Cons: "The amount of space! I’m only 5’7”, 125lbs and I was absolutely squished in this seat. Oh and we waited an hour in the tarmac for a maintenance guy to fix a computer? Why can’t they figure this out before we board? It’s better to sit at the gate than in your cramped airplanes."

We wait another 20 minutes as the passenger decides whether to continue on (at that point it should not have been their decision). We then are told, the passenger has elected to take a later flight, and there will be a bit more delay as they find his/her baggage."

Pros: "Great landing, given there were issues with the flaps that slow down the plane. It was a short flight, so there wasn't as diverse entertainment as you would usually get on a longer haul. Typical AA biscotti and beverages."
Cons: "Airport experience at Hamilton. Arrived 2.5 hours early and we could not enter through U.S. CBP because we were too early.... We were told we needed to run our boarding passes by the check in counter agents prior to being able to go through for CB&P."

That's a LOT of moving when you're hauling a cranky 1 year old around the airport long after we were supposed to already be at our destination. Desk attendants were abrupt, not friendly, and diamissive when I came up to ask for a stroller tag."

Pros: "Customer service at American Airlines was amazingly good. They figured out the mess that the third party agent, WEBJET.COM made and fixed it."
Cons: "The third party agent, webjet.com, was horrible. American airlines contacted them several times about canceling the ABQ-ORD flight and they never responded. WEBJET.COM did not put their name on the electronic ticket so I was unaware of who to contact. Finnair was not particularly helpful. They discontinued my chat conversation and didn't have an option to call back so I had to wait for 20 minutes. American Airlines was impressively helpful. They figured out that WEBJET.COM had canceled one leg of our fight and AA.com reinstated the flight. American had also contacted WEBJET.COM numerous times and WEBJET.COM had never responded."

Cons: "Overcharged, problem with res (caused by AA) caused me to line up to check in. Had to pay for checked bags which I still don't get. Boarding was a cattle market and guess what they ran out of overhead space so they gate checked bags free of charge. . Rest of flight unimpressive. I try to avoid AA but they had the only direct flight to my destination. sometimes a connection is preferable"

Pros: "No excuse on a night flight does the temperature to be 80 plus degrees on the plane."
Cons: "The plastic seats and extreme temperature was brutal. They shut the AC off of down somehow."

Cons: "Boarding was slow. Flight to Chicago which was at the same gate took way too long to board. Could not figure out the problem. Took WAY too long to get wheelchairs to unload passengers off the plane that was to take us to Dallas. Sat on the tarmac for additional 20 min. Delay cost me an additional 2 1/2 hours later in Dallas and FIVE hours in London airport!!"

Cons: "Barcelona airport boarding area is a disaster. Poorly designed and not travel friendly. Very minimal choice of movies on the plane."
