Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. I asked for a Coffee to wake up and was informed that they are NOT complimentary. I asked what snacks or beverages they had that were complimentary and they informed me there were NONE. Zero. What? I only had cash on me (my card had been lost in traveling days before) and I asked if they would either let me pay cash or be willing to just this once offer me a free coffee. They flatly told me no. It is worth noting that I was kind and courteous throughout learning this. I didn't take any frustration out on the flight attendants. But I was deeply disappointed. I'm am exhausted traveler on your airline in a bind without my card. Can you please just be kind and offer me a coffee on the house? Nope. Sigh."

Pros: "Everything was great. I had remarkable flight. I was thankful for great seats, and awesome flight"

Pros: "The crew and the gate was great. The pilot was amazing. This was my first flight since 1998 and I had gforce fear for take off and expecially landing but this landing was so smooth I wasn't scared."
Cons: "I didn't like that you had to pay to watch the monitor and the seating was tight."

Pros: "crew, takeoff, landing and flight were good on each flight. no complaints there."
Cons: "from COS to FLL: first flight was late taking off. connecting flight was on time. this is a bad combination. i was literally seconds from missing my connecting flight, and that was after sprinting from one terminal to another. captain on the first flight announced that takeoff was delayed because they were waiting for flight charts to finish downloading. really? WELL THEN GET THERE 20 MINUTES EARLIER AND BE PREPARED TO LEAVE *ON TIME* SO THAT PASSENGERS DON'T MISS (OR NEARLY MISS) THEIR CONNECTIONS!!!"

Cons: "My original flight was delayed due to late incoming plane. This made me miss my connection. I was put on a different airline (which I hate) only to arrive 7 hours later than expected."
