Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

This was unfair as the device I had to put in my carryon had it'seems weight already added to my allowed luggage."

I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."

Cons: "The crew didn't seem particularly interested in helping anyone and worked hard to avoid eye contact. This was an unpleasant flight at best and given the option I will not likely fly Lufthansa again if given the option. I wish that I had better news to report from this flight. :("

Pros: "The attendants, gate agents etc. were all very friendly, but professional. Plane was clean and on time. Not too many announcements over the PA system too! Your inflight movies, choices and other options were very good too."
Cons: "When I flew to Frankfort, Aug. 5, they served me very good lactose free meals. I assumed the notation would be in my reservation and apply to the return flight from Munich on Aug. 20. Not true! The main courses both had cheese in them and the snack was awful! Some kind of chicken (? could have fooled me), in a tough dough. UGH! Couldn't figure out what was in it."

Cons: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Pros: "My highlight for the travel was the AMAZING flight attendant named JENS. He is a bright soul. Positive, sharp, witty, and humorous. Just what I needed on a 8 hour flight over the Atlantic."

Cons: "I didn't like that with a window seat, my area for my feet was diminished by some metal box. Also the entertainment options were severely lacking for adults. Only thing to watch in English were highlights. I had to turn to Children's entertainment. Plus, my screen froze at one point after being hard to function. The flight overall was very uncomfortable."

Cons: "The plane was extremely small and uncomfortable. There were only two lavoratories for 60+ people, the other two being reserved only for the 10+ people in first class. As a result, throughout the whole flight there was a long waiting line in the plane's aisle, causing the crew to complain angrily in German, thinking we wouldn't understand what they're saying, because they couldn't go through easily."

Cons: "Very slow boarding process. A lot of the boarding crew just standing around waiting instead of moving the passengers thru to board. A half hour delay ensured due to the slow boarding process. Seemed to have no clue how to board efficiently. Seats a little cramped in economy. Passenger who was disabled - could not stand on his own - was seated in an aisle seat and passengers had to climb over him to get in and out the entire flight. Should have been seated in a different seat since he never stood up."

Cons: "The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."
