Delta exceeded my expectations! I am beyond satisfied. Thank you!
Noting this only because it’s so unusual for delta: this was just an uncomfortable flight. The jet ridge was too hot and the plane wasn’t any better. By the time we got off the ground the AC was on but for such a short flight it was almost too late.
1) It was extremely hot in the cabin. All the passengers were sweating and it almost became suffocating 2) It was a 50 min flight but there was no service. How can a 50 minute flight not have any drink/snack service?
I thought the service was very nice and pleasant. There were no hiccups and no issues so overall a good experience.
Average seat comfort, a drink and chips were provided, early boarding because we checked a carryon at the gate was nice. Ticket pricing shenanigans, including fees to pick a seat, check a bag, and get food onboard - evidence the industry is reinvigorating last century’s strategies- destroys the experience before one ever arrives at the airport. It’s difficult to recognize any value or sustain loyalty in the end-to-end process making air travel more drudgery than pleasure.
WiFi didn’t work. Flight delayed 3 hours Crew members were illiterate Seat lean back did not work.
The plan was delayed and left DC 90 minutes late. However, it showed a 20 minute delay on the delta app, then a 12 min delay. It turned out to be an hour delay. I found out where the plane was with flightaware. Stop keeping customers in the dark about what is going on.
Could not get my connecting flight boarding pass until four hrs before departure! Ver annoying especially since the staff could not explain why!

The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.
I was exhausted from a long day. The flight was smooth. The first flight during my 3 week travel that took off on time.
Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own
As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.
Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.
It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.
Terrible. No customer service, no food, no drinks on a 6 hour premier economy booking.

Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.
At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables
Confusion at boarding with my seat (there wasn't one) that I had to have corrected using my status; then because of that had to check bags. And then a very long delay on the tarmac with no air conditioning on a very warm day. It was just a miserable experience all around.
Flight was delayed which isn’t the airline’s fault, but the communication around it was terrible. I left the lounge to show up at the gate to board at the time in my app, and the flight in front of mine was still boarding and the inbound plane hadn’t even taken off yet. Delays were slow to show up in my app. Improved communication could have let me have a more pleasant experience in the lounge vs waiting 1.5 hours at the gate.
We had to de-board do to maintenance and there was ZERO help with getting rebooked. The flight was delayed by over 24 hours. Quite ridiculous. When I. called Kayak to get help to rebook, they said they couldn't and that it had to be done at the American counter that didn't exist without going outside TSA security, which I did.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
ATL to CLT return flight. Delayed way too severely. Had to cancel the return flight.
The flight up was great no issues. The flight back home was a cluster. I was told the plane I was waiting on was giving to another flight which caused me to miss my connection flight. Granted the airline did great with getting hotel and vouchr for food.

Got delayed several times, and now have to wait 5 to 6 hrs for next flight. Not including the flight from charlotte to Charlottesville had no AC.
the flight is delayed, which is not uncommon but the communication was still getting hopes on reaching on time which didn't happen. When I boarded the flight it was so like unimaginably filthy. My seat belt had some sticky stuff to it like food or something from before and the space below the arm rest is accumulated dust and waste like from few months i have the pictures. Cheery on top, the airhostess was an old lady who was so bossy and mad for no reason and bossing around everyone!! worst experience ever!!
Boarding was relatively fast and easy and the crew was attentive throughout.
