the flight got cancelled - few hours before the departure time - no time to change
Fast, lovely scenery, great info on the Delta flight screen about landmarks we were flying over. Great landing!
Delta needs to step its game up get a more reliable internet service. Internet service was non-existent for this flight.
The WiFi didn't seem as fast as it normally is
The Pilot was one of the best I've had, very informative about turbulence and got us to our destination early
The gate area was incredibly short staffed, with one representative manning 4-5 flights, which caused a 3 hr delay in boarding even though the plane was all ready to leave. Other flights also were delayed because of this. The flight crew was awesome and I feel bad for the only gate worker on call, but Delta needs to hire more employees.
It was a good experience except when boarding a female flight attendant did not go out of her way to assist my teenage daughters in finding space for their carry-ons after their compartments were full.
The Delta flight was delayed for maintenance issue. The crew is also delayed and I’ve been there at the same time as I was so it was really outside the hands of crew directly. However, where Delta failed was there was about eight other ways for me to get to my final destination and they did not offer changes beyond the initial one. The flight was delayed five hours when they had to change my connecting flight they had to downgrade my premium class for so far zero compensation and I’m still waiting on the results of a formal complaint. All in all this was the worst experience I’ve had with Delta in quite some time
Connection from Asheville to NYC was over a hour later to ATL… Though Delta got me a room and meal vouchers still wasted hours of my time getting to be where I needed to be. W.:.
Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.
Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.
I will never book a flight through Cheap fare. They booked me from Portland Main . And would not give me a refund, so I bought 2 tickets one for 299. From Portland Main to ORD. Then I had to buy a ticket from Oregon PDX to ORD that was another 440. So Just so you know they even told me it was there fault but no refund. Bad bussniess. I did inform United but they said they couldn't help me due to the fact I booked through Cheap Tickets. Never again. And I'm spreding the word. I let everyone know at my 50th class reunion
Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.
they made me check my carryon. There was space in the overhead bins.
Cramped and uncomfortable seats. Not enough room for 6’2” person such as myself.
Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.
It was my first time flying with Alaska Airlines and it was a pleasure!
Everything went as planned. The only issue I had was with the gate C31 attendant. The person could barely speak English and was very difficult to understand.
American Airlines II: Delay Boogaloo. Multiple gate changes, delays, boarded and then MORE delays. I hate to say this won’t matter, but posting stuff about major corporations in 2026 is a post-modern “scream into the void.” Was multiple hours late coming home, so there you go.
It's very confusing because Kayak has it as American Airlines, but it was Hawaiian Airlines, but operated by Alaska Airlines. I had to go to the airport for my boarding pass because American said I didn't have any trips.
Seats were much more cramped then on the 737. Narrower and rows closer together. Flight was absolutely packed and the plugs under the seats didn't work. Was forced to check my bag even though previous flight had no issue with it.
The plane was late, when we did board the plane was as cold as a freezer. I was freezing the entire flight, no blankets. Lost miserable flight I’ve ever had.
The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.
The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! 2 gate changes, several announced delays, not enough room and seats at the gate. Many had to stand while waiting. The actual flight was fine.
When the flight was delayed for almost three hours, notification sent when you are already on the way to the airport, agents on AA counter give you promises which are not real… then any food or entertainment does not make the flight better.
