Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"

Also, LAX Terminal is visibly dirty."

Although we were booked on a flight the next day, it was on AMERICAN with a connecting flight. We waited in customer service line for an hour, to be told we would get only a discount on a hotel for the night. Not 100% paid for. We then waited another hour to be told our bags were already at our destination. No food vouchers. Just a goddamned headache. Horrible."
