Crew members were not very friendly. The flight felt rushed with not much communication from the cockpit. One of the bins was left open during take off. No food or drinks were served supposedly due to turbulence but the turbulence was not that bad.
The AA flight attendant’s attitude could have been better. She should take lessons from the fantastic JAL crew.
Worked out okay. Flight was delayed waiting for crew to show. So glad it wasn't cancelled!

After 30 minutes they saw that my seat assignment had been changed and that is why my boarding passes that I had printed at home did not match what their computer showed. I booked this reservation in May and had a seat chosen fairly toward the front. I am 73 years old and the closer to the front I can be helps. When I finally got on the plane to my surprise my seat was the very last seat on the plane across from the restroom. People continued to leave the door open after using the restroom so had to get up and continue to close the door or look at the restroom the whole flight. There was never any explanation as to why they did this. As a result, being lst off the plane, I almost missed my connection as I had to go two terminals over for my connection. At my age I cannot run so I arrived as the last people were getting on the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again."

I even spoke with a Supervisor and the result was the same. It was until I was able to talk to the manager who gave me the time of day and actually read over what I had for the TEST and said it was ok for me to get on the plane. I had no problems what so ever getting into Guatemala with my test results, my fligh was #243 from FLL-GUA on 27/10/20"

I arrived at the airport, pre-checked in, just needing to print my boarding pass. After finding out that none of the kiosks were working I had to stand in a line that passed TWO OTHER AIRLINE DESKS and weaved through the entire Spirit queue. I would have missed my flight had I not had an extremely helpful airport employee (I think people called him Paps) who rushed me to the front, had them print my pass, and helped me get through security quickly. The guy was a hero. The airline not doing anything to assist their passengers was a nightmare. Never flying Spirit again."
