Cons: "the pilot did a terrible job communicating with its passengers about landing. 5 mins before we were declining toward the runway to land the plane the plane increased its speed and steadily began to incline again straight back into the air for about 40 mins. No aircraft staff communicated with any of the passengers about what was going on. Everyone on the plane was extremely shaken up."
