Cons: "More snack variety than pretzel nibbles."

Cons: "Flight was delayed and overbooked causing further delay at departure gate. Plane is small and cramped."
Cons: "We lost the conection because pre departure there swas an issue with one of the wings of the plane and took about 30 min. Afterwards after landing the plan had to wait another 15 minutes waiting for the gate. American Airlines atributed the issue to weather conditions in Vancouver, false."
Cons: "The seatback entertainment system didn't have the option for movies or TV. The system was working. I could check flight status and do other things with it, but the entertainment option wasn't there. It was available on all the seats around me, which made for a very long, dull flight."
Cons: "Be on time. Also we sat in first class and it would be nice if the center counsel was smaller giving the passengers more seat room."
Pros: "emergency landing upon returning to JFK"
Pros: "great trip"
Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "allow us to choose seats without financial restriction"
Pros: "The crew was great. The seat was adequate but NOT comfortable. The request/requirement for only the wheelie bags to be in the overhead and everything else to be under the seat was EXCELLENT. Thank you for organizing the amount of “stuff” people carry on to the plane."
Cons: "I needed a little back support pillow..."
Pros: "Why do I get asked 3x times if I am ready able to assist with a verbal yes. I get asked at baggage check in, again when I board by gate agent, and then again by flight crew. Is this FAA regulations to ask 3 Times?"
Cons: "Ask me 1 time"
Pros: "Staff were friendly and efficient"
Cons: "No snacks because of short trip, so can’t rate properly."
Cons: "small plane"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for more than 4 hours with little communication from staff as to why, gate was changed to a gate across the airport."

Pros: "Veggie Asian meal was great - curry."
Cons: "Freezing cold air conditioning. Seven hours siting in a fridge. Asked stewardess to turn it up. She didn't."
Pros: "Flight to Philadelphia was on time"
Cons: "Coach shared with American Airlines. Service not nearly as good as British Airways. Changed our connecting flight back to SFO without notice. Was a big hassle for us trying to get on an earlier flight which was the original time we booked initially"
Cons: "It was very cold on the flight, even with the blankets we were given."
Pros: "Flight had very few people on it so everyone could stretch out for the 6 hour flight."
Cons: "The original flight turned around 45 minutes in and I missed my connecting flight. AA refused to try and get me on another flight the same day so I could make it to Sydney on the original day I was supposed to land. We waited 2/3 hours to board a whole new flight, and AA hardly compensated. If anything they should’ve provided a meal at least instead of a bag of pretzels. Flight crew seemed very inconvenienced and it showed."
Pros: "Plane was clean"
Cons: "Out of wraps, sandwich disappointing. Legroom bad."
Cons: "We are letting too many people with the flu, travel. This in turn is spreading it to other places and getting too many people sick. We need to control this more. I don’t have an option after spending all this money on if I can stay healthy or not, and that is not ok."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"
Cons: "Not enough leg room for tall people unless you pay extra."
Pros: "Either Frank needs a raise or the register personnel need additional training. It seemed every time the desk needed assistance, they were hollering for Frank. May be nice to have an ear set for personnel so they aren’t hollering amidst the chaos. Honestly, I sat at Gate E16 for almost 2 hours and genuinely want to say, “Great job!” to Frank. He kept a level head through the madness and maintained his professionalism all the while. Thank you for your hard work, Frank. We need more like you."
Pros: "Very nice crew Very smooth flight On time!"
Cons: "They didn’t have coffee or tea, but them announced that in the beginning. No WiFi. Also announced."
Pros: "Lots on in-flight entertainment."
Cons: "Nothing, I pretty much just slept the whole time."
Cons: "this flight was delayed going both directions."
Cons: "gate assignment took too long"
Pros: "Bad weather came in n I was rerouted on Time"
Pros: "Overall was great."
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Crew was exceptional (as usual), everything ran smoothly and on time."
Cons: "It doesn't make sense to board from the front of the plane backward. I know this is not an AA thing, but a way to make customers paying more feel more special by having the privilege of sitting on the plane longer...but it's really silly."
Pros: "Boarding was I rushed and efficient, roominess of seats, pillow and blanket waiting for us on our seats, good dinner and breakfast, frequent passes by flight attendants to see if folks needed water - great movie selection, USB chargers at every seat- just great!"
Cons: "Jerk who smoked in the bathroom so the alarm went off in the middle of the flight and woke folks up, so it got brighter and noisier and harder to sleep!"
Pros: "Adequately handled the 13 hr delay."
Cons: "Flight delayed 13 hrs for mechanical problems. Seems to be an ongoing problem w/ American Airlines now."
Cons: "Delayed a total of four hous!"

Pros: "In flight entertainment was good. The Founder and Creed are great movies."
Cons: "It's an old plane and almost nothing works. The food was not great. The crew was horrible. It sounded like the pilot was drunk. The crew treated us like we were a burden. They spent the entire time bothered and ripping on the passengers."
Pros: "The AA staff was very friendly. The flight was late due to weather however it did not affect our connection. I believe I paid more more my seat class which proved a power outlet."
Cons: "I really couldn't rate the food or entertainment because there wasn't any."
Pros: "The estimated time for both my flight was over an hr, but we arrived in on my first flight at 45mins and my second flight 30mins."
Cons: "N/a"
Pros: "The crew kept us informed as to why we didn''t leave the gate on time; they served beverages and snacks in an efficient manner. Once we got to Dallas we were early, he made up time in the air and the captain informed us that the gate was not ready to receive the plane. We waited about 15 minutes and then we got to the gate."
Pros: "The crew that showed up at the Departures counter when we all lined up to be reticketed for our flight that was cancelled the previous night was great."
Cons: "Our brand new 787 had a mechanical issue. We were scheduled to leave at 7:20pm and sat on the Tarmac until 10:45 while we waited for shuttle buses to take us back to the terminal. We waited in line for over two hours for hotel vouchers that they did not have. We paid for own our room and returned at 11am as instructed, but the plane needed a part that had to be shipped from the U.S. which pushed our scheduled departure from 2pm to at least 9pm. My family grabbed a bus to Narita for a 6:30pm flight. C'MON AMERICAN AIRLINES! COULD YOU SERIOUSLY NOT GET ANOTHER PLANE TO HANEDA?? OR AT LEAST PAY FOR OUR HOTEL?? The ground crew at Haneda was very kind but overwhelmed. Terrible experience. And it's the reason I don't fly American. In fact, KAYAK, I booked our flights on JAL intentionally to avoid American. The fact that these were partner flights on American completely and unpleasantly surprised me...also not a good experience."
Pros: "Flight atrived early and was very quick."
Cons: "3 dollars for the messenger wifi program when they activated it for like 20 mins max"
Pros: "I liked the seats they where not that bad."
Cons: "I fell asleep and missed if they offered water or anything. And I missed if they did a safety preflight. When I purchased the tickets online it never told me that there would be a charge for my bag. The plane was half empty. People payed for there seats when it wasn't necessary there was plenty of room on the plane"
Pros: "boarding was well organized and flowed well crew was nice and courteous"
Cons: "Seats seem quite narrow standard fare of biscuits to go with drink"
