While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."

AMERICAN AIRLINES didn't even have the decency to put us in a hotel for the night due to their delay. Then they added a 2nd lay over which was delayed for hours also. Traveling was to visit my mother who had cancer and I was sick so this made the trip even more distasteful."

They darkened the windows when it was dark outside and they darkened the cabin, so we couldn't look out the window. It was dark outside--why the need to darken the windows?? My husband requests window seats so he can look out the window."

Earlier in the day I had to get them to change my flight from Chicago in Hattiesburg because it wasn't changed for me when the delay had my original flight leaving before I was to land in Chicago. I don't fault them for someone getting sick at the last minute or my inconvenience, but it was still inconvenient."

Cons: "Allergic to cat/dog dander. Had dog with no kennel in window seat of my row. I was on aisle seat. As we all got up to let the owner go to the bathroom a dog followed walking on my seat. For the last hour and a half of the flight the dog Sat on the owners lap. My allergies and asthma begin to flare up prior to landing . Not a pleasant flight ."

Then they stated they would send my confirmation via email 24-48 hours. 3 days later and the confirmation still never came. SO I had to call again and wait another half hour. No point in booking through a 3rd party for that type of hassle."

He was very rude, didn't help at lot guiding me where I can find it, but instead he said " You have to call back when you find it" I asked him that I couldn't find it and he almost yelled at me saying DID YOU GOT a RESERVATION OR NOT?. I never found the numeric code he asked for. So I called again and fortunately somebody else answer my call and she was a litTle more helpful and didn't made me waste my time with a numeric code. She asked me for the Trip ID # and I found it right away. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I LOST 700 DOLLARS. I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER PLAIN TICKET!!!!!"

Cons: "Seemed understaffed at the airport, never anyone around to answer questions about why our plane wasn't even there until 20 minutes after we were supposed to have boarded. They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers."

With Allegiant I've learned to pack lightly and plan travel carefully. It's been worth it as I have been able to see friends and family more often. We even took an impromptu vacation this year when we found a great deal on airfare."

Friend of ours seat was switched also and instead of him sitting next to his wife he sat next to a person who did not have an assigned seat he was extremely large and he was hanging off The seat into the aisle I noticed an empty seat and had to ask the stewardess if he could switch seats instead of the stewardess offering on her own. The flight out was delayed approximately one hour various mechanics coming on and off plane until finally we were able to leave."

We did enjoy buying some tickets from a lady named Valerie in Des Moines who also later had to come on the plane and remove an intoxicated woman. She made everything so easy and simple and enjoyable. And we especially enjoyed the treatment that we received as my husband is a veteran. Thank you so much for that."

Pros: "The price and the fact that our flight left late but still arrived almost on time."
Cons: "The gate agent wouldn't switch our seats so we could sit beside each other. We've done this multiple times if we find ourselves not out beside each other and it's never been a problem before. He claimed he had to charge us to do this. We have never been charged before. We fly Allegiant often. The on-board flight crew were so not friendly at all. Typically Allegiant flight attendants aren't as happy as Southwest but they're at least cordial. This crew we're just unhappy, snippy, a little unprofessional (saying huh or what instead of excuse me. Pointing people to things instead of getting it for them or walking them to it) and at one point one stewardess was just rude to a passenger."

Cons: "I didn't like the turbalance on the plane I didn't like the service check in line Need more people helping in the airport"

Pros: "The outbound leg went well except for the very uncomfortable seats that are thinly padded and do not recline. We left on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "The return trip left five hours late due to a faulty plane. I appreciate not using a plane that was mechanically not working. I also appreciate that we did finally leave on the same day we were to leave. The replacement plane was as uncomfortable as the plane used in the first leg of my round trip."

Cons: "long delay . actual usual delays with airline . with out exception get very sick every time i fly with allegiant . makes me question proper hygentic maintaince / ventallation system vac and clean. i fly jet blue,southwest and virgin, usually with out illness. if there are health checks by the airline , post them !"

Cons: "Wifi was awful. On a long flight, that's important. The crew's explanation was that when so many people are logged on at once, it kicks someone else off. Which basically means the system wasn't designed for everyone to use."

Cons: "3 hour delay due to weather in SF. First time we heard about the reason was just prior to boarding."

