I understand that was beyond Delta's control, except for the fact that its Atlanta hub is grossly overused. But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."

We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

We disregarded this on the first flight, but when it happened on the next flight similarly, we asked if we could get our children the chicken meal. The air hostess explained they had no more. But she presented the two options to the fellow passenger behind us. We were extremely offended by the way we were treated. The airlines offers no entertainment for children as do other airlines. In fact, one air hostess went so far as to ask me to tell my Lil one to MUTE the volume of his ipad."

Atleast make arrangements for bad situations, apparently I was booked on another flight but they made me stand in a 4 hour long queue to find that out. Kiosk outside showed I was put in no flight. One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

Pros: "I used to fly lufthansa for my europe travel for work about 15 years ago a lot and thought in recent years it may not have been as good but these flights made me appreciate Lufthansa anew. Crew extremely helpful and polite, always followed up to any requests. Instead of barking at us like United or American crew, they went out of their way to help my daughter get a makeshift icepack for some very painful bumps she got during our vacation. Crew also kept the bathrooms clean from time to time, which was a welcome relief for such a long flight. Desk staff/service desk also was helpful in directing us during the 5 hr layover to things at the airport itself that we could do. They also helped reprint the boarding pass and write down the baggage tags when security made me lose those by separating my wallet and boarding passes into mutliple bins."
Cons: "Phone service. When I tried to book my seats and meals, the lady kept getting things wrong, and ended up not getting me the seats I had specifically ended up asking for. So, when I arrived at the airport and printed my boarding cards, those were seats I did NOT want and all the service desks insisted that's what I asked for. No low carb meal option was surprising. Meal service sometimes felt like too close to each other else too far apart from snacks - didn't feel like we had enough time to digest and get some sleep, while at other times we were seeking out snacks.Overall good quality of food however."

The premium coach seat I paid extra for was the narrowest coach seat I have ever had the misfortune to sit in. I am a small man. 5'*8" 165lbs. The normal sized man next to me and I had to sit with our elbows pinned to our ribs. Eight hours of hell. I also had a totally irritating woman from syria behind me. She pushed and banged on my seat back the entire 8 hours. She had to have her loud mouth yapping most of the flight. That was the worse experience I have had flying. Also the attendents didnt care about me. I had to ask for tea. Had to ask three times as they were waalking off"

Cons: "As I boarded the aircraft I snapped a photo of my seat. I was yelled at by the manager in front of at least 30 passengers, that it is not allowed to snap any photos on board. Clearly this is a made up rule as all social media accounts are blasted with peoples photos. As well- I work in aviation over 8 years and have never heard about this rule. The fact that he choice to stand on the other side of the aircraft and yell at me, instead of walking up to me and explain nicely was not acceptable. Later I’m the flight, I suggested to him that proper procedure is walking up to the person instead of yelling across, my just that he didn’t apologize, he even replied with a very nasty comment. And this was the flight manager. What I can say for sure, is: NEVER AGAIN FLYING ROYAL JORDANIAN!!!!"

I was sitting in the emergency exit row and, during takeoff, the plane made a horrible, howling/whining noise that I've never heard before. Everyone was looking around and fearful. I fly often and this was the kind of noise when you wonder "is this where it all ends?" Not sure if it was the engine just outside or the emergency exit not being fully sealed but it was the first time in a long time that I've been fearful on a plane."

Cons: "In general I like the flight stability of 747s. However the seats were very cramped for such a long flight, and unlike more modern aircraft, the seats lean way back pinching the person behind. Entertainment system is rudimentary at best, with few choices and a minuscule screen (but I shouldn't complain, at least there was something to watch). Also, at Heathrow airport (nobody's favorite airport) we had to board buses to get to the airport and walk up stairs. Inefficient, and difficult for older passengers such as myself."

Cons: "Since it was British Air, we would have had to pay $800 total to get seat assignments in advance. Because I refused to pay this exorbitant amount, my wife and I got whatever seats were leftover as assigned by BA's computer. As it was, there computer was all screwed up and we couldn't see our seat assignments or check in online and had to do that at the airport. Others reported getting tangled up with BA's computer system."

Cons: "At check in desk , i have been told that the ticket is suspended and cancelled !! I asked why ? She replied : contact british airways !! I was waiting more than 45 minutes standing looking for a solution before i miss the flight , until finally , i called the customer service( 25 minutes waiting) in LOndon , where they explained to the boarding desk that they should check the credit card to release the ticket !!!!"

Pros: "British Airways lounges at Newark and London were good places to relax and have decent food and drinks selections."
Cons: "British Airways in-air entertainment and food options in aconomy leave much to be desired."

Pros: "The food was good and the flight attendants were attentive, especially considering the number of passengers. Overall, British Airways does a much better job than most American airlines."

The seat back of the passenger in front, when reclined, basically trapped me in my seat and made the entertainment screen very hard to see.The crew were efficient but quite rude to the passenger next to me when she hesitated over a meal choice. I will go quite a long way out of my way to avoid traveling on BA in the future, based on this experience."

Cons: "We reserved for passenger in Business class From Dubai to London to Dubai . But From London to Dubai BA offered passenger Economy class the passenger reserved business class but they put him in Economy and the reason they said the flight is over booked. The passenger has heart problem and knee problem we reserved for him in business class to assure he will get the maximum care but in despite of his health conditions and in despite that he reserved in business class they put him in economy class"

Pros: "The flight was great, friendly staff, great food, new plane, lots of options on the new AC entertainment system. The new Star Alliance terminal (T2) at Heathrow is also so fast and efficient! No complaints at all!!!"

Pros: "AC's staff is generally very pleasant and accommodating (they are Canadians, after all). I checked in quite early and was moved to an aisle seat (was originally in a middle) with no one next to me - something the lady at the check-in counter did just to be nice! Boarding was pleasant and easy going; greeted upon entering the aircraft which is always a nice touch. The flight was more or less on time and things went smoothly overall."
Cons: "The power/USB outlet in my headrest did not work. I was also seated in front of a French couple who repeatedly hung onto my seat when they were getting up (at least 3 times during the flight). I realize this has nothing to do with Air Canada but perhaps they should consider offering 'French only' flights to avoid such annoyances in the future."

Fortunately I had a friend who was willing to have me, but if not (and because the nearby hotels are filled up due to the beginning of freshman orientation at my college), I would have had nowhere to stay after 13+ hours of flying and exhaustion. This alone significantly hurt the experience."

Cons: "The fight itself was fine. Not great. Not terrible. But the airline lost my son's suitcase and has been entirely unhelpful ever since then. Now we have been stuck in a foreign country without clothes and toiletries for 36 hours and Air Canada's "helpline" has been anything but helpful. They can not find any information on the location of the suitcase and hope that they will find it in another 48 hours. Rediculous!! I will never fly them again and suggest that you save your money, effort and vacation by flying with another airline."

Cons: "There is streaming provided over local wifi, but no way to charge devices so once devices are dead there is nothing you can do."

Cons: "The flight was 3 hours delayed and we were not kept informed. In fact, the airport boards still displayed that this flight was on time, which was not correct. I kept getting emails of a change in schedule, but no reason was given by personnel at the gate. This was really a bad situation for me as I was meeting my daughter in Toronto who was flying alone with her infant son and she needed my help."

Will avoid flying through Canada again.When using Kayak again if Air Canada comes up will automatically look at other airlines."
