Pros: Crew was awesome! Service was quick!

Cons: One flight the plane was quite warm and the air overhead was blowing warm air.. didn’t cool down until we were preparing to land and then it blew warm air out again..

Pros: Due to COVID 19 we got a 737-800 on a route that usually boasts nothing better than a 717 so everything about this flight was superior to normal runs.

Cons: I wish DL could find a way to better manage food and drinks during the COVID 19 restrictive era.

Pros: Friendly cabin staff and one of the most enjoyable addresses by a captain I've ever heard (and seen - he was out in the first class area when he welcomed us).

Pros: Totally reasonably way to fly to tahiti. It seems like a well run airline.

Pros: The crew was astonishingly good. I really was amazed with the whole crew sense of service and kindness.

Cons: The head phones aux jack for my seat didn’t work and couldn’t hear the movie. The seats caused aches and no leg room. Lack of air flow. Food wasn’t good either meal I didn’t eat. Economy for 8.5 hours isn’t a nice trip

Cons: There were problems as soon as the plane got to the gate. After the passengers got off the plane, the man at the counter came on the P.A and said it’ll be a few minutes, they’re catering the plane now from the back to the front. The flight crew still needed to get on a preform safety checks. He apologized again. Then it was 8:40, time to take off and we’re still waiting to even board. The man at the counter said again, thank you for your patience and relayed the same message, only this time the flight attendants were walking away from the gate. Around 9 some lady higher up told the man to announce that the flight crew had timed out and stand by crew was on the way to the gate, said sorry again. A little later the man says sorry, there’s a gate change. You’re going to K6 now. When we get to the new gate it’s almost 9:30pm and while we were all gathered at the gate, the flight crew that supposedly “timed out” showed up and proceeded to get on the plane. Passengers started getting mad and saying we were lied to and to just tell us the truth. Chicago PD started showing up. We finally got on the plane but it would be another 30 minutes before we moved because of issues getting our bags off the original plane. We ended up being almost 2 hours delayed.

Cons: Multiple bathroom facilities throughout flight very dirty, unclean, unsanitary. Bathroom deemed at back of plane was deemed “out of order” off limits because it was being used by AA staff. No issues with this but operable bathrooms should have been cleaned. Very nasty!

Cons: Someone stole flight attendants wallet, the plane was fairly empty but they still crammed us in the back. Had to wait for police to board plane to find out who stole wallet.

Cons: We had to cancel due to the travel restrictions and wete unable to reach anyone at all to help us...we lost everything and had no help or assistance through this and nothing was offered...i would never book again because they dont help you at all when there is an issue...book with the airline if you want any help

Pros: Don’t take it personally, the world economy collapsed and we couldn’t go because of the kung flu.

Cons: Could have done without the Chinese communist regime causing a world wide financial collapse, closing countries, stripping me of my rights to have a job, travel, assemble, support a free market economy, etc. So other than being thrust into a socialist nightmare and cancelling my years awaited vacation to to other side of the planet and never getting a chance to go to the airport or fly anywhere, things were great. I rate it one inflated nitrile glove