Pros: "The crew were pretty good. The entertainment system and selection of movies were superb. Even though they were the same plane/airline this plane offered more leg room than our previous flight."
Cons: "Limited choice from the beverage cart. Our group just doesn’t care for Coke products. But that seems more like a preference issue, so take it for what it’s worth."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 6 hours. No notification till early morning of flight. If known ahead of time would have stayed in France a day longer. Picked for security which was fine except stood in line for 1/2 hr. while those suppose to check us were sitting and laying around. Make me too late for helping my husband ( in a wheelchair) onto plane."

Cons: "No available gate after landing required an extra 45 mins. Not fun with a 2 year-old"

Pros: "My daughters entertainment system didn’t work at all, so they graciously compensated us for the inconvenience."
Cons: "Entertainment system was outdated, extremely small screen and the audio wasn’t that good."

Cons: "Kayak's third party CS company gives me the ANA schedule while in fact I have to check in with United Airlines. Because of this, I was not able to check in on line in San Diego. Please ensure that Kayak & their affiliate are well coordinated with the information they send out to customers."

Cons: "The number of people who bring far too many and too big luggage onto the plane as carry on. I paid for my bags to be checked and then see how many people are breaking all the rules. This delays flight departure and causes frustration and anxiety onboard"

Cons: "1) a 5-hour flight to Honolulu was delayed for 6 hours due to mechanical problems, twice! First plane had issues and we had to change to another plane, found issues again before being taxied. Poor maintenance United! Are your planes even safe? 2) United first class is terrible! It isn’t even near first class standard with very tight seats and rude flight attendants. Absolutely zero service! No more United!"

Cons: "Why the hell would you sell a flight with a 40 minute transfer between a domestic and international flight that were in different terminals?! The only reason I made it was because the airport crew was great in helping me get through the airport quickly. And the only reason my luggage made it on time was because my flight was delayed for two hours."

Cons: "Seats were so uncomfortable. Unbelievable for an overseas flight. Hard plastic commuter plane seats meant for short flights."

Pros: "The flight was rerouted due to the blizzard, but the staff made it very pleasant and easy to make it to my destination on time."

Pros: "Horrible check in process. Arrived 2-1/2 hours before flight, and spent the entire time in line waiting to check in. Was very chaotic and extremely frustrating. The staff were great, and thanks to their help we surprisingly didn't miss our flight. I cannot stress enough how awful this experience was."

Cons: "Cancelled flight. No true explanation. Lack of detail and delay caused me to miss other flight opportunities."

Pros: "Little- only plus was bulkhead seating but I was yelled at for having that when flight staff tried to take my seat."
Cons: "Rude staff, no help with my baby, flight attendant repeatedly yelled at me instead of simply talking to me like a Human. Check in attendants almost gave my seat away to a person with a dog, even though there were four other passengers without baby's flying. Then flight attendant yelled at me for "picking" the bulkhead seat- a seat that was given to me after united had taken my seat away earlier that day. I could go on and on. We won't be flying united again and I'm telling my friends with children to do the same."

Pros: "Can't complain about anything. It was as good as a grueling 12 hour flight can be in Economy class."

Cons: "It was awful. Flight was delayed for 3 hours because united couldn't get a pilot here who was even coming from a warm weather destination so weather shouldn't have been a problem. Poor planning. There was another flight I tried to get on but they couldn't seem to locate their flight attendants and it was delayed about 6 hours."

Cons: "do not see how the process is helped at all with those "lines or zones" Still seems like people get clogged up and takes too long to get boarded."

All this because the plane's computer did not agree with the central computer. So: 1) Why didn't the pilot check and fix this discrepancy at the gate? 2) Why did it take more than hour for them to decide what to do? 3) Why did the pilot and cabin crew take over an hour to inform us what was going on? There were many angry people on this flight, including me."

Cons: "The space between the seats, so small. Every time someone next to you needs to get out you have to get up too. So annoying. And the restrooms were not clean."

Cons: "Seats were smaller than usual flights, no window seats left when I checked in, under seat leg area small, the TV was repetitive and no music options, if there were plugins on the flught!, they were hard to find. No free WiFi for T-Mobile in flight texting, standing in line while waiting to board after walking all day...the boarding took ages and people kept cutting (first class, disabled?)...it'd be nice if the crew acknowledged why people were taken out of order like "okay, first class you're all set!" Or "thank you for your service" so we knew it wasn't 20 people randomly jumping the line."

Cons: "Plane late leaving Chicago due to no pilot."

Pros: "Not food and not tv was included on the service! So not review in this point."
